I have ordered a product from amazon (SOHAM 3D Rose Digital Printed Polyester Fabric Curtains for Kids Room Living Room Window/Door/Long Door (Set of 2) Dn-c84 (Pink, 4 x 9 Feet (Size ; 48 x 108 Inch) Long Door) on 14/6/21 but I have not returned/received my product

Amazon initiated the refund on June 27
and it was expected to come on July 2

Amazon gave me the reference id[protected] but the Punjab National Bank has still not credited my money rupees 1, 399

This is urgent please help me as soon as possible

I have ordered a prestige hand blender from Amazon. But it is not working. I had refund my product. In my amazon app it is showing credit initiated on 21/07/2021 and 27/07/2021 payment has been credited. But I have received in my account. Amazon provided me with reference id and said ask bank customer care but bank is denying this and still I have not received my refund. Very disappointing from both ends pnb and Amazon. Plz resolve this issue.

Refunded amount is not reflected in bank account. I have buy a product from Ajio merchandise. And then I cancel that product. Then after refund were initiated but not reflect in my pnb bank account.

Reference no - BHMP[protected].

Kindly fix this soon.

I complaint earlier about this matter. After registering complaint the pnb customer care miss call me again and again they did not talk to me about my issue till date. When i call back to that number, then call ended whith saying wrong number. Please report it. If it is possible please provide me the contact number by which the issue is shorted out. The issue as it was.

Hi,

I've not received the refund amount of Rs. 2974 initiated by Lenskart on 17th July'21. As said, it was supposed to be reflected within 7-10 working days, the time window which ended on 30th July'21. I followed up with Lenskart yesterday and have got the ARN for the refund.
Why isn't the amount yet reflecting?
I have mailed the same to [protected]@pnb.co.in, have not received any response!...

I have order a Mobile from amazon on 16 July 2021 from my account [protected], which was cancelled on dated 18 July 2021. The amazon initiated the refund on same day by i did not get it in my account. They provide me a refund reference number 75105171200000723512086 (Photo attached). I also contact to bank costumer care as well as i also visit in PNB Branch but the did not solve my issue. Please solve my issue as soon as possible.

I ordered the product SONY MDR7506 Headphones from amazon on[protected] for ₹7490 but then cancelled it on the same day. The order number is[protected]. I recieved the email on 16 that the refund has been issued. But even after many days i didn't recieved my money. I contact amazon and they said that the refund has been issued by them and they gave me a refund reference number i.e. 75015171198000715295900. Its[protected] and the issued refund from Amazon is still not recieved and not shown in my bank account.

Updated by Mohitemi If you've done the transaction using your debit card then just make sure that you have linked your pan card with your account. It was a 17 days delay in my payment and i was in full tension then i just linked my PAN card and refund came in just 1 hour. No need to complaint.
