I have diposited atpar pnb cheque no. 416070 dated 20/02/2020 for ₹ 10, 000/- from shashi bala a/c no. [protected].in sbi afs tughlaqabad new delhi on 20/02/2020. Where sbi scanned and sent further for pnb clearance, where said cheque was dishonoured "reason 52-no such account" for this i was panelized by sbi for ₹ 177/-

    I dr. Abhishek saxena, had a savings account in punjab national bank, kaushambi (Ghaziabad, up) i. E. [protected], availed a term loan from branch in the year 2011, sanctioned amount was 9, 68, 000 rupees but i opted for only 6, 05, 000 rupees, loan account no. 300000je00300863 which was closed by me in march 2019, i had deposited full and final payment as per the date and hence the loan was closed and also i obtained a loan closure for the same. Than in december 2019 i applied for a credit card in a private bank, they checked my cibil and told me that 2 (Two) loans of mine from pnb are still active and amount of 39000 and 48000 are still outstanding from more than a year and a result of which my cibil has hit hard to a low of around 550 hence they cannot provide me the card. Whereas i have only this above mentioned account in pnb and only a single above mentioned loan was taken by me by pnb.

    Problem here is not card, problem is from where these two loans came, i went in december to the branch told the whole thing to loan manager of the branch, she searched it in the system, nothing like that showed up then she assured me that she will get it done with discussion with branch manager so she asked for week or ten days time. But after a month in january when i checked my cibil for the same, the problem is not yet resolved. Near about a month time i again visited to the same official in the branch, she again assured me that she will get it done, as its a technical issue, some technical team has to put on it and she will get it done. I was ok with the kind of confidence she showed but again february gone and march progresses the issue is still persist.

    I would like to request to get my problem to be addressed and resolved as soon as possible, already its been an year that i have clear the dues, then how can two loans from the same organisation still stands active if there is no history of such cases in the bank system.

    I am attaching the loan closure and noc obtained from bank.

    Kindly look into the matter and do the needful.

      Sir, i had applied for pnb fastag in the month of november 2019. My fastag id had been generated on 24 december 2019. But i have not received fastag sticker till today dated 14 march 2020. After many emails, calls to pnb fastag customer care, no fruitful response. I am feeling myself cheated. Now, i want refund of rs 400 paid for pnb fastag.

        I have returned a tshirt ordered from amazon.in and they have generated my refund on 3/3/2020 with refund reference number[protected] but the amount of ₹419 hasn’t been credited to my bank account no. [protected] even after 10 business days. Pnb’s customer care is saying they cannot check the status of refund reference number and can only check account balance. Amazon’s customer care is suggesting to charge a dispute form against pnb as they have done their part and for confirmation they have provided the reference number for refund of ₹419.00.
        Please process my refund through this reference number[protected]

              A refund amount of rs. 3234/- was initiated by payu money on 02/03/2020. Merchant name is hmt limited. The refund still not received in my account. Payment id[protected]. I have confirmed from the vendor. They have told me that they have processed the amount but bank is not processing further. It has been a regular issue with pnb now. Please solve the issue.

                I made a payment of rs.7000 from phonepe app on 08/03/2020. The amount was debited immediately but not credited to the receiver's bank. The transaction id is p2003081110089698461425. I checked with the customer care of phonepe and according to them the money was successfully credited.
                I would like to request a charge back request against the debited amount in order to have the amount refunded

                Today[protected] at 12.43 i went to ICICI ATM which is located in KOCHI REFINERY COMPOUND and withdrew an amount of 10000 AND 9000 I GET 1000 only but the next transaction 9000 cash was not dispensed from the atm and the account is debited with the same but i am unable to receive the amount.

                  I am having my pension account number [protected]. Defence Pension. I am unable to download my pension slip past 3 months. Kindly help me.
                  My payment of rs 100 is deducted but not paid till 20 days are gone till this ammount is not reflect back in my account

                  Amount of Rs.405.66 was debited to my SF account.
                  but till date fastag has not been delivered.

