Consequent upon my request through this Form my PPF A/C was updated after four months with issue of Duplicate Pass book as the original was lost by the Nishat Ganj Branch.
During my recent visit to the branch on 05th July, 2008 for updation of Interest on deposits for the year 2007-08, I was welcomed with the words that updation will be possible only after completion of the FY 2008-09. On my further interrogation, the said account was checked and assured to settle the same wihin a week and will be communicated accordingly but all proved useless as nothing has been informed despite my several visits and spending a lot on STD from delhi for listening music for minutes with no response.

Despite putting my all-out effotrs, I have failed to solve the matter with the request to intervene for updation of my PPF interest and withdrawal of the entitled amount from my above said account as my request for withdrawal eas also not considred by the branch.

Please do the needful at the earleist.

Iam Lt Col Immakulate serving in army .At present posted in OTS AMC C&S Lucknow. Iam Paid BY CDA(O)Pune .My banker is Indian Bank Ashok Marg Lucknow . My salary is paid through ECS, via PNB Lucknow . Govt pays on !st of every month . But PNB gives direction to Indian Bank to pay on 4-7 of every month .Why so ? In case If you are not giving such directions Who else is giving such dircetions .it is creating great delay in paying my EMIs. Kindly help me to resolve this problem I will be greatful to you

I am retired Hony. Flying Officer C B Dubey and my disbursing bank is Punjab National Bank, Badali
Katra Mirzapur (U.P)- 231001, saving account No.[protected] and my PPO. No. (a) 08/14/B/
07014/93 (b) 08/14/B/CDRR/10813/2001. GOI letter was issued in the month of Nov 2008 for the
implementation of the Sixth Central Pay Commission pension of Pre 2008 Armed Forces Pensioners
available in the Mirzapur bank but my pension has not been amended. I approached to the dealing
man and rang up number of times from Noida, where I am held up due to my wife cancer operation
at Fortis hospital sector- 61. I also approached to the dealing lady for the pensions at sector 26
branch of Noida PNB, who advised Mirzapur pension dealing person to open the GO letter for the
guidance but it seems that he could not follow as to how it is to be amended. So far I have only
got Rs.25497/- as arrears in total where as people of my status retired along with me got Rs.
62000/- as arrears in total. As it is I am suppose to get Rs.16470/- p.m my pension but I am
paid only Rs.13764/- p.m towards my pension.
I request you to instruct the Mirzapur above said PNB bank to do the needful.

As per secretary to Govt. of India letter no, F.No.38/37/08-P$PW(A) dated 25 th August 2009 Payment of second instalment of arrears of pension on account of implementation of Govt. decision on the recommendations of the Sixth Central Pay commission, 60% remaining arrears are to be paid latest by[protected], but the same has not been paid til to date.Office of the PCDA (pension) Draupadi Ghat, Allahabad Circular no 416 dated[protected] has been circulated to all CMD of public sector Banks.

    On 18/06/2008 I USED ATM ID No. 1151800 OF PNB PATPARGANJ BRANCH DELHI ENTERED AMT. 1500/- CASH NOT DISPENSED BUT ACCOUNT DEBITED WITH 1500/- I REGISTERED A COMPLAIN IN PNB CUSTOMER CARE ON 19/06/2008 FROM THE SAME BRANCH THEY GAVE ME COMPLAIN NO. 7867308 AND ASSURED ME THAT THE ENTERY WILL BE REVERSED WITHIN 15 DAYS BUT NO PROGRESS SO FAR. IT IS WORTHWHILE TO MENTION HERE THAT DAY OVER 100 CUSTOMERS ACCOUNT GOT DEBITED FROM THAT ATM AND NO MONEY WAS DESPENSED.

    I am using a PNB DEBIT card...while making my transition from the ATM, unfortunately the money RETURNED back into the ATM Machine...and in the avialble balance, the amount i was withdrawing has been debitted.

    Till now, I have lodgged three complaints in writing to my base branch...BUT
    the reponse i received is very poor.

    Details:-
    On 28/10/2008, i am going for withdraw the Rs. 1000/- from SBI bank ATM at VijayNagar, Marol, Mumbai.

    When I put my ATM card in ATM Machine and proceed (try)three time's for withdraw of Rs 1000/- the ATM Machine indicate "'SORRY UNABLE TO PROCESS" every time, but after some time i check my balance machine shows only 440/ only.
    then i withdraw only 400/.

    Please see the matter and confirm me.

    Sir, i live in Mathura.i wanted 3000 Rs.so i went to the ATM of Central Bank Of India at Township, Mathura.I could not get the money because in the ATM there has written''your transaction is cancelled"and my money 3000Rs.was less in my account.so i want to return my money.My account no.is [protected].When it was happened the time was 18:44:38 and date was 23/10/2008.
    I have already complained in the PNB but no result occured yet.
    So sir please take an action soon at this comment.I will be much oblige to you.
    Sir, i live in ghaziabad.i wanted 900 Rs.so i went to the ATM of Bank Of India at Township ghaziabad, .I could not get the money because in the ATM there has written''your transaction is cancelled"and my money (420+520=940)Rs.was less in my account.so i want to return my money.My account no.is ([protected]).When it was happened the time was 11:30 am and date was 04/12/2008.

    Sub: Complaint of debiting Rs.2000/- against failed transaction.

    I am operating S.B. Account No.[protected] with PNB, Delhi Cantonment Branch. My ATM Card No. is[protected].

    I had operated ATM at Subzi Mandi, Delhi on 01.10.2008 (4 times) to take out Rs.8, 000/- to meet my urgent requirement @ Rs.2, 000/- per transaction.

