I want my money back from refund.
Matter is, I ordered a product from Amazon by bank & i cancelled that product at the same time. Amazon company generated my refund by mail. I've received mail regarding refunds on 21/02/2021. But problem is my bank didn't refund my money because i didn't receive any msg from bank.
Please help me for refund my money back
I already complained here but didn't solve my complaint.

    On 15th February Amazon India initiated a refund worth Rs.599 in my PNB account but the refund not yet reflected in my account.

      My name is Neeraj and i had ordered YES2GOOD Samsung Galaxy S9 Plus Case, Magnetic Adsorption Case Metal Frame Flip Cover 360° Tempered Glass Back with Built-in Magnet Cover for Samsung Galaxy S9 Plus [Black], of Rupees 799 in Amazon on[protected], order no.[protected].And i returned this order due to personal reason, and on[protected] Amazon initiated the amount to my card, but i still didn't get the money.Amazon sent this reference no. 30005110341034133936571 and told me to fill charge dispute form but indian bank doesn't have such policy.so please kindly respond to this complaint.its very urgent.My card no.         Have order a moblie phone from amazon pocox2 on 6of feb 2021 nd paid the payment prepaid by debit card but my order was cancel by the amazon 8 offeb 2021 my order id is[protected] nd i paid Rs 18794
        00. But even after 20 days i dont get my refund credited in my account . The amazon had provided me the refund reference id no that is # 30005110371037192675942 but still not get the refund back.

              I had purchased 2 products online from different applications and due to some reasons i had returned both of them. Both the companies have issued refund but i still don't get it. Details of both the products are below:

              1. Puma shoe of Rs1924 from myntra
              Returned on 4 feb and refund issued on 14 feb 2021.

              2. Twinkling neckpiece of rs 444 from meesho
              Returned on 3 feb and refund initiated on 5 feb 2021.

                I purchase the book from Amazon of Rs.485 and I paid the money in online mode through debit card but I return that on date 8 Feb 2021 but I doesn't receive my refund till now but according to Amazon service they refunded my money but I doesn't received it yet in my bank account and according to my bank there is no any money transferred back in my bank wallet...So my complaint is that I doesn't receive my refund of Rs.485 yet.

                  Hello,

                  I'm writing about the refund of my Order #[protected]. which i had orderd on 23 jan 2021 and retured in 26 jan from amazon..
                  amazon's Billing team has confirmed that they have issued a refund to my ORIGINAL PAYMENT METHOD for Rs. 569 on 5 February 2021. The amount should reflect in my bank account statement or credit card statement after [REFUND DATE + 5 BUSINESS DAYS]. but it is not credit till this date(28 feb2021).This is the RRN 30005110231023183626201 provided by amazon

                      Amazon had initiated the refund of Rs.1199 on 16/02/2021 with reference ID 30005110471047208882555 . After being sending mails to the bank and calling PNB customer care, no response is given, neither money is credited into the bank account.

                          I have already made complaint on [protected]@pnb.co.in. But asked to lodge complaint to Refund Team.
                          I am a customer of OBC ac no [protected] since 19 Oct 2016. I have made a flight booking through Debit Card on Cleartrip site. The same booking/flight is cancelled by operator. The amount Rs 14, 940/- is refunded by Cleartrip on 20th Jan 2021. But till date the same amount is not credited in my account.                               On 15th of February, 2021, I made a transaction with Amazon of Rs 1199 for ordering a Coolpad Cool Bass True Wireless Earbuds (TWS), True Digital Display Charging Case, Bluetooth Earphones with Mic for Calls and HD Stereo Music (Blue) But returned it immediately as i ordered the wrong one and opt for refund and Amazon has initiated the return and refund on dated 15 Feb 2021 but it has been over the 10-12 days I yet to receive the refund in my PNB account.
                              Customer service of Amazon is saying that we have refunded and generated RRN no., it's your bank problem and customer service of PNB is saying amount not credited and we cannot check through RRN no. Please do the needful and resolve my problem . This is a miserable condition I am facing.

                                I cancelled my order on 15 February 2021and amazon initiated refund on 15 February 2021 and it was expected to add in account on 20 February 2021 but i didn't get it . Now i m sending my new ifcs code as my account is in obc branch but now they said that i have to gave u reference number which i have already gave earlier .

                                    I ordered four shirts from Ajio on 1 Dec, 2020 whose total price is 1199.20 rupees and two shirts delivered to me first and then remaining two shirts delivered to me on 9 Dec, 2020 order I'd is FL[protected] but for some reason I returned all the shirts and they pick first two shirts and next day remaining two shirts total refund amount is 1199.20 they initiated the refund for two shirts on 9dec first which is 599.60 and then initiate 599.60 for remaining shirts on 11 dec but I recieve only 599.60 in my bank account and 599.60 rupees are still not recieved In my account Ajio told me to talk with my bank which is punjab national bank but bank not responds so please talk to bank to give my refund Ajio gave me the RRN or ARN is[protected] please talk to bank to raise charge back complaint for this RRN or ARN

                                      On 10th of February, 2021, I made a transaction with Amazon of Rs 1906.25 for ordering a Gas Oven But returned it due to fault in it and opt for refund and Amazon has initiated the return and refund on dated 21 Feb 2021 but it has been over the 5 days I yet to receive the refund in my PNB account.
                                      Whereas in the app of Amazon it is saying that payment transferred to original payment method. Customer service of Amazon is saying that we have refunded and generated RRN no., it's your bank problem and customer service of PNB is saying amount not credited and we cannot check through RRN no. Please do the needful and resolve my problem . This is a miserable condition I am facing.
                                      The twist here is the Total payment I hade made to Amazon for the product is Rs 2290( Rs 384 from Amazon Pay Balance and balance Rs 1906 from Debit Card) . Amazon has refunded the Amazon pay balance on the date of return 21st Feb 2021 immediately but money to my bank account is yet to receive. So Amazon is repeatedly saying that we have refunded all the amount that's why you have received the rest Amazon pay balance. You have to contact your bank for the rest 1906 amount. Attached screenshot for your reference and necessary action.

                                      On 23th of February, 2021, I made a transaction with Amazon of Rs 17080.00 for ordering a processor But returned it due to fault in it and opt for refund and Amazon has initiated the return and refund on dated 23 Feb 2021 but it has been over the 5 days I yet to receive the refund in my PNB account.
                                      Whereas in the app of Amazon it is saying that payment transferred to original payment method.
