I did a transaction of 1500rs. for filling my examination form the money was debited but transaction wasn't successful but after 11 days of transaction, Bank hasn't sent the amount back
Plz resolve my issue

    My father transferred sum of ₹5000 from his PNB account (a/c no. [protected]) (IFSC: PUNB0016300) to my PNB account (a/c no.[protected]) (IFSC: PUNB0016300) on 8/3/2021. The amount has been debited on that same day but not credited to my account till date. He lodged a complaint on toll free no. (Complaint no. A[protected] but no action has been taken and no amount has been credited till date.

          Sir I have returned the order of amount Rs 419 on 24th of April and refund is initiated on 25 th of April but still I have not received the refund amount ..
          They have sent me the refund reference number 20210411111212800110168618198324732 ..
          Kindly solve the issue

            Grofers had initiated refund of amount rs.110/- for the product missing from order on 29the april to my bank account bearing account number [protected]. And as per the company's policy the amount should reflect in my account within 5 to 7 working days however its 13th of may today but the amount has not been credited till date. The screenshot received from the grofers is attached alongwith it

                  I was recharging my mobile with Rupees 599 using Paytm for which the recharge failed and this amount was deducted from my account, Paytm initiated the refund and it's been a few days I haven't received the refund please let me know when will I get the refund.

                        My name is Tanvi and I had ordered headphones of RS 1299 from Amazon on 24 april and returned it on 27 april .on May 2 Amazon initiated refund to my mother's PNB bank account but I didn't get it .Amazon has sent refund reference no.[protected] and told me to fill charge dispute form but I didn't know how to fill it.So please respond to my complaint. It is very urgent

                          I had a double payment of a product on Amazon, the refund was initiated by Amazon on the same date 01/05/2021 and I haven't got a refund yet. Amazon is saying to check the Refund Reference number which is 30005411221121018955706.
                          I called PNB Customer care they just asked me for some of my details like address Pincode, account number, DOB, after that they said they can't help me with the use of the refund reference number. I have no idea how I can use this number and track my refund. Amazon customer care also says that they have fully initiated the refund now only the bank will have to provide the refund, and the banks themselves seem clueless about how to use the Refund reference number. Please I need help with how to track my refund and by what time will I receive it.

                                At this covid time People Are very much depressed. At this time some people are doing fraud and playing with life . Kindly take very fast action on it and block the following account as soon as possible, and take very hard steps.

                                One Person who says his name Mr Rahul Yadav (Cell No – [protected])& told him as a sales executive of Cipla Co. He distributes his no on many WhatsApp group- as Remedisivor medicine on control rate directly from the company.

                                Punjab National Bank Having IFSC Code – PUNB0062610 open the account with the Name of – CIPLA PRIVATE LTD. With Account No -[protected]. Saying His Name Rahul Yadav and Cipla Co Distributor Ph no [protected].a

                                Punjab National Bank employee open the account on the name of CIPLA PRIVATE LTD.

                                My friend Wife is very serious and from a WhatsApp Group I found a no of Mr. Rahul Yadav, He showed him as Cipla Co. Executive, I called him and he told me to transfer the amount to cipla co. I will deliver the medicine directly to the Hospital at the control rate.

                                My Friend Atul was already very panicked. He transferred Rs 9600-/ through his HDFC bank account no -[protected] IFSC code -HDFC 0009094 DATED 1 st may -2021 vide UPI transaction no[protected].

                                Our complete Family waited for the injection in the Hospital, but After two hours when we didn't receive the injection we called him again and again but his phone was switched off. After that we came to know that there was fraud. After that we again searched for the injection.

                                This person cheating the people - Block this account as soon as possible. request to you kindly take very very hard step against this person and find out also - PNB bank opened account on the name of CIPLA Private LTd.

                                The big question is _ PNB employee open account – CIPLA PRIVATE LTD.

                                  I have paid the amount through Netbanking on 11-Feb-2021 from PNB account Number - [protected] in the name of Ramswarth Das. The train was cancelled and IRCTC refunded the amount of Rs. 1900/-, with the transaction reference number as TTUM[protected] on 6th April ( Screenshot attached).                                       Since few months I had lost my wallet.
                                      So I blocked the card. After blocked debit card. Bank has to issue new debit card for account number:[protected].
                                      But not issued since 1 month.
                                      I called customer care of pnb. They were saying still under processing from 1 month.
                                      There were very misusing customer card. Since 1 month not issued card. Since I need to beg every time to get my ATM card from bank. Very worst service experience. They were very much negligence from customer care. Behaving very irresponsible.
