My bank account number [protected] was debited with Rs. 2599 on[protected] when I ordered a Noise Colorfit Pro 2 smartwatch from Amazon.in. I cancelled the order but the refund amount has not been credited till date to my Bank Account. Even though the payment mode was UPI (Gpay), the refunds are quick in UPI case but my bank account has never received any refund so far.
Amazon gave me a mail:
"If in case you do not receive the refund by the expected credit date, please contact the bank's customer care and mention the below RRN (Refund Reference Number). RRN[protected]."
They told me I don't have to visit the branch. But PNB Customer Care is so pathetic that they never tried to check the Refund Reference Number and asked me to raise concern with Amazon only.
Even RRN has not been checked via customer care, they simply rejected checking it whatsoever.
I need my money back which is stuck due to flaws of PNB. A few days back (on 22-23 June 2021) phone/Aadhaar of some unknown person were mapped in my bank account, even that responsibility was denied by PNB when I visited branch, they just corrected it but never took responsibility. What kind of services are these? Where my refund amount of Rs. 2599 is stuck?

Updated by Vishal Kumar Gaur No updates from PNB so far. What a pathetic response system I'm observing here!
