Address: PNB, TARAPUR Branch, Silchar. Cachar, Assam.

My sb account is frozen without any intimation to me. It has came to my notice when one cheque returned to me. Then I contact the home branch of pnb Tarapur, Silchar & told to submit the KYC details. After submission of KYC details confirmation through SMS received for update of KYC but till date the account was frozen.

      Respected Sir/mam

      I am an account holder of Bharatpur branch. My account number is [protected]. On date 01/07/2022 an amount 254 was debited from my account for the payment of online shopping from Flipkart. The mode of payment used was Debit Card. The online shopping process was successful.

      The order has been cancelled on date 08/07/2022 and a refund has been initiated by Flipkart. The refund transaction details, as provided by Flipkart, given below:

        Hello sir,
        I am not a PNB user
        I am Paytm Payments Bank user and my bank account has been blocked “ because of PNB “
        On 25/08/2020 i have recieved an amount of INR 100 from my friend’s PNB account with Txn id[protected] and after that my paytm bank account has been blocked. And paytm is asking for your permission to unblock my account. They registered this Txn as a fraud transaction and asking for ‘ written approval’ from you. So please help me sir I have funds in my account. You have to send them mail. Please help me. I have tried too much to unblock my account. I have sent you the chat screenshot with paytm on twitter.

            Dear Sir,

            I tried to recharge my friend's Jio mobile Number on 17 May 2022 for Rs.666 through my Jio No. [protected] and the phone does not recharged and money is not backed. The Customer Care executive of Jio says that to raise a chargeback request with bank. Already informed to the bank customer care about this vide complaint No.[protected], but no response received.

              I had got refund of Rs. 1185.24 on 20.02.2022, Rs. 2015.80 on 20.02.2022 and Rs. 2368.52 on 02.03.2022 through amazon refund reference id[protected] but the amount had yet not been credited to my account even after persuasion with your bank through emails.
              The amount was refunded through amazon pay upi as it was the original payment mode. Whenever i call to amazon they say contact your bank and when i contact my bank they say contact amazon.

              Same happened with me, they keep blaming each other and fool the customer.
              This happened with me while i was purchasing a domain from Dodaddy website, due to transaction failure i didn't complete order but PNB deducted my money.
              I waiting for refund for last 2+ years, i do not receive any refund, also they customer care is useless and make you feel helpless.
              These are digital thieves in the name of the bank.

                There is a major problem of lunch break hours in this branch of prathma u.p gramin bank.
                They usually takes 2 hours for lunch with there whole staff.
                I m standing here for more then an hour's just to update my passbook but they are on lunch with their whole staff.

                            I have ordered a prepaid product from amazon on 02/07/2022 and I have also cancelled the product on that day. The product price is rs 23099 and the ordered id is #[protected]. Amazon initiated the refund amount on 03/07/2022 but my refund has been still not credit in my bank account.

                              Sir, I am Subal Chandra Mahato a customer of PUNJAB NATIONAL BANK having a/c[protected]. I have done an AEPS transaction on 7th June 2022 at 12.49 of Rs 1000 TRANSACTION ID-[protected] which was successful. Another AEPS transaction on same date at 1.30 pm of Rs 7300 has been debited from my account having TRANSACTION ID-[protected] which was not created by me and also on a same date two aeps transaction is impossible. Sir, I request you to please take necessory steps for return my money back to my account.

                                I had a housing loan with PNB (Medavakkam Branch) from Aug 2018 to Apr 2022, repaid all my loan dues on time and closed my housing loan in Apr 2022 successfully.

                                For investment purposes, approached a financial institution recently, they came back and told that I had delayed payment records against my earlier housing loan with PNB and it's reflecting on my CIBIL report.

                                ECS payment is enabled for the monthly EMI Payments and it's executed 5th day of every month in the last 4 years without any delay from my end. Really shocked to see delayed payments reflecting on my CIBIL report.

                                I called up the bank and asked for the clarification there is no proper response. I sent an email to the bank but there is no reply. Hence am logging the complaint request here against PNB to get their attention to rectify this issue in CIBIL because of their mistake my credit score impacted.
