      Amazon initiated the refund on 5 Feb, 2021and it was expected to come on 10Feb 2021.
      Amazon gave me the refund reference no. But the PNB Bank has still not credited my money.
      I done payment with my DEBIT RUPEE CARD.
      This is urgent please help me as soon as possible.

          Refund from Amazon has not been refunded in my PNB Bank Account as it was supposed to be there on 13th of february and I just got a reference number from Amazon and bank's customer care told me that they can't do anything about it.

            I ordered amazfit watch from Amazon of amount Rs.3999 and cancelled it on 8 feb 2021. Order ID[protected] of my order. Amazon intitiated my refund on 10 feb 2021 but in my PNB bank account amount not received yet.
            Amazon has provided me refund reference no. 30005110391039194967885.
            Kindly help me in getting my amount back.

                  My name is Chirag and I had ordered shoes of RS. 499 Amount from Amazon on 31/01/21
                  and after 2/2/21 I returned this order due to personal reason. And on 3/2/21

                    We are a corporate customer with the erstwhile OBC which has since merged with your bank. In their Net banking facility we could do all online transactions related to Fixed deposits. However after the total integration wef 01/12/2020 in your Corporate internet banking site it states this functionalty is not available . Pl contact helpdesk. we sent mails to Call centre and ur Digital Banking Division . They are stating it is not avaiable. But how it is possible. Do u expect Corporate customers will have to visit the branch everytime for all work relating to FDR. All other banks are having this facilty for Corporate customers. Kindly look into this issue

                      My name is Nitin Sharma and I had ordered Product of RS.45.02 in Amazon on 28 December, 2020 and d after that I cancelled this order due to personal reason. And on 11 Feb, 2021 Amazon initiated the amount to my card and on 16 Feb, 2021, they said that money is credited in my account but I still didn't get the money. Amazon sent this reference number : # 30005103570358183190764 and told me to fill charge dispute form but Punjab National Bank doesn't have such policy. So please kindly respond to this complaint it's very urgent. My Account Number is [protected] and IFSC Code is : PUNB0014800.

                      The official email I received from Amazon is :

                      " Hello,

                      This is to confirm that refund for amount 45.02 has been successfully processed on[protected] and the amount should reflect in your account by now.

                      Refund Reference # 30005103570358183190764

                      Please contact your bank’s customer care center and quote these numbers to know further about the status of the transaction in case you still haven’t received the credit within 4 business days. Please remember that you will have to call your bank’s customer care center and not visit the branch for this update.

                      Some nationalized banks may take more time than normal to credit the amount. If your bank is unable to locate the refund with the reference number provided, please dispute the transaction as 'refund not processed'. At that time, they will see a pending refund and will follow the path back to our payment processor to locate the refund. "

                        I made a purchase using my pnb debit card on 19/01/21 by bluestone.com of amount Rs 23227.Which was returned and seller and amount was refunded on 9/02/21 with bank ARN 30001010411019100779295 at 20:49:18.But the amount yet not been credited.

                                  I have cancelled orders from amazon of ₹529/- and ₹299/- whose refund is initiated from amazon but stuck somewhere and didn't credited to my punjab national bank account. The refund reference number of both the transactions is #30005110341034164130862.
                                  Amazon is saying to talk to pnb customer and quote the above numbers to locate the refund or either charge a dispute form but pnb is saying they can't help in this issue.

                                    Hello I had ordered this book on 29 jan 2021 from Amazon and it was a prepaid order so payment was done by my pnb bank account debit card. But the delivered product was faulty so I returned it. The money had to be refunded to my bank account till 14 feb 2021. But I haven't received the money yet on 21 feb 2021. Amazon has told me that refund has been sent successfully by them and it's a problem from bank side.

                                    Kindly look into the matter so that I can get the money as soon as possible. Thank you.