                    I am a student of indian institute of information technology, nagpur and applied for loan 8 months ago, here in nagpur. But i am currently living in jharkhand and originally from bihar.
                    So the problem is with the new educational loan rules that we can't get educational loan from other cities.
                    I tried applying for pnb pratibha loan 3 times in this duration and everytime they rejected my loan application here in nagpur. I tried applying at my home city in ramgarh, jharkhand. But there they said that they won't give me a loan greater than 7.5 lakhs, without collateral. My college comes under pnb pratibha list of colleges and it is clearly mentioned that we can get a loan upto 15 lakhs without collateral.
                    So the problem is i am not getting my educational loan from the place i am studying for 8 months, and also i am not getting my loan from my home city.
                    So where should i go and where should i apply. I have wasted too much time and effort here which is ruining my studies too, so please help me with the issue.

                      I have a saving bank account with your bank. I have applied for a pnb fastag online from your pinjab national bank's website. After completing all the formalities, a20667 reference number was sent to me on 24th december, 2019. Further they intimated to me that my application no. App0127518 for punjab national bank fastag has been approved. Tag id ending with 5358 has been assigned and registered against my vehicle rc no. K0972896 on 8th january, 2020.
                      When i tried to open my fastag account using myfasgtag application, i am getting the message "connection error". Screen shot of "connection error" is enclosed herewith.
                      Please do help so that i may be in a position to login in my fastag account.

                        There was a transaction of rs.36000 from my bank account which i did not make. I received an otp of rs.36k txn on amazon and i didn't share the otp with anyone. The amount got debited from my bank account and i reported immediately to the pnb bank but still i've not received any update or refund from the bank. I request pnb to look into the matter and refund the amount.

                          Dear sir/ madam,

                          I have applied for pnb fastag on[protected]. My reference no. A20373 and application no. App0125731.

                          I have received an sms that fastag has been assigned and registered against vehicle no. Ap09cs4154 on 14.12.2019. Fastag id: [protected]

                          As i have not received fastag till date (Even after lapse of 14 working days as promised), i have contacted customer care. To my surprise, i learnt that, yet fastag has not been dispatched.

                          I could not understand where lies the problem in supplying fastag even after almost 60 days of raising the application, that too from a reputed organisation. Never expected such delay from a nationalised bank.

                          As it is now mandatory to use fastag, please do the needful to supply the fastag at the earliest.

                            irctc refund not reflected in my bank account

                            I had booked two tickets from irctc through debit card. But due to some reasons i had to cancel the tickets. Irctc says that they have processed and refunded the money to my account so i should contact with my bank and file charge dispute form. I had contacted the bank but they say they do not know about refund reference number or charge dispute. Please do the needy and refund my money immediately. My account details are as follows:

                              My name is akash. I have ordered fastag from punjab national bank website on 19th december 2019 for my grand father with name - mr. Amar singh. The application reference number is a22622 and ipg reference number is 28695694. We have still not received the fastag till date. The customer care service is pathetic and portrays an unresponsive behaviour for the complaints filed with them. Please resolve the issue as soon as possible.

                                    I would like to highlight the issue i faced on 03rd february 2020 with branch manager rakesh kumar vaish of punjab nation bank, chandausi braham bazar branch distt - sambhal u. P - 244410. I visited there for correction in my father’s name. One of the working officer suggested me to submit a written request along with the adhar card and pan card copy. I submitted my application along with the required documents in the branch and requested them to provide me new passbook with the correct name as per the adhar card. The bank employee who submitted my form asked me to wait till after lunch. I got to know few of the customers, who were visiting to the branch from 4-5 days to get their passbook update as the officer who use to print the passbook was not sitting on the respected counter and was sitting on other cash counter and nobody was there for passbook update/ print.

                                    When i enquired about availability of that officer after lunch he replied in a very rude manner “i don’t know” and nobody was there to listen me/us and also enquired other officers but same answers received, finally, i went to the branch manager, hoping a positive answer but he was like the others and above. He said check out side on the counter.

                                    When, i told him the situation, he got angry on me and the tone was very rude, when i requested him to be calm he said (Dhakke maar kar bahar nikalo isko). So i wanted to know is this the service bank is providing to their customers. Is this the right approach to handle a customer if it is than the pnb is giving the worst service.

                                    So, i am writing this to let you know that how your branch officers are dealing with the innocent customers. And would like to request you to take appropriate action again the manager (Rakesh kumar vaish) first.
