Hello Sir/Ma'am, I had returned back an order on Amazon for Nokia 5.3 Android One Smartphone on 20th December 2020. Amazon had initiated their refund process of Rs.12998.00 on the 21st of December, which I was supposed to receive by the 26th of December. But due to some reason, the amount is not yet credited to my account. Can you look into the matter?
