Punjab National Bank [PNB] — paytm refund not credited | |||
This is in regards to a refund of INR 4098/- initiated by Paytm to my PNB Debit card no. 6070xxxxxxxx0541 on 18 June 2016. My a/c no. is xxxx4241. According to Paytm, amount of Rs 4098 has been successfully processed to Punjab National bank . Paytm wallet/account belongs to my husband, Harvindar Chawla, linked to his mobile no. [protected]. He used my debit card to add funds to Paytm and make a payment but transaction was declined. He requested a refund of that amount to my PNB account on date[protected] . As confirmed by bank, reference number for proof of successful refund from Paytm is 30001081708168139026294. I have tried to contact my local branch several times and been asked to call Customer Care but no results. Their customer service has been pathetic. They asked me to send an email with details at [protected]@pnb.co.in. I did that too but haven't got any response. It has been a pain now because it's a big amount for me and a long wait.
