Punjab National Bank [PNB] — Refund initiated amazon but not received.

I have purchased the item from Amazon, that product was damaged so I was processed for a refund. Amazon delivery agent came on 19 Sep, he kept my a product. Amazon has a law that in 4 or 5 working days your amounts we will send your accurate account. it has been 6 or 7 days.yhe amount not received on my account, they sent a reference code 30005103080308114580727, I'm a student, this amount is 1484.10 too much for me.
