I ordered a mobile worth Rs 6549 on 20 july 2021 via order no #[protected]. which was defective which i returned to amazon and they refunded money on 21 july 2021 with refund reference no # 30001012031201220883449 but its been 8 days i.e. 20 july 2021 to 28 july 2021 the bank had not processed it. so i kindly request you to look into this matter....
