I have purchased a term plan from pnb met life application no[protected] through policy bazaar and tgen I have requested for application cancellation as I want to purchase insurance from other insurance company so i have written a mail to pnb met life and the policy is also cancelled on 17 march 2020 but now it's 1 month no refund received till now it's totally fraud company don't buy insurance from pnb met life company.

    Yesterday i i had filled an application form of lucknow university and paid 1000/- towords it from my pnb debit card. The money got debited but the transaction was unsuccessful. Till now, however i have not received the refund of 1000 from your end. Kindly process the refund as soon as possible

          मैंने रविवार को अंगूठा लगाकर दो बार तीन ₹3000 निकाले थे उस वक्त ट्रांजैक्शन फेल हो गया था उसके बाद मेरे अकाउंट से 33 करके ₹6000 कट गए मुझे मेरे पैसे वापस दिलाएं

                    When registering with bhim upi app to go cashless during corona.
                    My atm was hotlisted and when visitedbranch they said its permanently blocked and it will not work.
                    When asked for new, they said it will be provided after lockdown and i waited for 10 days but now lockdown extended till 30april.
                    It may further be extended after april.
                    How can i pay for expenses then. Please unblock my atm or provide new on urgent basis.

                          I have ordered 2 items from amazon. I paid for the two items through my debit card. After some days my order got cancelled and i got message from amazon that my refund has been processed and should reflect in my account in 10 days. But its been now 14 to 15 days. I have not got my amount. They have also provided me refund reference number. I have tried to contact bank through phone and emails but no response from them. I have my reference number for my two orders.

                              Money got deducted while withdrawing money from the atm but payment failed. I waited for two days hoping that the money will be automatically refunded but nothing happened. I tried reaching out the toll free numbers as well but there is no response. The online site is also showing some error when we submit the complaint form. Please look into this matter as early as possible.

                                I am kartik oraon and i have my pension account in punjab national bank. I want to download my pension slip but not able to download it because no otp is received in my mobile number which is required for verification. I tried so many time but not a single otp is received.
                                Please look into the matter and provide me with alternate solution to download it.

                                  my refund which i received on google pay but it is still not credited in my bank account

                                  I recieved my refund from amazon on 4th april in my google pay account but it is still not credited un my bank account
                                  I need that money and i have also contacted google pay, amazon and even punjab national bank but they were of no help
                                  They told me that the fault is of my bank
                                  Even the bank is of no help now but i want my refund as soon as possible...

                                    I done a transaction on 28 Dec 2019 of RS 257.50 but the money deducted from my bank account but not credited in merchant account .The merchant name is augmont and I done the transaction from Google pay but the transaction still in pending state and the upi transaction id is[protected].