    I could get Rs.6, 000/- against 3 l transactions performed successfully but unfortunately one transaction out of four could not materialize but amount of Rs.2, 000/- was wrongly debited to my captioned account.

    I had immediately lodged complaint with PNB, Gulabi Bagh on 01.10.2008 under whose jurisdiction ATM, Subzi Mandi falls. My complaint No. is 869.

    I was assured that the amount o[censored]nsuccessful transaction of Rs.2, 000/- would be credited back to my captioned account at the earliest but regret to point out that despite repeated requests nothing has been done in the matter even after a lapse of more than 2 months causing mental tension, humiliation and harassment.

    I request you to kindly look into my grievance so that amount of Rs.2, 000/- wrongly debited to my captioned SB Account could be credited back immediately and position intimated to me.

    I hope to get reply on priority.

    I have done Transaction on dt-15/12/2008 in ATM of Sheikh Sarai Ph-2 (Cash Withdrawal of Rs7000/-) by ATM card no.[protected] but I did not get the cash due to ATM Machine stop working my my reqst remain un processed after that I go to Sheikh Sarai Ph-1 again done the Trxn of cash withdrawal by Rs.7000/- & than I found that my A/C was debited Twice by Rs.7000/- & got the Cash only one time Rs.7000/-



    I m regularly making the complaint on Telephone but till time I have not got any solution for the same from ur side. The Complaint No. is 11843042 Dt-20.12.08



    Every time the person in ur customer care give the reply that it will take at least one weak to sort out the matter but till today nothing happen nor I got the Credit back in my A/C



    So I hereby reqst u to kindly sort out the matter on urgent basis & reply me accordingly

    On 5th april 2009 I tried to withdraw Rs. 5000/- by using my above
    PNB account Debit Card from ATM of HDFC Bank located at C - 3/ 8,
    Janak Puri, New delhi Branch. The transaction was unsuccesfull and I
    couldn't withdraw the funds.

    While going th. my bank account on 6th April 2009 I noticed that I
    have been debited twice by Rs. 5000/- each on 6th April 2009. I had
    withdrawn Rs. 5000/- from PNB's ATM Located at HPCL Patrol Pump at
    Varinder Nagar, New Delhi only.
    The second Rs. 5000/- debit is wrongly Debited to my account.

    I have given an written complaint to PNB Janak Puri Branch on 8th
    April 2009 but still the amount of Rs. 5000/- is not yet credited back
    to my account. EMAIL's to ATM cell has also not elicited any response.

    Please let me know

    1. What is the turnaround time for handling such complaints.
    2. When this amount will be credited back to my account.

    An earlier action in this regard is desired.

    sir on i withdrawl 20, 000 from SBI ATM at Gurgaon on 14 Sep 09. On 15 Sep 09 i changed my pin after that i go to SBI ATM again for withdrawl of 10, 000 that time transitsion dislinked . i tried towice but no transtion was made. After some time i go to PNB ATM At Gurgaon their the ATM Machine was shown that your ATM was blocked. So i requested that if my ATM Card activated again at the earlist . Thanking you.

    I am having a Saving Account in Punjab National Bank.

    Recently I made a cash withdrawal of Rs.8000/- at SBI ATM Sector 22, Dwarka, New Delhi. It show amount has been debited from my account whereas the message displayed was "Transaction Timed Out"
    Please note that the cash was not dispensed by the ATM. When it is so, why there is not an automatic system to reverse the transaction and credit the account. Now my funds are blocked in festival season and I am in difficulty and tension.
    So I contacted to PNB Branch Manager he gives me PNB customer Care no. i.e.[protected]
    and[protected]. I haved tried these numbers more than 100 times but no response found.

    Please help me to resolve this issue.

S1AN[protected], at World Trade Centre, Babar Road, New Delhi-110001 on 8th Dec, 09 at 05.17 PM. But machine could not process my transaction showing time out & amount is deducted from account. Even I was not able to withdraw cash.

    I am having a Saving Account in Punjab National Bank.

    Recently I made a cash withdrawal of Rs.2500/- at SBI ATM jnu campus, New Delhi. It show amount has been debited from my account whereas the message displayed was "Transaction Timed Out"
    Please note that the cash was not dispensed by the ATM. When it is so, why there is not an automatic system to reverse the transaction and credit the account. and I am in difficulty and tension.

    I have taken PNB bank account in 2007 with zero rupees balance. after one year i deposited some amount.
    from 2007 to 2009 i did not use the ATM card. from then when i was trying to take money from ATM centers that machine shows message like "YOUR ATM CARD IS BLOCKED". how to unblocked my ATM card now.

        Sir my user id and password both has been expired for internet banking so sir please give me new user id nd password...!
        Its true that in some branches service in PNB is very bad. Like in our City Rampura Phul District Bathinda Punjab. ATM machine is working only two or three fays in week. If we go to employees for asking about working of ATM Machines. They treat us like a labour. Reply of Manager is " My employees are not under my control"...So how PNB can think that they will stand for long time in this compititive market.
        Sub: Complaint of debiting Rs.2000/- against failed transaction.

        I am operating S.B. Account No.[protected] with PNB, Delhi Cantonment Branch. My ATM Card No. is[protected].

        I had operated ATM at Subzi Mandi, Delhi on 01.10.2008 (4 times) to take out Rs.8, 000/- to meet my urgent requirement @ Rs.2, 000/- per transaction.

        I could get Rs.6, 000/- against 3 l transactions performed successfully but unfortunately one transaction out of four could not materialize but amount of Rs.2, 000/- was wrongly debited to my captioned account.

