I returned a product to Amazon which was costed me 5400rs apprx. Amazon initiated my refund but pnb didn’t reflected the amount in my account. This is reference I’d provided by Amazon 30005111661166154536474. It’s been already more than 8days. Amazon issued the refund on 23rd June itself but still it is not being reflected by PNB

Hello sir i am Parikshit swami i placed a order from Amazon on 24 June then i cancel that order due to a reason after that amazon initiated that refund amount of 321 rupees but i did not get my refund amount in bank account i tried to contact pnb customer care but they don't respond me it's have been 4 days please reflect that amount on my bank account.my refund reference No[protected]

My bank account number [protected] was debited with Rs. 2599 on[protected] when I ordered a Noise Colorfit Pro 2 smartwatch from Amazon.in. I cancelled the order but the refund amount has not been credited till date to my Bank Account. Even though the payment mode was UPI (Gpay), the refunds are quick in UPI case but my bank account has never received any refund so far.

Amazon gave me a mail:
"If in case you do not receive the refund by the expected credit date, please contact the bank's customer care and mention the below RRN (Refund Reference Number). RRN[protected]."

They told me I don't have to visit the branch. But PNB Customer Care is so pathetic that they never tried to check the Refund Reference Number and asked me to raise concern with Amazon only.

Even RRN has not been checked via customer care, they simply rejected checking it whatsoever.
I need my money back which is stuck due to flaws of PNB. A few days back (on 22-23 June 2021) phone/Aadhaar of some unknown person were mapped in my bank account, even that responsibility was denied by PNB when I visited branch, they just corrected it but never took responsibility. What kind of services are these? Where my refund amount of Rs. 2599 is stuck?

I purchased realme8 mobile phone on 22 june2021 and cancelled due to quality issues. Order no OD[protected] and flipkark customer care is say that ₹9699 has been credited to my account and generated a reference no P2106222035323652960544. But Punjab national Bank customer care is saying no refund is credited.. Please help with doing action on this.

I have submitted a 10-C for my EPFO a month ago. According to EPFO site my Claim has already been settled for over a month now yet i have not receive any amount in my account whatsoever.

My UPI transaction got failed, but the money got deducted from my bank account. Please do something about the refund.

The bank server is not working for the past few days and I couldn't make payment neither receive payment due to bank server issue . It always showing that bank server is down. Please consider it seriously.

I am not able to make any online transaction .
I even can't receive or send money
I am facing this issue from 2, 3 days .
I am totally frustrated with the service of this bank
Please resolve this problem or else I will cahnge my bank account to another bank account.

My Mother Kiran Srivastava .She is a nominee in both fixed deposit accounts. We have all the required documents(death Certificate, Pariwar Register Nakal, Nomination file, Mister Prasad Srivastava- Bank Passbook, Adhar Card, Pan Card. We had gone to the bank with all required documents for a break fixed deposit account But the Bank Manager(Sandhya Mishra) is saying that she wants two witnesses and both witnesses ' accounts should be in Punjab national bank. And Both Witness accounts should be at least 10 Lakhs Rs/.
Please Suggest to me Where can I get such a witness from whose account I have Rs 10 lakh to break the fixed deposit?
I don't know why the bank is harassment of my family? Currently, We have no source of income.

I did a transaction of rupees 352.47 on amazon using my debit card on 18th of june 2021 (Friday). But due to some reason I had to cancel the order. The refund status is showing successfull, but haven't received my money in my account. Please add the amount in my account.

Hii, sir/Madam ...I buy the juicer mixer grinder from Amazon which is butterfly company . I was order on 31 may 2021, then I waiting for it, , after fer day I go to my order details I thinking why should yet I receive my order .. I saw their their write my receive date 21 Nov, I shokeed why so late so I decided to cancel my order ..so I was cancel my order . A few day later I get my refund from Amazon on 8 June 2021. But it didn't not reflected on my account it's showing on (add to debit card ) according to my attach file .I was contact with Amazon's costumer service they told me to pls contact your bank costumer service, because we already refund to your bank account, why its not reflect on your bank account we don't have any information, according their data they done refund, and I can show on my amazone also they done but why I didn't get in my bank account ..
Please request to you you will solve my problem as soon as possible ...

Amazon has processed a refund on[protected] for amount 299.00 which should be credited in my Punjab National Bank account on[protected]. But amount could not be credited in my account still now.
