Punjab National Bank [PNB] — didn't get the refund

The transaction was made on 20-sept-2019 of 16500 which was 16500 to nearbuy.com,
Which was failed from nearbuy. But the money was refunded on 14-oct-2019 by
Nearbuy.com to account but the bank has still not credited to my account. Here the

Dear please help me to come out of this
Situation as much as possible. The bank is delaying my refund and i urgently need money.

Even the bak is consistently rejecting that they cannot check with the reference number.

This is the worst service i am facing from a nationalized bank.
