Punjab National Bank [PNB] — Not received my refund from Amazon successfully reflacted my refund | |
I had Ordered an one plus Nord AMAZON.IN on 19-NOV-2020 which I successfully canceled on 19-NOV-2020 itself and since I had paid by debit card, the amount was supposed to be credited in my bank account which did not happen to date. I contacted the AMAZON team which replied back to me with a reference number stating that they successfully initiated the refund process on 19-nov.-2020 itself and it's up to the bank to credit the same in my account in time which can take 5-6 Business days but it has been longer than that. I regularly check my balance, nothing of that sort has been credited since then.
