    The bank is unable to locate the refund with the reference number provided,
    'refund reference # 75503720199040989879659
    . At that time, they will see a pending refund and will follow the path back to locate the refund. Amazon is showing refund processed on 17/07/2020 but bank is disagreeing to their own reference number and not refunding my amount of rs 2649.00 in my account no [protected]

    There are persons on this website who seek your information and one of your user tried to do fraud by contacting me through my mobile no provided in my complaint and asked me to give my account information he told me to download TeamViewer app and controlled my mobile screen also made a fake google pay account using my mobile number which after verifying i found out of a bhimsen adding the screenshots of hi conversation reported this fake scam caller who disguised himself being a person from rbi

          My name is arghya nandy. I ordered a 'canon power shot g7x mark ii digital 20.1 mp camera' of rs 36969 on 17th july. Later within 2 hours i cancelled my order and amazon initiated the refund on 18th july to my card but i still didn't get the money. Amazon sent me a refund reference number #75503720200041012979091 and told me to file a charge dispute form but punjab national bank doesn't have such policy.

          Please kindly respond to this complaint. It's very urgent. It's like one-third of the money in my bank account.

            I din't receive refund from amazon. I received a mail by amazon. The y are confirming that they refund my amount in my bank account. But i still not get that amount.
            This is the mail i received from amazon and refund reference is given bellow. Plz solve my problem asap.

But lockdown ki wajah se ticket automatic cancel ho gye the. Jiske wajah se paise refund hone the. To hamne railyatri walo se bat ki to wo bol rhe hai ki hamare taraf s paise refund ho gye hai jabki unhone hame mail pe refund reference no bhi send kiya hai sari detail bheji hai....

                  With due respect i want to inform you that on 12th feb 2020 @ 1241 hrs, i requested a withdrawl of inr 10, 000 from atm pnb kutubkhana (Atm id-n3749600), out of which i received only inr 8200 (4 notes of 2000 and 1 note of 200).

                  Immediately i received a msg of inr 10, 000 withdrawl.

                  I have complained regarding this to pnb kutubkhana bank manager mrs. Pallavi maheshwari twice.
                  I have also asked her to check the cctv footage but each time she refused by telling no staff is available and she also being rude many times.

                    I try to add 555 and 550 in my amazon account by amazon upi id [protected].
                    Amazon id : [protected]@gmail.com.
                    But it show incomplete payment. Merchant said your bank not give payment it's bank issue bank will refund you you contact your bank. And my transication history show only 555 deducated from my account but amount deduction is 1105 what i can do another problem is that i have saving account than how it get in negative balance when my balace get zero then it have to stop next transication then why it show negative balance pls help me my 1105 rps deducted. And balnce got negative so I want charge dispute for that transaction when money get refunded .pls help and what I do my saving account gone negative balance

                              I had made a upi transaction of Rs. 489/- with UPI Ref. Id[protected] on dated 08/07/2020 via amazon pay, however transaction was failed but the fund was debited from my PNB account, which is still not credited, i have raised the complaint into bank against that transaction but they have refused the complaint by saying that transaction was done succesfully, while contacting to amazon they say fund was returned to your bank..
                              where is my fund right now.. dont know..
