Debit card is delivered even after three months

This is to inform you about Punjab National Bank branch which is situated in pitampura Delhi that they have not being doing their work properly.

In Month of may, I've applied for debit card for the same ive received a sms in end of May.

Afterwards, I've not received my debit card yet to my address.

It's quite funny and lazy where others bank are competing with each other, by upgrading their services...

I am complaining about the illegar QAB charges being deducted from my bank account

I have a savings account with Punjab National Bank, Survey of India branch. The bank has deducted Rs 225 as QAB charges from my account for not maintaining the minimum quarterly balance. But, the bank has never issued such guidelines that there is a minimum balance that the customer is required to maintain. Moreover, I was not informed by the bank about these charges being deducted. I request you to initiate a refund of the charges levied...

First time 483 INR deducted from my PNB saving account on 25 May 2022.

Unauthorized transaction by PNB without intimation and any valid reasons.

My account no. is 0725******7786.
Unauthorized transaction of Rs 500 on date 28.07.22 done by my Bank branch, without prior intimation or any proof. I even understand the tranction done by Bank end, so nobody will doubt bank, but bank has no valid reasons to debit amount neither they inform me nor share any message/call me.

Debit frozen account

Address: PNB, TARAPUR Branch, Silchar. Cachar, Assam.

My sb account is frozen without any intimation to me. It has came to my notice when one cheque returned to me. Then I contact the home branch of pnb Tarapur, Silchar & told to submit the KYC details. After submission of KYC details confirmation through SMS received for update of KYC but till date the account was frozen....

Amazon refunded money through UPI, but money still not credited to my account.

I had got refund of Rs. 1185.24 on 20.02.2022, Rs. 2015.80 on 20.02.2022 and Rs. 2368.52 on 02.03.2022 through amazon refund reference id[protected] but the amount had yet not been credited to my account even after persuasion with your bank through emails.
The amount was refunded through amazon pay upi as it was the original payment mode. Whenever i call to amazon they say contact your bank and when i contact my bank they say contact...

Lunch break hour.

There is a major problem of lunch break hours in this branch of prathma u.p gramin bank.
They usually takes 2 hours for lunch with there whole staff.
I m standing here for more then an hour's just to update my passbook but they are on lunch with their whole staff....

Refund initiated by amazon but still not receiving
