    I have order the product through Amazon on date 19 December 2020.And the price of the product 539. And this is the order id[protected]-2028319). 3 January 2021 was the date of initiation of the refund so you have and still my refund has been not received. This is the Reference number[protected]

      I had ordered something from Amazon on 21-DEC-2020 which i successfully cancelled on 23-Dec.-2020. Since i paid for the order by debit card, the amount was supposed to be credited in my bank account which did not happened till date. I contacted the amazon team which replied me back with a transaction number stating that they successfully initiated the refund process. After that i called the bank with the transaction number given from Amazon but they refused to help saying that this of no use to them. I regularly check my balance, but the amount is not credited since then. My refund transaction number is 30005103560356173521446 . Attached is the email from the Amazon team stating that the refund has been successfully completed.

      Punjab National Bank [PNB] customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
      I had ordered something from Amazon on 6-jan-2021 which i return to amazon on 14th Jan but not received refund by Amazon. Since i paid for the order by debit card, the amount was supposed to be credited in my bank account which did not happened till date. I contacted the amazon team which replied me back with a transaction number stating that they successfully initiated the refund process. After that i called the bank with the transaction number given from Amazon but they refused to help saying that this of no use to them. I regularly check my balance, but the amount is not credited since then. My refund transaction number is 74332741015101479765366.

        This is to inform you that my current account number is[protected] in the name of PRATIBHA TEXTILE at united bank of india burrabazar branch kolkata 700 007 .
        i have regularly been facing issues regarding the clearing cheques deposited in the above branch .
        i have deposited many cheques on the 4th january 2021 and till now the cheques are not reflected in our account .
        The branch is not cooperating with us with the same issue inspite of complaining several times .

          I had Ordered a Phillips Trimmer from AMAZON.IN on 18-DEC-2020 which i successfully canceled and since I paid by debit card, the amount was supposed to be credited in my bank account which did not happen till date. I contacted the AMAZON team which replied me back with a reference number stating that they successfully initiated the refund process on 20th dec itself and its up to the bank to credit the same in my account in time which can take 5-6 Business days but since it has been longer than that i called my bank with the reference number that my merchant gave me but they refused to help saying that this of no use to them I regularly check my balance, nothing of that sort has been credited since then.

          My refund reference number is 5134040356029817736864. Attached is the email from the AMAZON team stating that the refund has been successfully completed.

                  On dated 07/01/2021 my acct. balance turn zero. with out any trace. local bank would not provide with any help.
                  on 4 of Jan 2021 a malicious phone call asking me to recharge my phone number or my phone will be disconnected from 5/01/2021 which I refuse to recharge. next a couple of day I found out that my acct is showing zero balance. I ran to the bank and bankers said they does not have the link. very next day I again went to bank they said that "you have been cheated and the amount is gone on another acct". Then I asked that "I haven't share or any thing over any medium. why and how this thing happened" and then they rudely said we cant help. and leave or do what ever you want to do. cant help a bit" and then very same day evening my acct shows rs -1, 00, 000/-(minus one lakh) as balance. again I went to bank again, then they said again "get out we cant do anything".
                  I need to by balance return. and also want to know how I been conned without sharing my any kind of details. (not even over the phone)

                    I had ordered something from FirstCry on 12-DEC-2020 which i successfully cancelled on the same day. Since i paid for the order by debit card, the amount was supposed to be credited in my bank account which did not happened till date. I contacted the FirstCry team which replied me back with a transaction number stating that they successfully initiated the refund process. After that i called the bank with the transaction number given from FirstCry but they refused to help saying that this of no use to them. I regularly check my balance, but the amount is not credited since then. My refund transaction number is 75503720349044368585399. Attached is the email from the FirstCry team stating that the refund has been successfully completed.

                      Hello,
                      Amazon India has refunded me Rs 142/- in my bank account.
                      My bank account was united bank of india which is now PNB.
                      Amazon has initiated my refund on 31st dec. 2020 and given to me Refund Reference Number, then i talked to customer service of PNB and they said no amount in there to be received in you bank account.

                            I had to receive a refund of ₹2597 from indigo bud did not received when queried from indigo they told that they have refunded the amount and gave me arn number and asked me to contact my banks customer care and giving them arn to track my refund. But when i called, the customer care executive didn't knew about arn and simply asked me to contact indigo and disconnected. Now indigo is saying to contact bank and bank is saying to contact indigo.

                            I want my money and pnb should track my refund.

                                To unblock PNB Rupay debit card

                                Respected Sir/Madam

                                With due respect I want to state that, I was trying to pay the fees of an online form on 03 January 2020 but due to wrong entry of my debit card it was blocked with message " Your card has been blocked for further use at rupay merchants". I talked on ur customer care number they said wait for 24 hours it will automatically unblocked, but even after 3 days its not unblocked, again as directed by helpline...

                                      I returned an order on 22nd December 2020 at flipkart.in. They have confirmed that the seller has initiated the refund of Rs.611.0 on 23.12.20 and the same should have been credited to my bank account by January 1st 2021.
                                      Now today is 10.01.2021 and it's been more 10 days from 1st Jan, 2021 and the money is still not credited in my bank account. The refund reference number is 85215220359051289475291. Please look into the matter.

                                      I got a call from a scammer after posting complaint here. He claimed that he is calling from pnb n asked to install an app name "QS" and proceed with his commands. When i denied to do so and said that i will contact my bank directly, he started abusing me and cut the call.