        I had immediately lodged complaint with PNB, Gulabi Bagh on 01.10.2008 under whose jurisdiction ATM, Subzi Mandi falls. My complaint No. is 869.

        I was assured that the amount o[censored]nsuccessful transaction of Rs.2, 000/- would be credited back to my captioned account at the earliest but regret to point out that despite repeated requests nothing has been done in the matter even after a lapse of more than 2 months causing mental tension, humiliation and harassment.

        I request you to kindly look into my grievance so that amount of Rs.2, 000/- wrongly debited to my captioned SB Account could be credited back immediately and position intimated to me.

        I hope to get reply on priority.

        I am highly disappointed with such cold attitude of the staff in PNB.

        I Bhunendra Nagi, Gautam Nagar, new Delhi. i made a transition on last 8th jun from PNB yusuf sari ATM but i could not get the money. & on that time i was trying to transition by my SBI account ATM. & after few days i got information from my respective bank that you made a transition from PNB Bank on 8th of Jun RS. 2000/- & you will have to pay this amount to the bank. then i made that payment to the bank. & i complaint both bank regarding the this technological fault but no bank care about it.

        I am in Nagpur, I went to PNB Nagpur to withdraw the money to reactivate the account. But it was not possible to withdraw the money. I contact to custmercare immidiatly and launched the complaint, they had given me the complaiment No. 2075775 dt 14.10.2009 atappox 10.30 PM.

        Custmercare said me that within 48 hours U will get the massage on Mobile and credited to your account. On 21st I again contact to custmercare regarding my complaint but they said it will take 12 working days to solved your querry.

          Dear sir,
          I would be obliged to inform you that my complaint is regarding PNB branch Kanth, Dist- Moradabad, U. P. I am a subsistence farmer. In case of farms waiver of last year (budget 2008-09), I qualify for loan waiver. I approached the manager of aforesaid branch and wanted to know status of my loan. He was quite inhospitable towards me. His attitude was of negligence and of indifference. His argument was that I had been paying earlier loans dutifully, so I can pay the current loan also.
          Sir, my complait is agaist such bad behaviour and subjective judgement of the officer. You please clarify me, shold I default current loan to be qualified for the next loan waiver..!! My land holding is small and I had to recall my son back, who was pursuing studies for engineering exams. I went from door to door of officials, but of no avail. I have no proof, but I have seen the icidents when influential farmers have got their loan waivered. It is quite long time that the scheme of waiver came, but I did not not know where to go. Now, I am filing this complaint with the help of an educated person of nearby village, who informed me about ombudsman system for grievance redressal.
          Sir, I am a law abiding citizen and avowed customer of PNB. I had paid back earlier loans very dutifully. Why was I punished for this duty of a responsible citizen, whose hard earned grains, perhaps, you might also have tasted at any point of time in your life. My reputation in my village is that of a hard working farmer, who has built his standing on his own, without any ancestral support.
          Sir, I want to know, what my fault was so that I was handed out step motherly treatment? why the manager used so subjective attitude in deciding my fate in so indifferent manner?
          Sir, I fought the circumstances but prices of my main crops, peppermint, have crashed. Also, you know very well that this year monsoon has failed and I am in dire situations. I seek relief from your objective mind and I hard-beg justice. Please do something so that I am not forced to discontinue studies of my son and daughter. Save me from taking me from any "extreme step" towards myself.
          Sir, I do not know much formal language or procedures. Please, do not entrap me in hard bureaucratic procedures.

            On 22/07/08 i went to PNB ATM in Alaknanda Market to withdraw Rs3000/- from my acc [protected]. As the ATM was about to dispatch the cash there was power cut and the transaction was terminated due to the power failure. When the power came back my acc balance did show that Rs3000/- had been withdrawn from my acc. All this happened in the presence of the security guard who mans the ATM. I contacted the bank through the toll free # and the customer executive told me that it would take 24hrs to rectify the problem, this was only after i had insisted on my urgent need of the cash, initially he had said it would take 15 days.
            I then went to my main branch in Okhla on 30/07/08 and they asked me to write an application and then live it and they said it would take 45 - 60 days to solve this problem. Now i am confused which is the correct procedure and best and quick result to my problem. The inconsistence is now worrying me because i am foreign student who has less than 40days left for me to be in India, so how long will it take for me to get my money in time as i desperately need my money back.

            I am totally disatisfied with the behaviour which the branch people in PNB baghpat U.P behaved with me today. What happened today was I went to bank to deposit my cash at 1:50 PM
            but they said that they can't deposit it at that time because it was going to be there lunch time at 2 PM but the person who was standing behind me was able to deposit his at that time because he was known to the cashier and when I complained for him they give me bad words and threaten to close my account from their bank please advice me whom shoould I complain about it.

            today when my father goes to atm for withdrawing amount
            first time he wihdrawl 3000 Rs.but their is some problem in atm .amount is not withdrawing.then aftewards he again wihtdrawl 3000 Rs the same problem arise.he doesnot get the amount form the atm.lastly he withdrwal 1000 Rs.and the amount is accepted and easily wihtdrawl but the prb is this when the slip of balance comedown 6000 Rs is deducted but he only get 1000 Rs.

            When I put my ATM card in ATM Machine and proceed (try)three time's for withdraw of Rs 1000/- the ATM Machine indicate "'SORRY UNABLE TO PROCESS" every time, but after some time i check my balance machine shows only 440/ only.

                We hold a Drawback account with the PNB, Custom House, New Delhi Branch. Every time my agent goes for collection of Bank statement, the bank charges Rs.100 for the statement. No bank in India charges anything for Bank Statement.

