      I have ordered an item with aamazon with rupees 9653 and have returned the item . Amazon has provided me Refund reference no. Of bank but bank is not transferring money they are saying talk to amazon and Amazon is saying talk to bank.

        Refund processed on 22nd july is not credited in my pnb account yet.i called at pnb customer care and explained everything he said we cannot do anything call amazon
        Even after giving him refund reference no and transaction id pnb cutomer care refused to help me

            I odered oppo A31 moblie through amazon on 15 JUL 20 nd cancel on same day ..Amazon issued refunds on 16JUL 20 nd give a confirmation male ..your refunds of Amount 10190 has initiated with Refund reference

              I had ordered a product of Rs.12649 in amazon on date 20/07/2020 and i cancelled this order due to personal reason. and amazon initiated the amount on same date 20/07/2020 in my card according to amazon but i still didn't get the money in account.                 My name is amandeep kaur and i had ordered r s aggarwal quantative aptitude for competitive exams of rs 584 in amazon on 15 july 2020 and after returned date 19 july 2020. Ireturned this order due to personal reason. And on 19 july 2020 amazon initiated the amount to my card but i still didnt get the money. Amazon sent this reference number (75503720202041045989545) and tolde me to fill charge dispute form but punjab national bank doesn't have such policy. So please kindly respond to this complaint its very urgent.

                  I was told by Amazon to raise a concern with the bank for a recent order made . The bank customer care will keep you on hold for 10-15 mins and then cut the call. I have the refund reference number but nothing is happening. I have tried contacting them at least 12-13 times.

                        I have purchase a phone from amazon and i pay 10199 rs from my punjab national bank debit card after some time due to some reason i cancel my order and amazon refund my amount in 3 to 5 working days. But after 7 days no amount will add in my account so i call amazon customer care and tell about my problem then he say they refund my amount on 21/07/2020. Then i call punjab national bank customer care they tell me no amount will be sent from amazon to your account. But amazon customer care send refund reference number to me. Kindly help me for this problem.

                          I have purchased mi trimmer of ₹999 from amazon.in on 13/07/2020 but unfortunately it was cancelled by amazon seller after 2 days but amazon initiated refund to pnb on 18/07/2020 but pnb did not credited the refund amount to my bank. As i talked to customer care of pnb he said that bank didn't receive any type of transaction. It is very unfortunate for me that why pnb didn't created my refund till now please solve my issue and refund my amount as soon as possible.

                              I have bought two products from amazon india mobile app 12500 on 15.07.20 and 15500 on 17.07.20 with my pnb debit card.after cancellation they have initiated the refund on the same days respectively. they have provided me two refund ref no 75503720200041013033047 (order id[protected] of rs 15500) and 85215220198028739495215 (order id[protected] of 12500).i called and mailed amazon and they everytime assured me that refund was initiated and should reflect in your ac within 4-5 business days.

                              i called pnb customer care helpline several times they are saying that they could not locate the refund, ans of the mail from their end was same.
                              they even denied to lodge a complaint from their end.
                              after that i have lodged a complaint on cgrms portal pnb on 28-07-20 And service no given to me CW[protected].

                              my money was stuck somewhere for about 15 days and i have became a shuttle cock between punjb national bank nd amazon india.

                                  I made a payment on 16th July 2020 from my PNB DEBIT CARD. I had Cancel the order the order on same day. My refund has not yet processed. Amazon is saying they have processed the same & have also provided Refund Reference number 75503720199040989742667.BUT as on[protected], I have not received any refund.PNB customer care is the worst. They don't even provide complete information just disconnect the call during the conversation
