Punjab National Bank [PNB] — Bank not refund my money

My name is (MD MODASSIR) and I had ordered (SHOES) of RS.Amount(1679 ) in Amazon on (6-1-21) and after (9-1-21) I returned this order due to personal reason. And on[protected]
Amazon initiated the amount to bank account from (AmazonpayUPI) but I still didn't get the money. Amazon sent this reference number
[protected] and told me to fill charge dispute form but Indian Bank doesn't have such policy. So
please kindly respond to this complaint it's very urgent. My ACCOUNT number is ([protected])
