I have done my jio recharge of 349 by my jio app and payment be phonepay-- money has been deducted from my account but recharged not processed, merchant is telling that I have not received any amount, I have talked to the customer care of jio, they told that I have not received amount, and I have also talked to phonepay-- customer, they told that I have given the money to merchant, my transaction ID isHDF1533557EE0BD42C9AC28B987FC141565 Was this information helpful? | |||
