    neft transaction impossible.

    Whenever i'm doing any neft transaction through pnb online banking, after login it shows this -"

    "no eligible "from account" found for the user."

    When i tried to changes the account status, i got the error number 108956.

    I'm uploading a screenshot with this so you can understand easily.

    I am trying desperately to transfer some money for the last three days,

    My fd was matured on 23/11/2019, but not renewed or transfer to a/c till 21/12/2019,
    I lost my interest because of bank mistake, other wise i would have done renewal in time.
    My request is renew the fd starting from 24/11/2019 for another one year with the exiting intrest.

      Sir, my term deposit matured on 23/11/2019, but till date money was freeze, not able to renew or transferd for another fd in other bank. I submitt application. Today they gave me simple interest for 27 days. But in fd it was mentioned in their data it unlimited renewal.
      I dont understand the calculation.
      It bank transfer on maturity date, i would have done another fd. Why consumer loose these money for these period

        Hello sir, i have a saving account with punjab national bank, ekangarsarai, nalanada. Branch name - pnb, ekangarsarai. A/c - [protected]
        Account holder name - amit ranjan.

        The incident occured without my notice via three fake upi trnasactions.
        Witb ref no.[protected],[protected],[protected].

        All these trnasactions are fraud transaction which has niether been asked or notified to me. I wud like to report misuse o[censored]pi transaction associated with following three mobile numbers fraud numbers and name

        [protected] ajit haoladar
        [protected] rahima bibi

        There has beem 3 seperate fraud transaction on my acccount via upi. My upi id is [protected]@ybl. I want to bring this fraud to notice of all the concerned authorities involved so as too some resolution can be made suck mishaps can be avoided on the bigger side for other cuatomers.. The thing that amazes me is the guys who flushed my account knew how much balance i had in that account. And precisely took out last amount of 3600. I did inform the issue to pnb branch manager. Pnb cuatomer care. The said to talk to upi customer care. On calling upi customer care they said ask the bank authorities. Me being a normal person have exhaused all my resources for the inquiry and resolution of this frauds..

        I would like to please take action on above mentioned upi transaction ids and phone number associted with fraud transaction.

          दोनों पॉलिसी नंबर कैसे पत्ता करे, जब् किं sbi बैंक के वेबसाइड पर् दोनों पॉलिसी download होती हैं, और national इन्शुरन्स किं वेबसाइट पर् बैंक सेलेक्ट में pnb का नाम नही है। बाकी सभी बैंको के नाम आते है। कृपया मागदर्शन करे।

              I have applied pnbfastag through online and made payment of 400 inr (200 for security amount +100+ 100 as the top up amount). The reference number of the application is A13650 dated 29 nov 2019
              I have uploaded signed copy of the copy of rc/aadhaar and since then there is no update.

              There is no way to contact pnb fastag guys as the customer care people say they can only check the status ehich is showing pending

              I had applied for Fastag remitting Rs.400/- on 22.11.2019. My reference number is ID A10622.
              It is nearly a month but I am yet to receive fastag.

                I have applied for pnb fastag on 28nov and paid rs 400 online. I have not received fastag so far.

                I called on[protected] several times. With great difficulty i could get some answers, though not very helpful. I was told it takes 14 days to get fastag. Few days back i am told that my application is under processing, and i can hope to get fastag in 3 days.

                When i log into the pnb fastag site, my application status is shown pending.

                I have also send emails on the fastag pnb mail address provided. Did not get reply.

                Kindly expedite and send fastag. I will be grateful if i receive reply to his mail.

                  On 4th of December, 2019 I made my SBI Credit card payment of Rs.7543/- via PNB Internet Banking. The amount immediately deducted from my account
                  but the transaction shows as failed.
                  On the same date I made my electricity bill payment of Rs.11, 292.12/- to BSES via PNB Internet Banking. The amount immediately deducted from my account
                  but the transaction shows as failed.
                  On 6th december, I lodged a complaint on customer care for returning back the above said both amount to me. They have given me a Complaint No.A[protected] and register my complaint.
                  But even after a lapse of 13 days, I have not get back my amount from Punjab National Bank. Its a harassement to me as my amount of Rs.18, 835.12 blocked by PNB and I am not able to make the payment to SBI Card & BSES for which they have imposed penalty on me for late payment.
                  I am also enclosing herewith statement of my PNB Account which shows the debited amount.
                  Through this forum I am again requesting PNB to refund back my amount of Rs.18, 835.12 immediately

                    My name is harsh nayak and i had ordered mamaearth conditioner, moisturizer and parachute hair serum of rs. Amount of 750 in amazon on 6th of december and canceled it on 8th of december due to personal reason. And on 8/12/2019
                    Amazon initiated the amount to my bank but i still didn't get the money. Amazon sent this reference number[protected] &[protected] and told me to fill charge dispute form but punjab nationalbank doesn't have such policy. So

