[Resolved] Punjab National Bank [PNB] — refund not credited by pnb | |
I ordered an poco f1 smart phone on amazon on 21st june 2019 of rs 10969 It got cancelled on 26 june 2019 and refund was immediately initiated by amazon with refund reference number #[protected], i used paytm upi for the transaction so asked paytm for refund status they told me the refund was initiated on 26 june 2019 and credited in your punjab national bank on 28 june 2019, paytm told me that pnb confirmed that refund is credited on 28 june 2019 today is 9 july 2019 still the amount is not credited into my account. I contacted amazon and they told me to file a dispute but when i went to pnb branch they told me there is no thing like dispute, they can't help. I want my refund as soon as possible because its a huge amount for me. Worst ever service i ever experienced in banking Was this information helpful? | |
Jul 10, 2019 Complaint marked as Resolved I received refund after calling, e-mailing and visiting my branch many times.
Paytm helped me alot literally a lot in getting my refund, pnb customer service is too much unaware of things, because I used Paytm as upi medium that's why they helped me
I also raised complaint here and submitted an application to branch manager also emailed my complaint twice. Most importantly Paytm customer service is helpful Punjab National Bank [PNB] customer support has been notified about the posted complaint. | |