                Punjab National Bank, Mayur Vihar - 3 — Negligence in activating internet banking password

                Sir / Madam,
                I am a customer with Punjab National Bank, Mayur Vihar- Phae-3, Delhi. (Customer no: GVD003968) My internet banking password was blocked on the 19th of May due to an error entry. With the instruction from the customer care service I gave an application to the branch. They gave me a new password on the 2nd of June, '09. Till today it was not activated. I had visited the branch twice, on 3rd and 4th. During my second visit the branch manager told me that it was downlowded on 22nd May itself, and if you find still difficulty he told me to contact the operation and settlement division (Ph.[protected]. when I contacted the person over there denied the call claiming that it's the duty of the branch, however, he asked me to send an e-mail, and I did send an e-mail and there was no response again. Then on the 4th of June I called again the customer care centre, and they told me to try after 72 hours (ref. no.[protected]. It was still useless. Then on the 5th of June I tried again the customer care service and registered a complaint (Complaint #[protected]. At this time the customer care executive told me that it was not yet activated. I have never seen any worst service than this. People are least bothered about their customers. Any transaction I wanted to make I have to go all the way the bank. I still wonder if someone would help me in this regard.

                Punjab National Bank, Swaroop Nagar, Kanpur — Denial of information to lodge an F.I.R.

                Sir,
                My dad lost his ATM on 12 june 2009 between 10 to 10: 20 am in kanpur but he realized this at around 12 am. Then we blocked the ATM and we also got this information that some one has used the ATM to withdraw rs. 25000 at 10 42 A.m. the same day. WE immediately freezed the account. We also got the information taht the person has taken out the money from the bank of maharashtra ATM. We would like to lodge an F.I.R. and we also want the footage of that person. When we went to the bank today that is 13 june 2009, the person whi deals with these things did not talk to us properly and did not give us any information about our account and the name of the branch from where teh money was taken out. He simply said ki now nothing can be done. Please help us out. It is our right to get information about our account and lodge an F.I.R.

                Punjab National Bank Shahpura Bhopal — Forgery case in encashment of outstation cheque

                Dear Sir
                I have a saving account No.[protected] at the Punjab National Bank Khamala,Nagpur.On 29/9/09 a cheque bearing No 39542 was encashed at the PNB Shahpura Branch,Bhopal and amount in Rs 26,000 was removed by one Amar Jeet Singh.On close look at the informations supplied by the local manager shahpura,it appears that a false sign and the above name (Amar--) was written by the above person.I left India for Libya 2 yrs back ,during this time I was hectically busy in completing certain rmalities in Bombay and Delhi.It appears that during this time the above cheque could have been somehow lost.This was cashed only after 2yrs.I have several reasons to believe that there appears to be strong nexus between the bank person and Amar Jeet Singh.Since it was an outstation cheques it could have scrrened thoroughly about its authenticity.How come my personal amount in the bank was revealed to leave only 1000 Rs that is required.I have several angles to think about this forgery case which I seek your help to probe into the matter and punish guilty.Dr TN Patil Professor in Medical College American Subcontinent.                 I have visited the pnb hubsiguda branch on[protected] at 11-00 am for taking application for creditcard but unfortunately i have not given the application by the lady officer stating that their manager is not available.then i felt very bad and returned from the branch. as i am the sb a/c holder from 3 years . my a/c no is [protected]. kinly do need full.......vidyasagar
                This is regarding issue of a credit card against my sb a/c no. [protected]. for last 4-5days i.e 5-12-09 to 10-12-09 I was in regular touch with the PNB customer care for knowing the procedure for availing the credit card facility against my account & as per directed by them I gone through all the procedure for getting the same. I approached the manager of my PNB branch (Barhi, dist sonepat, Branch code 4967) as per directed by the customer care representative to issue a credit card, but the manager seemed to be harsh rather then guiding to the normal procedure. He told me that I have to give him security (any kind of property or an FD) if I need to get a credit card facility. This was something rare to be heard from any bank before, asking for security for an credit card rather than asking for the annual income as per the rules for a buisenessman credit card as per brought to my knowledge by the customer care. The customer care than asked me the branch code & when I provided them the same they told me the concerned branch does not have the facility yet for issue of credit card & they guided me to get a recommendation letter from the branch manager referring to the nearest branch that is Model Town, Sonepat & is within the area of 20kms. As per guided I went back to the branch on 10-12-09 & asked for the same but to my surprise the manger this time busted on me in very rude manner using vulgar language that I just cannot mention here, in front of his whole staff & other customers. I was shocked & decided to take all necessary actions for being insulted by all means from the manager of the Barhi branch. I thought it was better to bring this to the concerned authorities knowledge before I take any other action & so i did send them a mail. I have been dealing with banks for more than 7 years but never ever seen such a negative response from any manager & the bank staff. This was something that I never expected from an educated person & one who is running the whole branch under his doings. I regret to inform the bitter experience I had with the branch for the last 4-5 days against the standards of PUNJAB NATIONAL BANK as known. I request here to kindly look into the matter & do the needful.

                Punjab National Bank, Kotkapura — Rude behaviour by customer care seat and saving a/c deposit window

                Our children are having savings a/c with Punjab National Bank, Kotkapura branch. Whenever we go to complete our pass books, the customer care attendant always use to misbehave, refuses to do the work and lies. Also according to him, the pass book printing machine is mostly out of order.
                Secondly at cash deposit window of savings a/c attendant also is unsatisfactory for the work. He refuse to deposit the currency notes of Rs.1,2,5,10 and coins and also refuse to pay currency note of Rs.1,2,5 and coins, when we receive cash payment.He refuse to accept that note which is withdrawn from the same bank's ATM on same day due to leakage of pink ink on it, but when we contact with branch manager regarding acceptance of that note than he accepted the same.
                This type of service harass the customers. Please check the matter of both counters and solve the problem permanently for everyone.

