I have bought one product From I have returned as the product is not needed the seller has refunded the amount but it's not yet credited the amount refunded on 18th July 21 and they told to wait till 28th so then also its not credited yet to my account. Reference # 75503721200049596181180

    We are msme unit classica packaging, having cc acount in pnb, jajamau, kanpur, branch with account no. [protected] on which pnb is charging interest rate @12.35% with out knowledge/ information to us as we had saction rate is @8.5% . Dispite of sevral call & emails no response is given, please check as we are msme unit.

      Want to refund my premium amount.

      Two days ago, One person called me and informed me that: "My old premium plan is discontinued and if I want to get benefit then I must have to do settlement like Pay 50, 000 new premium and then after 30/35 days I can get those benefit. So I trust that person and purchased new plan "Guaranteed income plan" 50, 000 yesterday."

      I paid for plan so one verification call came today and they told me that There is no premium for...

      I have a cancelled transaction of 6549 due to some issue. As amazon have refunded the amount and have provided the reference id no. But the punjab bank customer is completely denying. And are not providing any information related toh reference id.

      I ordered a mobile worth Rs 6549 on 20 july 2021 via order no #[protected]. which was defective which i returned to amazon and they refunded money on 21 july 2021 with refund reference no # 30001012031201220883449 but its been 8 days i.e. 20 july 2021 to 28 july 2021 the bank had not processed it. so i kindly request you to look into this matter.

        I have ordered an item in Amazon in[protected] June but the item is not delivered so I cancel the order and Amazon initiated my refund .The item name is Guinness world records 2021. The order I'd of the item is[protected] and the price of the item is Rs. 804. Amazon initiated the refund process in[protected] but still I have not received the refund.           This is inform yoh that I have not received the refund of the product ordered from ajio. The order ID is FL[protected] but due to the issue with the product I requested for the return and the return ID is RT40224766. The refund of ₹1050 was initiated by the Ajio company on 19th July 2021 but is not reflecting into my bank account. The refund reference Id which they shared is 20210707111212800110168026019138690. So it is my humble request to you to kindly look into the matter as the refund is completed from Ajio's end.

            I had ordered 3 Women Kurta pajama set which was of 1199/-, 929/-and 986 rupees from Flipkart and the item got delivered on 18 june 2021. And on 21th june 2021 i had returned the product and selected the option to get the refund in my bank account. But i have still not received any payment by flipkart. After contacting the customer care of flipkart they have said that the refund has been initiated and should contact bank support team. and they have given the reference number to locate the refund through bank. First interest credited successfully ON 14.01.2021, but second interest which should be credited 14.07.2021 but still not credited to concerned account number. Kindly take necessary action.

                I made an application in Punjab National Bank, Narayana Branch (Branch Code: 022210) to open a savings bank account and on July 15, 2021, I came to know that Bank has opened my account (Account Number- [protected]) but as per Punjab national bank record, someone already has a bank account (Account Number- [protected], Account Name- IVD SERVICES LTD., Proprietor- Suneel kumar, Account created date: 05/04/2016) with the same PAN number, I owned (BUNPK7277B), at, PNB, Bijnor (Branch Code: 059200), Uttar Pradesh. The guy has mentioned his address as Address: Mohalla Naumi, Barharpur, Tehseel- Nagina, Distt- Bijnor, Uttar Pradesh, Pin code: 246724, Mob: [protected]. According to PNB officials from Narayana branch and customer care[protected], there were suspicious transactions made between April 13, 2016 to May 27, 2016 and after that there was no transaction till date, the account has been dormant. I don't have any relation with that bank account, even though I never had any account in PNB before. I have already written to the Income tax department for the same to confirm whether the income tax department has issued the same PAN number to another person or not and primarily found that they have issued this PAN number only to me.

                I have already given a written complaint to PNB, Narayana (Branch Code: 022210, sent an email to Principal Nodal Officer ([protected]@pnb.co.in) and customer care ([protected]@pnb.co.in) and also talked to PNB customer care number (customer care no.[protected]/[protected]. Till now, I did not get any solution to my problem. It is a kind of harassment for me.

                May I request you to find the solution of the same and take legal action against that person as he has illegally used my PAN card for that account.

                    Sir,
                    I am an account holder in PNB Market road Ernakulam, Kerala.

                    I had made a transaction of rupees 450 for an exam purpose. Eventhough it was an unsuccessful transaction my account was debited for the above mentioned amont.

