conductor not giving tickets to adhar card passengers . he is giving preference to mens and womens with no adhar card or any reference(sifrarish) from another conductor.

The conductor and driver of the roadways buses don't pick passenger from Tangra near jandiala . If any of the passenger sit in the roadways buses from Amritsar bus stand they behave very rude and drop the passenger far away from town (Tangra) area .It become difficult for ladies passenger and students .

All shops in Amritsar bus stand are charging more tan MRP and no one is here to check them. One shopkeeper admitted this in attached video. As per shopkeepers contract value is very high so no one check them for this. Please check this to stop this. I am also going to right about this to consumers forum and register a FRI.
Please take necessary action to make selling at MRP.

Why bus service stopped on route SIDHWAN bet to ludhiana daily approx 20 passengers kept on wait fr bus fr 2 hours even old age women's also keep on wait fr 2-2 hours.

Respected sir, this is with due respect that the above said bus conductor and driver have received brine from the private bus baba buddha sahib ji.. they start from pathankot around 7:45 Am.. reaches at toll plaza pathankot 8:05 Am. butthey dont stop the bus there.. not even toll, but at dinangar and gurdaspur also.. thishas become a regular habbit of them.. when asked.. they behave very rudely.. and keep the doors closed.mid way passengers are suffering sir.. plz do the needful

It is submitted that the punjab roadways buses running through kurali to their to way to chandigarh completely forget their duty that they are employed in roadways to serve the public and not to harass them. That each and every punjab roadways bus routing to chandigarh ignore to pick the public at the bus stop of kurali. They don't even hesitate to cross red lights so that they don't have to stop their bus at kurali for a second. This happens every day. The buses of amritsar depot, batala, hoshiarpur, ropar, SBS Nagar are following the same mantra. These public buses are meant for general public the staff of these public buses must be aware of the fact that they are employed to serve the public. It is pertinent to mention here that after the hon'ble CM of punjab state has declared zero fare for the women of punjab state the punjab roadways stop to pick the women from stoppages. So its imy humble request to your office please do look into the matter and give directions to the staff of these buses and ensure stoppage of the bus at the bus stand of kurali routing to chandigarh so that some relief may be provided to aggrieved citizens of the kurali.
I will be highly obliged by action taken by you.

Punjab roadways bus from Patti to Amritsar at early morning time around 7:20 am at Jandoke Sarhali bus stop does not stop for students.We are facing the his problems from[protected] to further week and we get late for college and Miss first lecture..please sir resolve this as fast as u can..

As i am traveling from Amritsar to jalandhar. Punbus ticket conductor told me to wait untill maximum tickets for chandigarh are not sold, as bus going from Amritsar to chandigarh via jalandhar.

PB05AJ9857/PB05AJ9587 BUS NO ferozpur depot bus is not picking up female passengers from ludhiana saying that this going to somewhere else not ferozpur, kindly take strict action against this bus conductor and driver. Contact me on [protected]

Delhi bus time 7.30 at sherpur chowk they have not pick the passenger at point we were going sirhid even we were travel in that bus on daily basis So on today Condutor and drive have mention that bus will not stop in sirhid bus stand So we requested that They will pick passenger for that station

The bus service of Amritsar to pathankot is very bad.the bus conductor doesn't stop their buses on the stop.when consumers are coming to suffer in the bus they suddenly speed up their buses and his behaviour is so annoying no etiquette how to talk the consumers specially women..they use wrost words to their consumers.. specially (patti )depo buses.

As i am at amritsar bus stand with availability of one ac bus but conductor does not allow to sit as bus is of route from amritsar to chandigarh via jalandhar (PB12Y1630) but non allowance and bus conductor mis behave with me also .kindly subject to this inconvenience.

Sir, Thisis my 3rd complaint of same pun bus The Bus no. is 742 CTC 251 .. The driver is troubling continously, I had lodged a conplaint earlier as well, but not get any answer from you, I am a daily passenger, This bus timing suits of my job, thats why i am travelling from this bus, but every day driver harassing me eberyday, kindly take some action on these kind of drivers

Sir ... again i am complainting for the same bus of punjab roadways .. the driver is not stopping bus after seeing the ladies passengers .we are working also This is not facility given by our CM, it is Harassment that women are facing everyday . We are students of city nursing college, Gurdaspur...punjab roadways buses are not stop in front of our college, we suffers alot due to them... May be they have deal with private buses about bus charges

I was traveling from pathankot to amritsar with my wife .bus conducted charged for ladies passenger.which is not applicable.i ask him about it .but he didn't reply.

I was in a bus pb10ff4049 and I was literally pushed out of the bus and embarrassed in whole bus stand but to my surprise. The incident was that conductor doesn't want to stop at the by bus stops which are ment for routine stop and to that I just wanted know y if the route is same. He than with his bus stop mob who came to me at once as if they will kill me.

Aadhar card hone ke bawjood bhi ticket kaati gayi aadhar ki photo mere mobile me thi scan karke bhi dikhaya lekin bus conductor ne meri beti ki ticket kati [protected]

I have a daily pass of PUNBUS from doraha to jalandhar. But in morning PUNBUS do not stop at doraha bus stand. Please register my complaint and do some strict action regarding my complaint.