                SOME EMPLOYEES OF THIS BANK IS VERY BAD TO CUSTOMERS AND PARTIAL TO CUSTOMERS. MAINLY THE CASHIARS. THEY ALL DID NOT DONE THEIR JOBS PROPERLY. ALWAYS PREFER THEIR KNOWN.                 My wife Mrs. Komal Tuteja submitted an application to the Branch Manager on 07-04-10 requesting that my Recurring Deposit Account No.484800 [protected] has been matured on[protected] and matured amount may be transferred to my saving bank account No.484800 [protected] in the same branch. The Branch Manager refused to receive the application and transfer the matured amount in her Saving Bank Account saying that take the pass book alongwith the application which is not necessary for transfer the amount from R.D.                 I have deposit a cheque for Rs. 14000/- in c/a [protected] in Branch Sec 18, Rohini, on dated 24.09.2010. The Cheque was issued by my brother from c/a c/a [protected]. The said bank's Manager retained the cheque with him in bank and does not transfer the money till 29.09.2010.

                On inquery he replied that as the cheque deposit account and cheque issued account both are not at my brach. and we will not transact and returned the cheque to me. On argument he said you are free to complant my self any where.

                I was in urgent need of money.

                This is very shameful.

                  Hi,

                  I had taken Tax saving Mutual Fund- Principal Tax Saver thru Motilal Oswal securities in Dec 2007. Till Date Principal PNB has declared dividend thrice (approx. Rs. 10, 000/- )but I have not received any dividend.
                  in the due course of time I observed that they have entered a wrong Account number in my statement. The correct account number is [protected], whereas they printed [protected]. I have checked the copy of duly filled form(attached) and found that the account number I wrote is correct. There might be a typing error from their end.

                  While contacting them, they assured me that I will receive my dividend pretty soon, but despite my regular mails, letters and phone calls I have not received anything from them.

                  After that I wrote to SEBI regarding the same but only to receive a letter from PPNB stating that they are looking into the matter.

                  i request you to please help me in this regard. It is quiet frustating.

                      A cheque no. 537536 dt. 3/4/2008 was issued to a client which was paid by the bank on 2/4/2008 resulting in dishonour of another cheque no. 537530.
                      Such lack of proper system in the bank made a dent in the firms reputation with the affected supplier who stopped the credit facility enjoyed by us with him. Further our goodwill was also affected.

                      Your comments are absolutely wrong.It is because any demand draft prepaired by our Bank cannot be done in a back dated manner, because of our work done on computerised method. No such back dated instrument can be done in this system, because this computerised system do not allow any wrong dated implementetion process.

                      Please do not send any nonsense comment.
                      It is a wrong concept, for your comments are totally incorrect.You are not aware that our computetrised system do not allow to prepare any back dated Demand draft.
                      sir I am having a corrunt a/c in PNB Modinagar main branch. A cheque deposit in my a/c no: [protected]. Cheque is cleard in five days and credited in a/c but after 20 days this cheque disowner and debited my a/c without any informations. this is wrong. Please give me reason in this.                         I have issued a cheque from my Punjab National Bank (PNB), Anushaktinagar, Mumbai, savings account to a person having his saving account in State Bank of India, BARC Branch, Mumbai. When his bank sent that cheque for collection to PNB, the cheque was dishonoured by PNB due to insufficien amount though there was sufficient amount in my account, but due to technical problem in their system autosweep FD did not credited back to my account. In view of the above SBI has charged Rs. 75/- from that person account, which ultimtely i had to bear. When I approached to PNB, they raised their hands not to help me in this reagard.

                        People tend to make mistakes. The person who makes this mistake should pay the fine. It is the bank which is the erring party. Therefore, the bank should reimburse the amount. Otherwise the bank can use this line to punish any one whom they do not like. I agree with you that the bank should refund your amount. It is we support the bank therefore it is our right to demand the refund. You are right. Fight for it.

                          I have withdrawn Rs. 10000/- on[protected] at 0811 hrs ATM ID W11855500 from Vikas Nagar Lucknow Branch. While counting the money I found that among heap of Rs. 500 notes, one note was of denomination Rs. 100. Hence I could receive only Rs. 9600 in place of Rs. 10000. I made a compliant in the call centre on the same day and I was told that Rs. 400 will be credited to my account. But so far I could not see any transaction crediting Rs. 400 in my Saving Account [protected].

                          An urgent action in the matter will be highly appreciated.

                          On 06/06/2009 night I lost ATM card in Delhi, I immediately contacted Phoned toll free No [protected] which was printed on my ATM card but was not connected then I immediately contacted on available number of bank staff (Mr. Jagtap) Ph No [protected] and requested him to help me in blocking transaction of my account through ATM. Subsequently on 08/06/2009 I got phone call on my mobile No [protected] at 11.19 hrs from PNB staff (Mr. Jagtap) through phone number +[protected] of PNB Bhusawal branch that your balance is Rs 52, 811/- and all procedure of blocking transaction of my account through ATM is completed. After reaching at Bhusawal I have collected tollfree number from Internet ie [protected] on enquiring on toll free number at about 10:00 hrs, regarding my balance I was shocked and surprised to know that Rs 50, 000/- has been withdrawal from my account in phased manner on 9th and 10th of June 2009. Sir, when I pressed for reason of withdrawal even after blocking my ATM card from the bank. Further too my surprise and agony, the PNB branch manager and Mr. Jagtap (staff) told me that since, there is nothing in writing from my side. I cannot harm them and I should forget Rs 50, 000/-
                          Sir, in the above background I strongly feel that I am the victim of the irresponsible behavior of the reputed bank PNB However it appears that without taking blockage action I have been intimated that my accounts transactions have been blocked. Since this serious lapse is at your end. I am compelled to request you to credit said amount Rs 50, 000/- in my account immediately, and confirm the same to me. Otherwise after 15 days I will be free to go to court of law to have the natural justice and credit the amount in my account. /Consumer Court.
                          Sir on 24-06-09 at 13.35 hrs, I went to bank to handover the copy of letter the Sr. Branch Manager refuses to take & told me that you should send the letter through post holding such an responsible post and behaving like this clearly indicates the intension of the bank branch Bhusawal I am enclosing the copy of the same and the photo copy of first letter received by the bank and its false remarks there on by the bank. I also request to correct the toll free number on the card so that inconvenience to the customer is tolerated.