                      Respected sir/madam,
                      My name is lowkesh kumar sharma, resident of liluah, howrah, west bengal, taken an education loan from punjab national bank, belur branch, howrah, west bengal, in the year 2009 which was amounting to rs.4, 00, 000/- for mba education from international institute of business management, new delhi, which was tribally got completed in the year 2011. But i have not got any placement from the collage because collage got shutdown after the completion of our programme and we were the last batch of that collage.
                      After the completion of mba i have struggled a lot get my 1st job but finally after struggled of 6 months i got my first job of rs. 12, 000/- per month in the mean time i went to bank branch to submit my documents of the (Final semester report), at that time bank has not shared the loan repayment plan.
                      After 2 years form 2011, i have received the letter and calls from bank that i am not paying the loan emi’s and ask me to come to branch, i went there had a talk with the branch manager he said that the your total loan outstanding approx. Amount is rs.6, 00, 000/- in total then i ask him that how it’s come so big amount at that time he said you have not paid the amount during & after the programme for 2 years that’s its come after including interest and principle, i also informed that i have not got any intimation from branch about the repayment plan that’s why i did not payed he said at time ok this is your payment plan monthly emi’s of rs.9965.25 per month.
                      I informed the bank sir i will not being possible for me to pay this much amount every month from the salary of rs. 12, 000/- it will be difficult for me but then also i have paid the installment but not on regular basis and till today i am doing it so, till[protected] i have paid the total amount to rs. 5, 27, 000. But still its showing my loan outstanding amount is rs.6, 12, 000/-. If i need to make payment of this amount more then again it will take at least 4 to 5 years more which is very much impossible for me to survive and support my 5 members of my family.
                      Also, i would like to inform you that i did not receive any subsidy on the loan amount form the government end though there were so many subsidy and loan waiver facility launched by previous and present government.
                      Sir/madam, its my humble request to you please look into the matter at the earliest because i need to support my family for their survival.

Account no is [protected]. i have transferred the RS 25 lac through the RTGS mode on 11th December. the banker told its returned, again i did 12 th December.they provided confirmation number..once the bank working hours finished they used to say the same dialogue. where is my amount 25 lac ?. I have made more than 5 times, and visited in person. but they didnot response properly.

                        1, Really are you a banker?
                        2, Do you have sufficient money to handle the Branch?
                        3, when will you return my money?

                        i believe the management team will take appropriate action against my complaint.

                            My KCC Punjab National bank shamsabad agra(UP) loan a/c was [protected], I have cleared my loan on 31st Oct 2019 .PNB bank offered me for lump sum amount for closing KCC Account same I deposited amount .Now bank officer are misleading me and said they mistake for adding interest amount .This is not fault by customer so kindly provide me NOC .My KCC account is already closed .What is going on ?.It is happening fraud with Farmer .kindly help as soon as possible.

                              I have given my loan preclosure petition on 20.11.2019 at pnb, royapettah branch, whites road, chennai. But, till date they have not called me and no mail has been received so far. I called over phone to above branch on 06.12.19, one of the staff told me that, there is no data in the system. After that i am daily making calls to that branch, they are not answering / responding. Iam getting irritatting because of this. One day the operator told me that, sir, i will call you after some time. But, till date i am not received any call. Worst service. Please let me know the status of my preclosure petition.

                                  This is with regards to atm transaction on 30/10/2019 for rs. 3500.
                                  The amount was never dispersed from the atm yet the account was debited.

                                  A complain was already raised however it was not resolved starting the transaction was successful which it wasn't.

                                    Today (07/02/2019) place: erode.
                                    I went to punjab national bank (Periyar mandram branch near erode taluk office). I dont know the name of the staff but he is male staff also he is not a manager to branch.
                                    I asked some details to him for one strange old lady she is uneducated thats why she need my help. That staff behaves so disrepectively with her. And it also happened to me later so i am so disappointed with this it is not a good manner. I have an savings account in pnb and myfamily members also having account in ours pnb. After this events i am mentaly so depressed.
                                    It affects myself more.in our area, many peoples need this branch bank services for every month in his salary time. Please kindly take any action or otherwise it will suffers more people it also affects ours bank name also even more because of some staffs. Kindly please stop this sir, or otherwise i will do something for that because. I can. I am dam sure ready to contact police or i can handle legaly for his behavious. Again please kindly do some sir.                                     Punjab National Bank [PNB] customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
                                    There have been ₹ 749 refunds from Amazon but they have not come to my account and Amazon people say they have refunded the money.

                                      On ajio app it shows my refund should reflect in my bank account but it’s not. They have given me tracking number and have asked me to contact the bank. I ordered shoe from the app and returned them it is been more than 7-8 days since my refund was initiated on the app. I don’t know how to track my refund from pnb bank. They have given me reference id - rur[protected]
