I have ordered a bata sandals of 499 rupees on 15 march and i returned them due to some issue and my return has initiated by amazon on 26th march and amazon has send me the confirmation mail of amount credited in your account on 31st march amd give refund reference no as 30005410861074219211402. But till now 6th of april i did not get my amount.

    Address: Punjab National Bank, Lumdig Branch Near Lumding College., Dist. HOJAI, Assam PIN 782447.

    This to inform you that I have a savings Bank A/C bearing A/C no.[protected] in Punjab National Bank, at Lumding Branch but due to some un-avoidable reasons I could not operate the said A/C for long and hence, the A/C became dormant that is why I submitted application along with relevant KYC document to revive it on January, 2021. But the Indifferent attitude of PNB Lumding Branch towards their service has shown their poor performance to discharge their duty as they still not updated my account resulting my inconvenience to a great extant. Early action solicited.

      I had made two refunds and one cancellation, with a sum total of Rs 1443. All of them got processed, but none of them have reached my account yet. The first refund worth Rs 250 was processed on 28th March, so it shouldn't take this long, right? The other refunds were made on 30th March.

        Booked FD not showing in Deposits account section

        This is Shesh Kumar Mishra. I have a savings type account in your branch. I booked a Fixed Deposit of Rs 1 lakh dated 01.04.2021 (1st April 2021) from my account through internet banking but still it is not showing me in the deposit account section. Please check and let me know the reason. I am attaching the details of the opened Fixed Deposit Account Number and my account number .Please try to fix this problem...

        Sir, my name is Bhavana Pal, my father name Om beer And account no is [protected].today I went to your Punjab National Bank in Yamuna vihar branch where my father had a very old account, had to get his debit card and net banking activated for a long time, so this morning I went to get the vaccine for my parents. When I got to the nearest branch, there was a lot of crowd area as we entered the branch and everyone stood there clinging to each other, even in the situation of due to covid-19.

        Mr. Ashwani sir sits there, he applies Debit Card ATM, etc. I think counter number is one, so I asked him what documents are required for debit card and net banking, then he told me I said Sir, my father just got the vaccine from the hospital. They have come and their health is not doing well, I have an urgent debit card requirement, please fill me the form and tell me what documents I want, I will get the signature signed by my father and send them home with my mother.

        Mr. Ashwani said as soon as he saw his father, it seems to be right, he has no problem, he can wait a bit, meaning he spoke very rudely to me and Rudley too, and I brought my father and mother home. you have placed such employees in Punjab National Bank, who do not have the means to talk to the customer, if there is no manners and behave like this he is talking to me in this way, and the customer will talk to him like that too. I do not even consider the complaint. I have to complaint this compulsion. I just request you to update my father's debit card and net banking online. Please mail me Ashwani and tell them how I talked to the customer.

        If today he has talked with us in such a way, he would have done it to others, but some people do not complement him in fear, but I am not like that, so I have forced this Complaint.

        You are requested Sir please we need what my father needs, debit card and net banking online so that you can get it done sitting at home and you want the document, please mail me on my mail id, I will send you the details for the first time today I went to your branch. By going to work today, we came to know that your staff treats the customer in this way.

        I will be grateful if my complaint is attended at the earliest.

                There is IMPS of Rs 25, 000 initiated on 01.04.2021 from HDFC to my PNB saving account no [protected].
                The amount is still not credited to my account.

                    I have ordered a product from amazon but due to some reasons I returned them.
                    Amazon initiated the refund amount on March 24 2021 successfully, but still the amount not credited.
                    After contacting this issue with bank they are saying bank has nothing to do with it.

                      I have ordered the product from Amazon but due to some reasons returned them. Amazon initiated the refund amount on 3rd March 2021 but still amount not credited.After contacting to issue with bank they are saying bank had nothing to do with it.

                        Puma have already send my refunded money to the bank!! but why they are not giving it back to me??? its been 11 days now they had refunded!! the amount was 649!! nd they have send back money to the bank on 19th!! why this is taking so long???? when will back give my money back?

                              I ordered a Tommy Hilfiger Bagpack from Flipkart. I returned it. Refund Initiated by flipkart on 1st October 2019. It should get reflected to my account on 8 October 2019 but it didn't. A reference number was given to me by Flipkart. I tried to reach PNB Customer Care but they refused to help me. I even visited PNB Branch they also refused to help. I will file a case against PNB. If I didn't get my Refund now.

                                I ordered a dress from amazon on 11 March and the product is delivered on 17 March but the product is not so gud so I returned the product on 18 march to amazon seller.They send my refund of Rs1989 on my bank account on 18 march but still I not received my refund on my account.I called the amazon customer care but they told me that the refund is initiated by amazon seller on 18 march and the refund reference is #30005110701070149428249 then I called the pnb customer care they told me that refund is not received by my bank account.I can't understand what can I do I m very sad please help me as soon as possible.Thank you😊