                          Dear Sir,

                          This is regarding the Fraudulent ATM withdrawals. Somebody has withdrawn Rs. 3, 000 from my SB account without using my Original ATM card, as the Card is available with me till today. It has neither been misplaced nor stolen. I dont know how somebody has withdrawn my money? I have a photograph of the person who has done this theft.

                          Kindly help me advising an action plan that needs to be taken in such a case.

                            I went in Punjab National Bank, Geetanjali Public School, Hapur branch for cash deposit of Rs. 50, 000/- in savin a/c no. [protected] of my near relative Mohit Goyal in 08.04.2008. This account is in modinagar branch. When i reach at branch, Cash clerk Smt. Vasishtha says, if any customer is doing cash deposit for other branch, he can go. I want to know, why, she says "hamari marji". Than i went in main branch and cash deposited.
                            Sir what is the C.B.S. branch? Is it depend on bank staff. Sir, pls inquire to this matter seriously.

After opening the a/s the PRO told me to collect ur cheque book tomarrow.When I send my father to collect the cheque book he replied that we can't give u the cheque book and gave an application form of ATM. when
                              Ii will submit this form I wiill have to take the PIN from bank after 15 days.
                              In this regard I want to draw ur attention on this lenghty process to open an A/c. In my case I require 3 days to open a saving A/c. During service, If one has to open an a/c then he require 3 days leave from office ; while in another Bank like Barkley a/c opening is 10 minute process.

                              I am a CITI Bank customer and I widthdrew 15000 Rs from PNB ATM branch Gole Market Meerut.
                              I widthdrew 15000 Rs however it gave me only 14500 Rs and the slip was made for 15000 Rs. I have recieved 14 notes of 1000 Rs and only one note of 500 Rs.
                              Please advise on the matter ASAP.

                              The major part is the security sits inside the ATM bank and we are not comfertible counting the money in front of him, he also keeps an eye that what we are typing.

                              I have been subjected to financial difficulties on account of this delay.
                              Moreover, it has become an unwanted issue.
                              I have been frequently reprimanded by my vendor on clearing the payment.
                              All ready 45 days have passed, but of no avail.
                              I am surprised to see a professionally managed bank like ICICI is taking such a dormant and laid back attitude.

                              I don't have account in your any branch, but I am having a complaint of your Zonal Office, located at Arera Hills, Opp. Old Central Jail, Bhopal.

                              On that office, Mr. Sethi, Zonal Manager and Mr. Subodh Gore, Branch Manager, Outsourcing me some work of Computer, i.e. Data entries of your all M.P. 52 branches data of account holders in your Punjab National Bank. Which is done by me and my team members on 08/07/08 to 12/07/08 (total - 8500 entries). But they don't release the money from 15/07/08 to till end.

                              First they ask me to do whole work in my terms & conditions, they will agree with our quoted price, I give him full night & day work with our team members, they will release our full & final payment, without advance of any money.

                              I starts working only with his quotes, but after completion of work, they says no data is saved in our systems. How could I pay you, then, we check & again work completed with all our team memebrs, but this time a ERROR is comes regularly with Bank's making Software, that's why data is not saved.

                              After again working, they don't response me, active. Please do some needful as early as possible. But they don't listening me, Only ask me, you wait some time, I will give you the all money. Then, I ask them, I am also a Central Govt. employee, I work with my office also.

                              So please suggest me, how and when did you release my working payment from Zonal Office, Bhopal. I need money for distribute in all team members, b'coz their festival is near, but they don't listen and give me more time, to wait for payment.

                              Subject : Complaint against Mr. Chakkarvarty Manager P.N.B., JNDC, Branch, Hisar.

