I had Ordered a iBEL gasoline chain saw 56cc from AMAZON.IN with order #[protected] on 6th march 2021, but it has damaged so i successfully return on 13th March 2021 and since i had paid by debit card, the amount was supposed to be credited in my bank account which did not happen till date. I contacted the AMAZON team which replied me back with a reference number stating that they successfully initiated the refund process on 18th march itself and its up to the bank to credit the same in my account in time which can take 5-6 Business days but since it has been longer than that i called my bank with the reference number that my merchant gave me but they refused to help saying that this of no use to them. My account number is [protected]. I regularly check my balance, nothing of that sort has been credited since then. My refund reference number is 30005410731065106518862. Attached is the email from the AMAZON team stating that the refund has been successfully completed.

    I have not received my refund from myntra which was initiated and credited on my pnb account on 7th of April. I had ordered two things and returned both and I have received refund for one of them which was 445 rupees but I have not received the refund for the other one which was of 799 rupees. Both the refund was initiated on the same day .when I contacted them they told me it was already credited to my account on 7th . And have given me the reference number below .

      The amazon was showing tha they refunded the money in my account but on consulting with bank they said that they did not get it.

          Not showing FD account on online banking

          Address: Aundh, Pune

          I have opened fixed deposit account online from my savings account on 26 March 2021, but it does not shown in my account.
          I am not able to see deposit account on my portal.

          I have called customer care many times but they also not giving me proper solution.

          One customer care faculty told me to mail so I mailed to [protected]@pnb.co.in but not getting any solution.

          As I am at home town and my account...

          I purchased a product from Amazon and product didn't match my expectations so I return it and apply for refund.As Amazon gave me a refund reference id-30005110911091099852333

          And bank not provided my refund till now i.e
          15 April 2021.

          Please look into this and help me out ASAP.

            I bought earphones from amazon. I return them n refund for those ahs to be credited to my account on 9th April but till today I haven't got any amount credited to my account bank has not provided me any info regarding that. from amazon I got the reference number for the transaction but no use.

                    My refund was raised by amazon on 2 april, and as per their mail it was credited in my account within the 5 days, but still not reflected. I went to the bank, they are saying we don't have any amount like this.
                    The refund reference id is[protected].

                    Customer care team of bank is also not helping with this.

                    I have attached the screenshot of the message by amazon.

                        I was ordered wecool moonwalk bluetooth headset on amazon on 26/03/2021 order id[protected] .Total price of that product Rs-799 and i paid Rs-50 rupees from amazon pay balance and remain balance i paid from my PNB DEBIT card which is Rs-748 . on this date i research about the product and i was thought that is not value for money, so i cancelled it. The amazon pay i rs-50 greceived this date but PNB debit bank balance not received, from amazon they send me a mail that your refund will be receive in 3-5 days.but refund not credited to my bank account.after 5 days i try to call amazon and i told why refund not reflect my bank account, then they told me refund intiated already from amazon and they give me a reference no-74332741086108505332628. so i called my bank customer care but they told me any refund not initiated to my bank account.and i also cheked my bank balance yet my refund balance is not reflected my account. please help me.

                        PNB bank service clerks told that they don't know about reference number and they told nothing happened if i will give them reference number.they can't do anything with this referemce number

                          Yesterday evening 9th April 2021 I did a upi transaction from Amazon, the status of tha transaction shows failed but my money got deducted from account. I reached the customer service of amazon they said check ur bank status. The transaction was of amount 277/- pls check the issue and refund the money back in my account
