          1.) I had purchased an item from amazon on 19th jan 2021.
          2.) the order id of the item was :[protected] .
          3) the price of the item was Rs 9899/-
          4) but due to some issue with the product I had to return
          the product .
          5) my product was picked up for return on 2nd of Feb.
          2021 and the refund was also issued on the same date.
          6) but till today the refund has not been credited to my
          bank account.
          7) I also contacted pnb customer care but they were
          not able to help me .
          8 ) it has been more than 18 days since the refund got
          initiated but i have not received it in my account.
          9) Amazon has provided me with refund reference
          number to track the refund

          I had also registered a grievance regarding the issue online with the bank on 21- feb- 2021.
          the complaint no. is : CW[protected]. Today I have received a message that my complaint has been resolved.
          But still the amount has not been credited to my account.
          On calling the customer care they are saying that they cannot trace the complaint with the provided complaint no.
          Everybody is trying to dodge the responsibility.
          Worst experience ever with PNB.

I had ordered multi purpose 5 layer clothes hanger of Rs. 390 in amazon on 27 January 2021 and after 3 February 2021 I returned this order due to some personal reason. And on 3 February 2021 amazon initiated the amount to my card but I still didn't get the money. Amazon sent this reference number

                    Hi i have booked train ticket on 25 jan in phone pe app through my debit card with transaction id [protected] )for amount 1297 in irctc site.but I cancelled train ticket from irctc for amount inr1100 with transaction id p2101052125338780428381on 5th february 2021. But the amount is not refunded niether to my debit card linked bank account nor in phone pe account.But i have received confirmation from IRCTC team that refunded done. But on checking my phonepe account no refund has done till date to my linked bank account. Phone pe customer care given arn no. 30001010371025100578957) and said that they have paid to my adebit card linked pnb bank account. On chasing with pnb bank customer care they r only telling that they will not do any thing about this. It is already 15 days crosses but no refund sone from phone pe team.

                      I cancelled my tickets on irctc on 09/02/21 which I had booked through my IRCTC ID and paid through my PNB debit card they initiated my refund on 10/02/21 and sent me all the details with transaction ID and reference ID through e-mail but I did not receive my refund in my PNB Bank account I contacted PNB customer care through phone but they did not help instead blocked my UPI for tht account i then visited the bank itself for help but they are not checking the reference ID that IRCTC has provided me and i still have not got my refund. They just say we cnnot help with it as it should automatically come in your account online below i am attaching the screenshots of irctc mail that i had received kindly look into the matter.