                              Sir,
                              We are running a Social Organization ‘Akhil Bhartiya Panchanad Samark Samiti’ Regd. (A.B.P.S.S.) which was previously known as ‘Nayay Surksha Sabha’ whose Bank Account (present a/c no.[protected]) is running in above branch since 1994.
                              Since the name of the organization was changed, so as per resolution of Nayay Suraksha Sabha[protected], all the properties of Sabha along with Bank Account was to be transferred to the Central body of ABPSS. (Resolution attached)
                              Central body was constituted under the president ship of Sh. Ashwani Kumar Chief Editor Punjab Kesari Delhi. Bank account was opened in Delhi and as per resolution of central body (Resolution attached), authorized signatories transferred Rs. 47000/- of Nayay Surksha Sabha on[protected].
                              A disgruntled member, Sh. Shivnath Rai kukreja happened to know about this transfer on the same day and he created a seen in the bank, consequently I was called telephonically on 09-06-08 by the Bank Manager Sh. Chakkaravarty to clarify the matter, which I did and submitted the concerned resolutions.
                              To put an end to the issue I took the ABPSS, Hisar unit office bearers i.e. President, Sh. Vijay Dhull, Vice-President- Sh. Avtar Singh, Gen. Sec.-Dr. I.J. Juneja & cashier-Sh. Surinder Jhamb along with the original record (minute register, resolution & registration). Mr. Chakkaravarty agreed with the facts and was apparently, satisfied.
                              On[protected], we came to know that Sh. Shiv Nath Rai Kukreja father of a Bank employee Sh. Keshav Kukreja has succeeded in opening a bank account in the name of ABPSS. At once we lodged a complaint to DGM- Hisar (a copy attached)
                              Now we are given that under pressure Mr. Chakrawarty the then S. Manager, PNB JNDC Branch changed the name of the account of Nayay Surksha Sabha to ABPSS (even after knowing the facts fully) flaying all the legalities i.e. consent of authorized legal signatories of N.S.S. or verification of sanctity of resolution or registration of organisation.
                              Thus unauthorized signatories were allowed to operate this illegally changed name of the organization and just after opening the account and even after receiving the complaint about it, the manager allowed Sh. Shivnath Rai Kukjeja to withdraw Rs. 2500/- from the N.S.S. account on the same day[protected] itself, out of Rs. 3323/- only, which exposes the intentions of the man. More so these concerned persons are being expelled from the samiti by the President Sh. Ashwani kumar (copies attached).
                              Sir, we fail to understand the working of PNB:
                              i.) Is it sufficient to be a father of a bank employee for a branch Manager to ignore the bank’s legal formalities?
                              ii.) That any body procuring photo state of registration of any organization and fabricating resolution can become legal signatory of that organization in this bank?
                              Sh. Kukreja who has been expelled, previously was a cashier in our organization and is still in possession of two FD’s certificates amounting to 1) Rs.99, 000/- and 2) Rs. 57000/-. Now we apprehend that he would manage to draw the amount of this fix deposit in connivance with the bank Manager through his son sh. Keshav Kukreja
                              It is a serious matter which erodes faith of your customers as the local officers, the bank manager & the DGM have failed to take the action in this regard. I hope you will look in to the matter personally and see to it that i) Rs. 2500/- is deposited back in our account, ii) Original N.S.S. signatories are allowed to operate the account ii) FD’s of the organization remain safe.
                              A line in reply at the early date will be appreciated.

                              Laxmi Bank is one of a fast growing bank in Nepal, who seems to offer a wide range of services competitively. Unfortunately, it seems that they are unable to either have experienced professionals or the system management is poorly organized. I find almost in every ATM machines which barely functions, with cash deductable with out any physical transaction or its dead nearly in every branch, and it makes your card roamingly seeking for proper transaction. They never reply your e-mail enquiries even though its important.

                              in Punjab National bank Nakenam pur Branch.
                              The way they people are working over there it was pathetic.
                              This is the pensioner a/c and the transition was not be updated in passbook why because of bank fault. The way they people was behaved with my father Mr chandrabhushan pd singh it was mind blowing it shows how much caring you people are. they people doesnot have the manners to talk with customer in proper way.
                              Because of PNB Bank mistake 1 lakh extra debited access in our side and according to the manager the settled things tht they will not deduct any extra amount because it was their mistake My father and bank people was agree that they will give only half pention amt and they will settle this case whenever 1lakh will over they will inform us.
                              and they will not take any extra chages because due to their mistake this much amount was debited in my grand mother mrs Rajdularidevi a/c.
                              it was more than 6 years old story…..

                              Respectfully, my name is vikram jeet singh but my father has two accounts at your lalru branch which is 15 K.M far away from my home town. But for the costomer convenience you did great job and opened a new branch at derabassi ( at my home town ) i went there to update my pension account and saving account bank copies. Because it was very urgent and i had to show it somewhere. I was waiting there for 1 hour for my turn but when i showed my account books to the cashier of derabassi branch .                               Dear Sirs,
                              I am having a saving bank account no [protected] with your Hardoi (UP) branch. I have deposited, a cheque S.N. 186699 of Rs 15000/-(Rs Fifteen thousand only) payable at your branch on Station Road Gonda (UP), on April 04, 2009. This was the refund order of money back policy no.[protected] of LIC of India, to be credited in my bank account.
                              I have continuous follow-up with your Hardoi (UP) branch.
                              After exhausting more than 3-months of my time now the bank comments that my instrument has been misplaced in transit, they can not help any longer.
                              This is at-most negligence in delivering the necessary & lawful services to the customer and moreover an entire insensitivity in the part of banking business, in my opinion.
                              Your branch can not escape from the responsibility of clearing my refund cheque without any further delay, along with the interest of delay period, as per the banking services norm.

                              i had withdrawn the amount of 23000 thousand fron the citibank atm on the 28th of august but i have not received the cash.and till date bank is not supporting me and not giving any satisfactory reason or answer.
                              i was withdrawing 7000 rupees from SBI ATM, Gandhi Nagar Jammu on 15 Oct 09, using pnb atm card but no trasition was done. the same amount was debited from my account No [protected]. I meet to SBI manager (Gandhi Nager Jammu) he told me go to the PNB Bank where you holding the account . i meet Bank Manager Pnb Babina he told me wait for 48 hrs the above amount will automatilly cradit in your account. but no further action have been made pnb bracnch.
                              therefore i request your kind houner to take appropriated action.

I have posted a Cheque in March 2009 to PNB for transferring the monthly rent but the Cheque was processed in Oct 2009 and at that time I was not having sufficient money in my HDFC account so the Cheque was returned.                               अतः आपसे अनुरोध है की श्री त्रिलोक वैष्णव की विरूद्व कारवाही की जावे ताकि भविष्य में कभी किसी भी कस्टमर को ऐसी परेशानी का सामना न करना पड़े.

