[Resolved]  Punjab National Bank [PNB] — Refund initiated by Amazon but not credit in my bank account

Address:Jind City main branch

On 21-9-20 I have done order throughout Amazon redmi 9mobile rs (8998) at same time order is declined and amount is debit from my ATM card. Amazon give me refund reference id :641036 on this order no:[protected] and says this amount is reflected in our bank account 10-10-20 but this amount is not credited in my account till the date.
My Account number:- [protected] and Account holder name:- Mohit bhola

I also email this issue on [protected]@pnb.co.in and I also fill charge dispute form in bank branch which is recommended by Amazon for this refund but bank donot give geniune reply for this amount (8998). Proof of the bank reply which is given to me is also attached with it.
