I have made a transaction of Rs. 1080 dated 21.08.2022, through Amazon PAY UPI, having transaction no. UPI/[protected]/P2M/[protected]@apl/AMAZO, however the same has got cancelled at their portal. I need to have the refund of same on priority, as I have been following up with bankers also, no response for the same.

    Seeding of aadhaar and mapping in npci

    Hi sir my name is shivam, I have submitted adhaar card linking in bank and adhaar is seeded in my bank account, but the NPCI status wrongly showing with details of mapped to previous bank details (State bank of india).

    I made successful transaction via Google pay (Punjab National Bank debit card) of Rs 4725 on 3/8/22 with the ref. Id- UP[protected]P2MaureliagokwikyesbankAurelia. my transactions was successful.The merchants namely Aurelia are saying that they have not received money. Bank is not helping. Google pay is also not helping. Plz help me getting my money back

          I am visiting the branch since last two weeks for my completing KYC as well for my linking mobile number
          But branch do not completing my KYC as well as not linking mobile number daily I used to give my documents for KYC and I used to spend more than hundred rupees per day approx I have spend 1000 rupees related to that matter branch manager and other staff not listening to my words when I say that please do my work scold me and says tomorrow your work will be completed.
          When I use to go there same problem I face the problem which I facing since last to weeks please help us.

            On 19/08/2022 a refund is initiated from the swigy, after some time on the swigy app, the refund process is showing complete. But no refund is showing in my bank account. As mentioned in the swigy app if the refund is not reflecting in the account, to contact bank, I contact pnb customer care, but they don't listen to the problem, and say to contact swigy.

              On 02/11/2020 I tried to make a transaction using PNB net banking service to pay for domain name purchase from GoDaddy company website.
              Due to some technical failure transaction got failed! so, my order to godaddy was cancelled.
              But I got a message from PNB for 1915 INR deduction.

              I called PNB Care so they have said that your money will be refunded in 7 days of time. but I won't get refund So I had registered first complaint on 28/11/2020 to PNB custom care.
              So, then they have said it will take 45 days, I had to wait for such long time again. and I have waited.

              Now it is been 2+ years to this! till date no solution from the bank. and not even a single response from the bank side.

              I keep calling PNB care and they keep making false promises about the issue, but no solution is given till date.
              Every time PNB support has given same answer, all the time what they say is that your complaint is under process, and to make feel good they also say that now we are moving your complaint forward for special attention.

              If you check my details, I have made a lot of complaints in PNB customer support, called 100+ times, and even sent emails too.
              (Rajat, Sadhu Singh, these are senior person with whom I talked in past on PNB call support)

              I also contacted CCAvenue for the same, they said to contact the bank or vendor.

              This time I am hoping to get a refund and close the complaint.

                My name is Kabir I spoke to Punjab National Bank for my loan takeover and my request was to postpone it as the interest rate is high in the existing bank and they checked my CIBIL score He told me that he will do it properly and after checking, he called me and said that he can do it at a low interest rate They told me that everything is ok, just pay the processing fee, I paid it immediately and after 3 days, they called me from their office saying that it can't be done with low interest.Because the company you are working for is not a private limited company, they can't know this in advance. I even gave the salary slip. No when I asked to return the cash I gave you I am told that I can't give it back I humbly request you to please take it back….

                          I had made a UPI payment on 06/082022 at 12:10 P.M., UTR[protected], TRANJACTION id-T2208061210282424864867 through phone pay, which was successful from our side but the fund not credited by the receiver bank. Pls do the needful asap.

                            This is to inform you about Punjab National Bank branch which is situated in pitampura Delhi that they have not being doing their work properly.

                            In Month of may, I've applied for debit card for the same ive received a sms in end of May.

                            Afterwards, I've not received my debit card yet to my address.

                            It's quite funny and lazy where others bank are competing with each other, by upgrading their services on daily basis, on other hand, Punjab National Bank is the worst bank I've ever seen.

                            Even for closing an account, pnb will not do such work in hurry.

                            It's the customer who has to face the problems.

                            Even their customer care service are really bad,
                            Their executive really don't know how to talk with customers,
                            Also they don't have any solid information about any branch especially their phone numbers.

                            All numbers are invalid as of today. And they are being sharing outdated details.

                            Instead of helping a customer, pnb is doing the bad work to be very honest here.

                              I have a savings account with Punjab National Bank, Survey of India branch. The bank has deducted Rs 225 as QAB charges from my account for not maintaining the minimum quarterly balance. But, the bank has never issued such guidelines that there is a minimum balance that the customer is required to maintain. Moreover, I was not informed by the bank about these charges being deducted. I request you to initiate a refund of the charges levied illegally from mh bank account.

                                First time 483 INR deducted from my PNB saving account on 25 May 2022.
                                ACCOUNT NO.- [protected]
                                NAME- UMESH GUPTA
                                BRANCH ADDRESS- PUNJAB NATIONAL BANK, HARPUR BARWA,
                                DIST-KUSHINAGAR, PIN CODE-274203
                                and my account detail was showing that the money was transferred to ACH-RELIANCE RETAIL LTD., but I never transaction any kind of money to RELIANCE RETAIL LTD., When I complaint about this incident in the near bank branch on 27th MAY 2022.The bank employee did not given me any appropriate detail about my deduction and he asked for a written complaint.
                                And now It has became more then two months of given written complaint still no respose from PNB, and again 295 INR and 52 INR transferred on 20 JULY 2022 and 27 JULY 2022 to ACH-RELIANCE RETAIL LTD.
                                Today(4 AUG 2022), Again I went on bank branch for close my bank account and they start to ask for 500 INR.
                                Now after being tierd from all of this thing, I'm filing complaint here.
                                I want to close my account and give me total refund of 830 INR which is deducted without any reason.

                                Please HELP!!!

                                    My account no. is 0725******7786.
                                    Unauthorized transaction of Rs 500 on date 28.07.22 done by my Bank branch, without prior intimation or any proof. I even understand the tranction done by Bank end, so nobody will doubt bank, but bank has no valid reasons to debit amount neither they inform me nor share any message/call me.
                                    Bank has done this transaction illegaly and as a customer It's my right, no such transaction could be done by bank without my permission .
