I am an account holder of Bharatpur branch. My account number is [protected]. On date 01/07/2022 an amount 254 was debited from my account for the payment of online shopping from Flipkart. The mode of payment used was Debit Card. The online shopping process was successful.
The order has been cancelled on date 08/07/2022 and a refund has been initiated by Flipkart. The refund transaction details, as provided by Flipkart, given below:

Punjab National Bank [PNB] customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
This happened with me while i was purchasing a domain from Dodaddy website, due to transaction failure i didn't complete order but PNB deducted my money.
I waiting for refund for last 2+ years, i do not receive any refund, also they customer care is useless and make you feel helpless.
These are digital thieves in the name of the bank.
