I travel daily from Amritsar to dhariwal and back for earnings As me including other people kept waiting for bus at 3:15pm ..back to back three buses (Punjab roadways ) arrive dhariwal but bus is stopped at distance away from bus stop to discharge travellers but not stopped at bus stop so that people waiting at bus stop cant take bus . Inspite of waiving hand to stop bus nobody halt bus ..issue guidelines to concerned employees regarding this as tremendous inconvenience is caused to me and others who. Kept waiting for govt bus so they can avail free bus service

I am a passholder from Beas to Amritsar.Me & my friends regularly travel from Amritsar to Beas but from last many days No buses cross under the brigde after 8 pm According to govt rules buses have to go under the bridge we are facing too many problems So please sir take some action against them I shall be very thankful to you

I am pass holder and daily travel Beas to Amritsar but after 8 pm all buses passes through over the bridge not under the bridge where is beas bustop so many people and ladies faces the problem so please kindly get action on it .

I am a daily worker and i have to reach on time for my job but the first bus to Jagraon from nakodar which runs at 8.24 am, normally misses its time on their own whims and wishes which creates difficulty. Kindly see to this problem.

I regularly travel from beas to Amritsar I am pass holder according to the guidelines bus have to be cross under the bridge many passengers waiting for buses under the bridge but all buses after 7pm cross over the bridge so please I am requesting u make sure the buses have to be cross under the bridge so many passengers do not face problem

Nobody is picking the call in ludhiana bus stand enquiry room. After going in enquiry room, no one was there.

They are e not stopping buses even on katani bus stand and Neelon pull soo..plz need to ask thm am working student...so am getting late bec of them..solve this as soon as possible

Am from Neelon and usually...going to katani on dialy vases...bcz doing up and down from. Chandigarh..but what's going on..driver don not stop..buses even on katani bus stand and Neelon why is it soo.
Even there is no crowd in the buses as well..so it's. Not fair..ryt..do something.. otherwise one day am gonna..do argument with thm that why is it so..am a working student so need to arrive on time..but bcz of them..am getting late even..

Shop coke point is charging more than the MRP on Water bottle and any other drink.
On asking why so ..he is saying that..at bus stand they charge more.

Today i am travel to mullapur to ludhiana Bus jagroan depo ticket no 0023832 and ludhiana to jalandhar bus no pb46m8909 ticket no 137998 both conduter are rude langague and ask me driving lincence is not a valid proof to travel a bus

I travelled from dhariwal to gurdaspur in bus no 6622.Conductor called out on the outskirts we wont stop the bus on old bus stop where almost even private bus stops.I asked for the reason which he didnt gave any and behaved rudely and didnt stop the bus.I even said for this behaviour I will definitely lodge a complaint for which the conductor said okay no problem.This casual behaviour of public dealing employess should be look after.

With due respect to the higher authorities of Punjab Roadways, i want to keep your attention on the concern of poor or misbehave performed by the several bus conductors of your department. My sister who is a medical student and used to travel to amritsar daily along with her friends. Today, at Amritsar Bus stand, on her way back to batala, she took the punbus no. PB06 V 7031, and provided her adhaar number to the conductor for getting the free travel facility allotted to the female section by our respected CM. But the conductor refused to note the number as she didn't have the print of adhaar. When she showed the Pdf and picture of adhaar for his satisfaction, the conductor refused it too and treated roughly and in loud high tone. Is this a way to communicate with the students or female..? The conductor debated a lot and finally rejected to allowed her to give the ticket.
The concern is, this is not the way to treat with any of the service holder. I request you to take a strict action regarding this.

Today(05july2021) me and my wife were traveling to Jandiala. I have purchased my ticket. But on showing upon my wife's Aadhar card of punjab state's capital Chandigarh. The bus conductor straight away denied that ladies are not authorized for free travel. The conductor was arrogant on his words and didn't listned to any statement. Despite of that he was adamant on getting the ticket for ladies. As per indian express news it is clearly mentioned that if the ladies is residing in punjab, she is allowed to free travel in punjab roadways. Chandigarh is punjab's capital.
Or please let me know that punjab's capital has been changed..?
The promises made by Captain Amrinder Singh of free travel for ladies, is this only the myth or truth, please let me know.
Kindly contact me on[protected]. I would like to get a refund for inr 270/-paid for mohali 6phs to jandiala. Or else i will be highly escalating this case on social media, news channels and in Newspapers. My uncle is senior vice president in Dainik bhaskar.

Sir I am working as a government employee working at KALLAR KHERA tehsil abohar district fazilka sir our school time is 8:00 to 2:00pm sir almost4to5bused pass in between 2:05 to 2.30 but none of them stop at KALLAR KHERA although they had stoppage there they took favour the private bus owner and rrun there buse empty whic is loss to govt please look into the matterone of the bus no is

Today I am traveling from Chandigarh to beas with my family. Punjab government has passed the rule that women of Punjab travel free of cost in hole punjab just show there identification proof but today one of bus no. PB32-9941 there are said only hard aadhar card will be valid. My wife is carried passport of India and state of Punjab and she is also carried aadhaar card but soft copy but there clearly read the Aadhar number. And the bus staf is ### his behaviour is so so bad related to women. He is treating so badly with some abuse so can't write here. Please government of punjab and PUN Bus director please take a stick action

Sir / madam,
I raise my concern about the Punbuses which go through the bypass of my village. Actually, I am student and I live in village naushera pannuan district tarn taran. Naushehra pannuan is placed on the main Amritsar to Bathinda highway but the government created a bypass a few years ago. Now the situation is that mostly punbusses go though bypass no bus enter in the village, consequently, passengers wait a long time for busses especially students and old women. So please issue a letter to buses conductors for pick up the passengers from the village.

I request that i am Chashamdeep kaur . On Sunday dated[protected] travelling salabatpura to Chandigarh. Bus timming 05:45am at Salabatpura bus stand . As per the Government notification no. SSWCD-24022/13/2020-6SS/1200 dated[protected] am shown my punjab residence document(aadhar card) in digital mode but denied & he asked for ticket and he issued a ticket of Rs 265/- . Kindly explain me whats wrong with digital documents and if not then please make correction in your notification only physical documents will be valid. Its very big confusion and many of womens are not take benifit of this free travel scheme for women. I am sure necessary action will be taken on this matter. Thanks & regards.

I have sit from bahalgarh, (sonipat haryana ) and traveling to karnal haryana, toral fair must be 100 INR but conducter makes ticket from delhi border ... and takes me 115 INR which is totally unfair to me ... i have asked him for this and he is saying bahalgarh is not their stop then what they are doing there. And if i am traveling from bahalgarh why price taken from delhi border