                              trikuta nagar jammu — delay tactics in giving education loan

                              dear sir,
                              i'm very depressed about branch manager of trikuta nagar jammu from where i had applied for loan for three times. but due to delay tactics and mental harrassment done to me in name of loan. my father is daibetic, heart and several multiple diseases patient. we had suffered a loss of Rs. 50,000 in processing of loan and also bank fees as 5000/- but nothing has done to us. only mental harrassment is given to us. we want only to refund us Rs. 5000/- fee which is refundable at returning of loan. the matter is when we didn't avail any loan, then why our bank fees is refunded to us.
                              please inquire the whole matter and prouduce both parties i.e we and branch manager infront o[censored] to know the facts and figures of the whole case. becoz ur manager is creating controversy o[censored]s with everyone in the name of loan. i rrequest to you to only inquire this case infront of your goodself.

                              On December 21st 2009 I deposited Rs.20000.00 in A/C No. [protected]; but on confirmation from the Account Holder Mr. RAMESH KUMAR; I came to know that this Account has been closed and the new Account Number [protected] has been opened.

                              Thereafter I gave an application to your bank Manager of ROHRU BRANCH (Branch code: 4536) alongwith the counterfoil of December 21st 2009 by stating the above information.

                              That your branch manager charged Rs.100.00 as old record charges for rectifying the above error.

                              That these charges seems to be irregular and unjustified as the same error has been rectified without any charges in the past & no bank take charges for such un-intentional charges because this is a mutual misunderstanding as the bank also did not bother to inform the depositor while his contact number was on the deposit voucher.

                              Now you can judge when the bank is giving such skelton services to its customers then how it can charge for such negligible errors.

                              Kindly ask your bank branch to refund Rs.100 to the depositer.
                              An early action be taken in this regard and the depositer be informed on the following email ID.

He was a pensionar in railway department. After his death I claimed widow pension through bank. I deposited all document that is said to be submitted. I submitted all document on 21 November 2009 to the officer hendling pension named Mr. B.N.Gha. and now after 3 months no progress is told to me by the officer. I am old widow women, feel very tired to visit again and again to the bank. The bank officer does not coperat me. I earler complain through this media. Please do something and tell me what is problem occurs in my work.

                              I have tried to withdraw an amount of 10000 today(27/02/10) from an ATM machine(Corporation Bank) located at the Krishna Nagar Mathura(UP) wid PNB ATM Card...i tried twice but both the time the machine said that ur transaction rejected...and i neither got the money nor the slip, in second time got the slip only mentioned -"Transaction rejected"...
                              Then I went to PNB branch and checked my balance, it was deducted by 20000/-
                              I REQUEST u to please consider the case and investigate it and update my account as early as u can...

                              I am using PNB credit card from last one, as card is of no use in terms of benefits like any other banking companies are giving, so i was not using the same from a very long time.

                              In dec 2009 i had taken a Balance transfer of 9000 for six months by paying an interest of arount Rs 550/-,

                              as i already have a saving A/c [protected] in your Inder puri Branch. And u can check my past history, i have a clean record.

                              till now PNB CC has generated 2 Statements 0f Rs 1562.50/- each and iahve already paid excess amount i.e. over and above the minimun due amount

                              My only mistake is that i have made an advance payment of my EMI as i dont want to wait for my statement date and all.

                              and PNB has charged me 500/- as late payment fees for not paying Feb EMI amt but i[censored] see my statement i have already paid the same EMI in my previous satement

                              As i am a chartered accountant and a lawyer by profession, I can sue PNB for that, as nothing was mentioned in their agreement that customer cannt made advance payment.

Then after in evening my brother went to atm machine situated at Abohar city(Punjab). but that time my cash was not deposited in above account, but after an hour i revisited that atm machine, i found that my cash has been drawn from my accont. i shocked, that how it could be possible? i visited pnb branch but they said we will make a enquiry for that. but still i dont have any response plz. solve this issue asap.

                              I am working as senior section supervisor in bsnl, panipat and having saving account with pnb assandh road branch in panipat. i used pnb atm card at union bank of india atm at angel prime mall huda panipat on 4.8.2009 for withdraing rs.8000/- and transaction was declined . I visited the assandh road, branch on 8.8.2009 with written complaint and met sh.sharma, hall incharge suggested to lodge a complaint a toll freee no.[protected] and i lodged complaint on 11.8.2009. detail of date wise development is as under:my complaint with [protected] is 17555959 dated 11.8.2009.
                              1. talkled to toll free almost 100 times and every time i received a reply matter is being takenup with union bank of india till date no result.
                              2.filled a written complaint to crc cell and sent a mail to them no response.
                              3.sent a written complaint addressed to sh.b.k.kamathm, cmd, and copy to sh.k.l.jagga.agm, customer care and sent a mail at mail id [protected]@pnb.co.in on 16.12.2009 fax on[protected] till date no response
                              4.reminder sent on 16.1.2010 addressed to cmd and copy faxed and mailed to sh.k.l.jagga.agm no response
                              5.2nd reminder sent on 22.2.2010 addressed to cm d and copy to sh.k.l.jagga, agm with
                              no response.
                              6.letter of complaint sent to crc cell at fax no.43532222 on 6.3.2010 and talked on phone no.43532210 on 6.3.10, 9.3.2010 and 12.3.10 no response till i tried to talked to sh.i.g.arora
                              agm, crc, cell but cound not be contacted.

                              now i request your goodself can i get justice from your good office by investigated my case
                              with detailed above and concerned officers who did not responded to my mails and written complaint.
