    Transaction failed

    Sir, I tried to send Rs.3150 to someone using Amazon Pay UPI but transaction got failed and amount got deducted from my bank account on[protected] at around 7:58 PM.
    As per protocol i waited for 5 working days to get my amount back in my account but 5 working days have been completed and i just checked my bank statement but deducted amount didn't credit back in my bank account yet.

    I order redmi 9 power, Order no.[protected], ordered & cancelled a mobile worth 10449/-. Amount is refunded as by amazon data, Ref no.-,[protected], But still not received refund in my pnb account . Customer care are helpless & i’m feeling sad mostly

        SIR, WIth due respect i want to state that i was to get a refund from amazon AMOUNTIING to RS 1570 on 23rd june 2020 from AMAZON, INDIA due to cancellation of the order (since I ha paid PREPAID FOR THE ORDER VIA amazon upi) but UNFORTUNATELY THE AMOUNT DIDNT GET CREDITED INTO MY BANK ACCOUNT TILL TODAY.
        I contacted PNB CUSTOMER SERVICE and on giving my details to them they told no such pending amount is there tobe credited or being credited into my PNB BANK ACCOUNT and they told me to contact AMAZON... I EVEN MAILED THEM and they even replied the same via mail (MAIL COPY ATTACHED).
        I now contacted amazon customer care but they told that amount has been issued from them and they provided me the REFUND REFERENCE NUMBER[protected] and told me to contact bank or raise complaint as REFUND NOT PROCESSED by the reference no
        [protected]I AM EVEN ATTACHING THE EMAIL THEY SENT ME)
        I AM REALLY FEELING HELPLESS. PLEASE HELP ME OUT.. YOUR ACTIVE COOPERATION IS HIGHLY SOLICITED SO THAT I GET THE REFUND OF RS 1570 INTO MY NAK ACCOUNT.

        Approximately 48 hours have passedsince the post wwas posted but no RESPONSE FROM BANK PNB northe MONEY AMOUNTING TO RS 1570 has been credited.. SIR, PLEASE HELP ME OUT.. I AM FEELING HELPLESS AND BEING DECEIVED.

              I had ordered a product from Amazon on 22nd june 2021.
              & For some reason i cancelled it on that day... & Amazon refund the money on 23rd june 2021... But in my bank account amount is not credited...
              So i contact to the bank customer service but & also I told them about RRN id number but they are saying nothing couldn't be happen by this RRN number...

                Bank has frozen my debit account without providing any information. I am staying in Bihar and my Bank account is in New Market, Bhopal(MP). Customer care is asking me to visit Bank home branch even knowing the current Covid situation. I have also linked my Aadhar and PAN details with bank recently.
                I have also sent an email to PNB branch requesting to unfreeze my debit account but I have not get any response yet.
                I am ready to provide any required documents or application to my near by PNB branch/online.

                    Hello i am Kashish from Haryana and my complaint is against bank
                    i purchased a product from amazon for INR 5153 and prepaid the amount and on 21 june in the afternoon i cancelled in as i saw a better product and they said the amount of the refund will be credited in 7 days max as i payed with my debit card and now they have initiated the refund on 21 june and on 28 th june it was said that refund is done from their side and has given the reference number to me which is 75503721174048966912051 and bank"s customer care is not picking my call so i came here to get a solution . The product"s order number is[protected]. Please look forward to my issue i really need the issue to resloved asap.

                      Imps transaction status showing suspect

                      I have made imps transaction on 29th June 2021 for the amount ₹9000 from my pnb account to my boi account. The amount got debited from my account but the beneficiary account is not credited.I have urgent requirement of money. I request you please coordinate with bank to escalate this issue....

                      I have filled form of minor saving account in Pahariya Varanasi branch - Pahariya. branch IFSC - PUNB0497200 and completed KYC on 23.6.21 and today is 29.6.21 but till now my account is not opened I have visited the branch but they only telling (you will get passbook on 5 day later) but till now no information about my account please solve my problem as soon as possible dear sir..

                              I returned a product to Amazon which was costed me 5400rs apprx. Amazon initiated my refund but pnb didn’t reflected the amount in my account. This is reference I’d provided by Amazon 30005111661166154536474. It’s been already more than 8days. Amazon issued the refund on 23rd June itself but still it is not being reflected by PNB

                                  My bank account number [protected] was debited with Rs. 2599 on[protected] when I ordered a Noise Colorfit Pro 2 smartwatch from Amazon.in. I cancelled the order but the refund amount has not been credited till date to my Bank Account. Even though the payment mode was UPI (Gpay), the refunds are quick in UPI case but my bank account has never received any refund so far.

                                  Amazon gave me a mail:
                                  "If in case you do not receive the refund by the expected credit date, please contact the bank's customer care and mention the below RRN (Refund Reference Number). RRN[protected]."

                                  They told me I don't have to visit the branch. But PNB Customer Care is so pathetic that they never tried to check the Refund Reference Number and asked me to raise concern with Amazon only.

                                  Even RRN has not been checked via customer care, they simply rejected checking it whatsoever.
                                  I need my money back which is stuck due to flaws of PNB. A few days back (on 22-23 June 2021) phone/Aadhaar of some unknown person were mapped in my bank account, even that responsibility was denied by PNB when I visited branch, they just corrected it but never took responsibility. What kind of services are these? Where my refund amount of Rs. 2599 is stuck?
