I had booked a flight from an agency which got cancelled and i didnt receive any refund. Agency has given me a bank arn number which proves that it has been successfully processed from agency's side. I am still waiting for my refund of rs 2121. Please refund my amount as soon as possible. Please find the details of my bank account no and transaction date and bank arn number. I bought a mobile phone and the Amazon told me for the refund for that item and proceed as they promised to me...but actually I didn't got the credited amount of rupees 10299/- RS.they told me everytime they credited the amount in my bank..now I am totally confused what to do or what not to do ..
