Punjab National Bank [PNB] — payment not received in account

I purchased a philips bt50w/00 portable wireless bluetooth speaker of Rs. 1324 from amazon. but after delivery due to some technical damage i return it to amazon on 17/04/2018 and return recieved to amazon on 24/04/2018 but my payment is not received in my bank account. After that i call to the amazon customer care and he tell me your refund is completed by here contact to your bank and show your reference id[protected].I had contact to pnb customer
service but they denial my call.please refund my payment.