                    I have called so many times in customer care [protected] since 16th July 2021. They promise to refund in my account of my failed transaction but no action yet to be taken.
                    I have also lodged complain through e-mail on [protected]@pnb.co.in and [protected]@pnb.co.in many times but no action taken.
                    It is requested that kindly look into the matter and refund my above mentioned money in my account early as possible.

                      today i got my refund after visiting bank i shared my problem with officials and they say they will look after it and within 3 hours my refund reached to my bank account.

                        I had ordered a single floral print bedsheet of RS 437 from Ajio on 4th June and returned this order due to personal reason. And on 5th July, Ajio initiated the amount to my card but I still didn't get the money. Ajio sent this reference number[protected] and told me to fill charge dispute form. So please kindly respond to this complaint it's very urgent.

                          Sir,
                          I want to inform you that I am very much dissatisfied for PNB service cause I am not ordered any cheque book, I have proof that please find the attachment for all the documents.

                          I also want to inform you that this is my 2nd grevence complaint cause the first one not resolved due to the bank team decided whole of this.They think they whole think managed and decided but I have all proofs for that. And I will go for the end for the case for higher and higher authority for resolving the issue.

                          So you please reply me as very carefully checking after that post me.

                          As per your previous resolution - YOU ARE USING NEW SENDING CHEQUE BOOK WITH NEW MICR CODE AND RECEIVED THAT.

                          So, I want to inform you that I am the service man person so I am not home at time of delivery the new cheque book and the book received by my home members cause they dont know what's is this, they think this a letter or something else and they received.

                          But I want tell you I am not ordered the cheque book and its ordered by pnb there own procedure, vide screenshot report for failed cheque book for last june month report.

                          And previously issue that they deduct Rs.118 from my bank account without permission and without my request.
                          And I also close my account and then I received a cheque and its very surprised who order it, whats the notification, whats the transaction id, date, time.
                          Why pnb team happening this type o[censored]nnecessary unlegal case.?

                              I am a member of PNB family with acct no [protected]. I am an Air Veteran and drawing pension in your bank. I got my disability pension PPO in May 21, but it pains me a lot to say that from May to July PNB has not done any effort to pay me my dues. PNB is not able to action ePPO issued by IAF to me and thousands another due to some technical issues. All other banks have actioned same set of ePPOs issued by IAF. Since other banks are working on same technical platform why only PNB is harassing their customers.

                              You are requested to look into the matter and find a positive solution at the earliest so that I can get my dues in July.

                              Expecting an early and positive reply from your end.

                                1. It is the incident of date 15/07/21 3:00 pm, i had given 2 cheque to withdrawal few amount to the pnb shamasabad branch, clerk but he denied to payment these cheque just because both cheque were issued by the same person. He said that by doing this his work is increase.

                                My reply... I told him that both cheque are from different category of school amount & i have to maintain the both amount separately. Is this a good way to doing his work. Just because of his work were increased, so we will suffer for his convenient. Then after that he payed my cheques.

                                2. According to the up government order that mdm conversion cost had to be transferred in the students parent's account of my school, so i had given him application+one cheque+pnb/obc bank accounts list and second cheque+others bank account list. He told me to use separate staple pin for each cheque & each list. While i am doing this, he start asking me that who am i & start shouting on me that i am not able to be staple the paper and said i would not told you the same thing 10 times. Then he ask am i a gram pradhan or anyother else to came here to do such work.

                                My reply... I told him do not shout on me i am not your peon here. It is none of your business, i am a gram pradhan or another else. Then he start shouting loudly when i had reply him in up voice then he cool down. Second clerk mr. Sharma come to me and now he start shouting on me and saying if they want to do something they can did easily with me, after all they are government bank employee. Then all other bank employee along with the security guard & the home guard come to me and all were shouting on me that how dare i am to behave like this. I told all of them that i am not shouting. He had start misbehave with me then i had just react on his act. Until this time bank manager even did not come from his cabin & were busy with two other person. After all this incident first clerk completely denied to take my application and told me to sign the list by gram pradhan also. To confirm the same i called up our other's school staff, they told me that this is not necessary. Told him the same but he stick on his words & not accept my application.
                                One of the clerk who knows me well he told me that the first clerk just came for the substitute of some one who is on his leave today.

                                After that i came out from the bank by taking apna sa muh. All this incident is very worded experience of my life.
                                Please look into this matter & if i am right, than take neccessasary action.

                                  I am unable to login to PNB One App using the OBC customer id prefixed with 'O'.

                                  Also, by using the 'Trouble signing in' option.
                                  I provided account number details and OTP authenticated for the same. A 'Success' screen was shown with NO customer id generation.

                                  I had talked to customer care about the same twice and they suggested me to drop a mail to your team.

                                  Please find attached suppoting screenshot of the PNB One App for your reference.
