My name is (MD MODASSIR) and I had ordered (SHOES) of RS.Amount(1679 ) in Amazon on (6-1-21) and after (9-1-21) I returned this order due to personal reason. And on[protected]
Amazon initiated the amount to bank account from (AmazonpayUPI) but I still didn't get the money. Amazon sent this reference number
[protected] and told me to fill charge dispute form but Indian Bank doesn't have such policy. So

My late mother. Smt Vimla Srivastava had been having a Pension Account with PNB, Vasundhara, Gzb branch for many years.

PENSION ACCOUNT NUMBER ...[protected]

My mother passed away in 2019, she had assigned my name as nominee to collect her final sum from this above mentioned account.

PNB Vaundhara sent a letter as to why there was no movement in this account for the last 12 months

I wrote an application to the bank, on 10th of February 2021, that being the nominee, the bank should release the final sum and close this pension account... I did submit whatever information the Bank wanted me to do...its been 21 days... the sum, some Rs 41, 000 is not released to me. The Branch Manager is helpful, but the concerned staff is total uncooperative...rude to an extent...as if doing me a big favor ... I did run pillar to post...whenever I approach the bank staff, I got vague replies.

Requesting your good self, kindly to look into the matter, and get the money be released at your earliest. I would highly be grateful to you.

i have done a transaction of 1371.02 on 23/02/21, through amazon but it was cancelled by amazon and immediately they initiated the refund of 1371.02 and after 8 days i received a mail from amazon that they successfully transferred the refund amount in your original payment mode that was my pnb debit card linked to above mentioned account number, but i have not received my refund amount in my account, then i called amazon they have given me a refund reference number and they told they had successfully transferred the amount and told its ur bank fault for delay in refund i am providing screenshot of refund reference number, please check the whole issue so that my refund should reflect in my account

I availed home loan from PNB Gurgaon, which I paid off. Now I need BBA agreement to sell my property, but PNB lost it and they are not even responding....

Sorry to post here that my refund of Rs. 1099/- is not being reflected in my saving bank account till date. M/s AMAZON has confirmed that the Refund Reference no. 30005110161016133548057 on 21.02.2021. Being Nationalized bank of India like PNB, how it may be possible for not functioning in proper way, for which who is responsible.

Amazon have initiated my refund but I couldn't received in my bank... email attached below with reference no.of refund and amt. Kindly issue my refund..it's been 20days I'm waiting..

I ordered a Morphy Richards OTG 60L from Amazon on 21st January 2021 for 14, 899/- but had to replace it due to manufacturing defect. Got my machine replacedon 8th February 2021 but even that machine had a broken base so ultimately had to return it. According to Amazon, they refunded my money on 9th February 2021 but the amount hasn't been credited in my account yet. They gave me a RRN but PNB customer care told me that they cannot do anything about it and it should be dealt by Amazon only. Kindly look into the matter.

On 23th of February, 2021, I made a transaction with Amazon of Rs 17080.00 for ordering a processor But returned it due to fault in it and opt for refund and Amazon has initiated the return and refund on dated 23 Feb 2021 but it has been over the 5 days I yet to receive the refund in my PNB account.
Whereas in the app of Amazon it is saying that payment transferred to original payment method. Customer service of Amazon is saying that we have refunded and generated RRN no., it's your bank problem and customer service of PNB is saying amount not credited and we cannot check through RRN no. Please do the needful and resolve my problem . This is a miserable condition I am facing.

I'd placed an order on amazon of walnut amounts 810 via pnb on 28th jan . It was cancelled by seller on 4th Feb bt still the refund is not credited in my account. I want my money back from refund.
Matter is, I ordered a product from Amazon by bank & i cancelled that product at the same time. Amazon company generated my refund by mail. I've received mail regarding refunds on 21/02/2021. But problem is my bank didn't refund my money because i didn't receive any msg from bank.
Please help me for refund my money back
