I request that i am Chashamdeep kaur . On Sunday dated[protected] travelling salabatpura to Chandigarh. Bus timming 05:45am at Salabatpura bus stand . As per the Government notification no. SSWCD-24022/13/2020-6SS/1200 dated[protected] am shown my punjab residence document(aadhar card) in digital mode but denied & he asked for ticket and he issued a ticket of Rs 265/- . Kindly explain me whats wrong with digital documents and if not then please make correction in your notification only physical documents will be valid. Its very big confusion and many of womens are not take benifit of this free travel scheme for women. I am sure necessary action will be taken on this matter. Thanks & regards.

I have sit from bahalgarh, (sonipat haryana ) and traveling to karnal haryana, toral fair must be 100 INR but conducter makes ticket from delhi border ... and takes me 115 INR which is totally unfair to me ... i have asked him for this and he is saying bahalgarh is not their stop then what they are doing there. And if i am traveling from bahalgarh why price taken from delhi border

Conductor didn't allow passenger to abord at hisar cantt at 07:30am today being half available vacant sheet in bus and deny to give complaint book. Request direct staff to stop bus at hisar cantt regularly. Also advise particular bus conductor to improve his behaviour.

सर मेरे पास मोबाइल मे आधार नंबर, पैन नंबर, होने के बावजूद मेरी और मेरी बेटी की टिकट कटी गई, विरोध करने पर कहा गया कि हमनें भी सैलरी लेनी है, टिकट न काटेंगे तो सैलरी कहां से लेंगे। उपरोक्त बस नंबर के कंडक्टर ने बुरा व्यवहार करते हुए टिकट काटी जिसका n[protected]/6/21 फाजिल्का से जलालाबाद के लिए 90/ लिए। आपसे निवेदन है कि इसकी जांच करें और उचित जवाब देवें।मेरा मोबाइल n, [protected] है।

I m travelling from samrala to ludhiana via punajb roadways bus no Pb05AK1741 .i m a doing service so i have to travel by bus daily...jb bus se utrna tha at pratap chownk where all buses stopped...or dholewal chownk...ton bus vale ne na dholwal na pratap chownk...usne mjhe force kra ki utr jao bich traffic mein traffuc v ruka ni tha there is no lights ...ki chlte trffic mein...bus se utrom kha bas 5 min mein stoppage tha...maine kha uncle piche se bus aari car aa ri khan utru thod side krdijiye...unhome driver n conductor strated shouting at me..chilana krdiya strt inhone...ki ab ton bus stand utrna...vhi utarenge...they both harased me...by doing this humilates me...is this is the service of Punjab roadways...mein vpis kaise aati mjhe rasta ni pta i called my fther he is on duty...then brother...itna preshaan kiya mjhe akele ldki ko... kiu ki ek brake ni lgani jbki wo stopppage tha...kiu ...it is very humiliating...bht ghatiya servics by punjab roadways...akele ldki ko preshaan kra or glt bola...or conductor or driver dono jne mujhe ulta sidha suna re or bus bhaga re the...agr mein chlte rraffic mein utr jti kuch tkra jata ton kon responsible hota punjab roadways ???

I am working woman I daily travel from dhilwan to beas and I daily face this problem I have to wait for longer hours because not even a single punbus stop at dhilwan bus stop

I am a community health officer at wadala village near rayya. I daily travel from Amritsar to rayya in morning and rayya to Amritsar in afternoon near 2-3pm.
No govt bus stop at rayya bus stop whenever they see ladies because bus fair is zero for ladies. I am facing this problem from 1.5 month. Either take ticker fair from ladies or stop bus for passanger. In this hot weather i have to wait for nearly 2 hours for bus to stop. Please resolve this problem

Today i travel with my father and mother from fridkot to ferozpur, when i ask bus conductor to accept e-aadhar as a proof of my mother ticket than they refuse and not accept the e-aadhar. And as per aadhar act, e-aadhar is valid document like a physical aadhar, even i ask this issue to bus inspector Respected harpreet singh than they also refuse to accept e-aadhar, but as per indian aadhar act e-aadhar is a valid proof (attaced aadhar web screen shoot as a proof), and at the end i buy my mother ticket for RS 45. even modi ji also delovope digital india. And bus conductor argue with me and my senoir citizen father, and he click my mother photo without her permission, as per law if you click someone photo without her/his permission than this is illegal. Please take strick action against this conductor. I also esclate this issue to all online platform with tag pmo office. Cm office and all higher authority, i have bus ticket and conductor photo as a proof, and i[censored] do not take any strickt action against conductor than i will raise this issue in consumer court. Because as per law if related authority not taking any action than i have right to move court for my rights.

I obejction to related Punjab govt bus route amritsar to batala time 4:05 pm evening time bus, driver and bus conductor bahevoiur very rude to me and my mom .and he said that its bus only alow pathankot and gurdaspur passenger, he said also you go and complaint to senior ..I am very disappointed this rule captain amarinder Singh sir .. .please take action and response me ...early

Along I am a female and as per punjab government rules the conductor charged money for travelling from mohali bus stand to jalandhar Rs. 185. And on asking he refused to give money back stating u did not gave your adhar card. I want my money to be refunded.
And it is conductors duty to ask for adhar card.

Sub- to take strict legal action against the employees of punjab roadways buses route Amritsar to pathankot for their misbehaviour with ladies.

i sahilavesh singh dhillon writing this to complain you about the unjust behavior and discrimination on the part of punjab roadways buses running on the route Amritsar to Pathankot.
I urge you to please stop the scheme of free travel for women in government buses.As this scheme originally aims to benefit the women class in the state of punjab, But on the contrary it turns out to be a nightmare for the ladies in the state of punjab.As i am a frequent traveller in punjab roadways buses running from Amritsar to pathankot route, i am seeing ladies being harassing by the employees of your government buses socially with the saying’free savari’ which is against the dignity of females, the conductors of the buses close the doors of buses and do not allow females to board the buses .They just open it for a minute in order to allow just few passengers to enter the bus in the name of covid, even when the whole bus is carrying 2-3 passengers and thereby causing loss to the government and gain to the private buses.
i need to know that by making the people to rush to board the bus in a minute does not attract covid ?

i have seen a lot of incidents happens daily where the ladies are being facing ill treatment at the hands of drivers as well conductors of these buses.
i request you with folded hands to please close this scheme, as these ladies are someone’s sisters, wives and mothers and have self respect and they should also need to be respected in the society.Conductors and drivers of buses particularly belonging to the Pathankot depot while reaching the batala bus stand stops their buses at a distance with doors closed and then halt the bus for a minute at the point of boarding and taunting the females as ‘free savari’.
i request you to take strict legal action and initiate a enquiry in this regard, otherwise stop this scheme which is daily humiliating the ladies.

In my earlier complaint i asked you about the roadways comductor is not considerimg the e-adhaar (soft copy of adhaar) saying that the guindelines from higher suthorities are not to accept the soft copy of adhaar ...but i wanna know that if he is following this guideline very diligently..then why he is unable to follow covid guidelines ...not wearimg mask and even the bus is not 50%..it is almost 90% full ...now where are his authority guidelines...
This is really shameful that he was not considering the real original e- adhaar of punjab citizen and most important ..he was not following covid guidelines in his bus .bus no.pb067637...

This is to inform you that according to the guidelines given by our respected chief minister captain amrinder singh about the free bus service for women are really appreciating and overwhelming...My concern is that in this era of technology when nothing is left when every information is just stored in a small gadget that is our cell phone ...then why the roadways is asking for hard copy of adhar card as we have saved our adhar card in the phone itself ..the information that is provided on the hard copy is same on the soft copy ...the thing taht is required is the adhaaar number which is same on hard copy as well as doft copy .then why they are not considering the soft copy of adhaar ...This is an serious issue as we youngsters are not into carrying original hardcopy of adhaar card when that information can be stored in phone itself ..

Maine adharcard show kiya conductor ko .or bola pathankot tk jana hai ..he said damtal tk ticket mile gi fr aage damtal se pathankot tk ki ticket mile gyi and paise dene hoge us k liye ..
Meri compliant ye hai agr ek bus m travel kar rhi hu toh do bhar tickets ku
And agr women k liye free tickets hai with adharcard toh 2nd tym ku paise liye and new ticket

It has been two weeks since monday to wednesday roadways that used to come at amritsar bus stand at 8.05 am and starts at 8.15 am from amritsar to mehta chowk is not coming. Instead of that one private bus whose timing is afterwards come from monday to wednesday at the same timing of roadways bus and leave bus stand at 8.30.i thing in order to make money conductor or driver of roadways bus has given their timing to private bus (baba budha bus).kindly look into this matter.

Dear sir, i am a daily passenger of this roadways bus .. every single day the conductor of this bus (ctc 251 Bus 742 ) misbehaved with every women .. Today he misbahved with me and the driver also included .. he is very very rude conductor .. every women in the bus are very disappointed with his service ... kindly take action as soon as possible .

I am travelling in one of the roadways buses of Punjab to guru nanak dev hospital amritsar from Chandigarh.
I am resident of chandigarh and working under govt of Punjab as a Mbbs intern (doctor) and my father is also a employee under govt of Punjab in agriculture deptt.

Acc to the notification women of the family member working under govt of Punjab or itself working under govt of Punjab can avail this free service but every bus conductor is asking me to pay money because I am a resident of chandigarh even after showing them the notification.

Since I have to travel a lot times from my home to hospital, I am still showing notification to everyone regarding this and no one is up for taking this into consideration.

So kindly help me in this issue or grant me some I'd card regarding this travel or otherwise tell ur workers about this notification so that my travel can be without any disturbance.

Dear Sir,
I belong to Naya Nangal.A small beautiful town in Distt Ropar
I use to park my bike in bike stand on monday morning & pickup on saturday evening as i am coming home on weekends

Its 3 times that petrol from my bike was theft by the bike stand staff & i suffered a lot in mid night due to no petrol in my bike.
My home town is 15 KM from bus stand that i have to go by foot to my home in mid night
They cannot even think that person has to go home

This bus number was going chandigarh to barnala via ludhiana on dated 27.4.2021.
Bus staff did not stop bus on rajguru nahar stop .
Where 10 passengers are waiting for bus and bus was also not full.
Half of seats were empty .. but driver and cunductor did not stop bus on this stop .
The timing was 5.50 pm

Please look into the matter

Thesè staff members are harmful for department .
