People traveeling in buses of roadways are so disturbed because of their services. Yesterday on[protected] no bus came down the bridge in rajpura, punjab from 6:45 p. M. Till 8:00 p. M. All the pessengers there have to suffer alot because of this.
If i say from ludhiana in the morning a bus of jagraon depot was leaving at 6:40 for delhi & reaches always on time in rajpura but that bus is rescheduled because of quarrel with a bus of destination yamuna nagar who always got lafe may be because of old bus but pessengers have to suffer because of this by reaching office late.
It an appeal to punjab roadways if you are increasing the fares do something for people also.

This is the worst this website, the authorities, drivers and enquiry people can do. I booked a bus ticket from kashmiri gate isbt. The bus boarding was from platform 22. The bus was scheduled to leave at 3:10a. M. And i arrived at 3:00a. M. But there was no bus at platform 22. And i had no informtion regarding the bus number and the driver. Contact number of enquiry was not available (Unreachable) and no one was there at enquiry counter. The bus was wrongly placed at platform 27 without the information of the customer. And due to this i missed my bus. I want an enquiry against everyone and want my refund. Do reply or i will be taking this battle to twitter now.

Today i have traveled from golu ka to ferozepur on bus number pb 05af 9445 conductor on this bus don't do proper stop on golu ke stope and same other stopes. When i complaint regarding this to conductor he used abused language with me and also other passengers. Pls do needful on this as soon as possible.

Today i went to amritsar from tarn taran... The conductor charged me rs 25. (Normal) but in the evening i got a bus of punjab roadways of moga dept.. They charged me rs 30 and even every customer is being charged higer then normal fare.. One of my co passenger is charged rs 70 of harike as in the morning he was charged rs 60... So why this happening even thr conductor is drunk.

Since last 1 week bus conductor of bus number pb1bq24541 is misbehaving and is denying boarding of passengers from ambala city i have to travel from ambala city to jagadhri everyday i board the same bus at around 6.30 from ambala city but the conductor denies me ticket for jagadhri and ask me to deboard bus at ambala cantt bus stand i have got ticket for the same but since last 2 days he asks the bus driver to stop bus at some distance from...

With deep regret saying this... Mercedes as busses are drowning the name of such a big brand... I booked seat from bathinda to chandigarh, they charged complete fare, but no seat till now are we paying to do entire journey on stool and while purchasing the ticket, ticket collector told will provide seat in another 10 minutes.
After 40 minutes of the journey he gave seat to another person as he is not cooperating to sit on stool, to increase their profit.
Is it a local bus or the punjab government ask them to make more and more putting the comfort of people on stake...,

Have pics and a video how conductor is increasing the volume in bus without taking care of others to make more money...
Need resolution on the same or will have to post on all social media sites... This is what we call punjab where we talk of respect and humbleness...
Wahe guru ji... What kind of punjab is this... This kind of behaviour will... Reduce tourism too...

Many bus driver says that they wont stop bus on stopages like dhilwa. Bt it is not right they should stop. Many girls nd boys are coming to college from dhilwa stand. So there should be a proper instructions to bus driver that they have to stop bus on dhilwa bus stand. So students can go colleges easily. And come back to there homes easily. All shall be very thankful of yours.

I have picked a bus from rajpura by pass to delhi isbt after 4:30 pm 27 april 2018, it took hell of a time to travel 230 km distance and i reached isbt delhi at after 11pm, the speed of the bus was so poor, as well as it looks alike 100 year old bus, i could not even imagine to travel through punjab roadways buses ever in my life. For two seats i paid 440 rs/- but the experience i had is just only suffering,
Discomfortable seats, driver and conductors were without uniforms.

I dont really hope some one will read this email of complaint, as the condition of transportation is getting worsen every day.

I would not going to save money by taking suffering in this such types of buses. Why not mininsters travel, in this such type of transportation

Yesterday i was traveling from jalandhar to chandigarh in the evening from bus no. Pb 32
J7234. And here are few complaints and suggestions-
1. During enite journey, driver kept changing lanes and had no fear of occurrence of accident, sir, size of bus is huge, if you will drive your bus in opposite lane, what can other party can do, in addition of praying his god.
2. What is need o[censored]sing pressure horn, why not a simple horn.
3. What is the need o[censored]sing, higher tone language, with passengers.
4. Why do not conductor have a complaint or suggestion book.

With dew respect inform you that in the time of 7:00 Am to 09:00 AM their is physically less service of Punjab roadways from Batala to Amritsar, but in timetable in was lot of service of Punjab Roadways. For this reason senior citizen passenger, pass passenger and Police official passenger faces many difficulties. And some time Punjab Roadways drivers who came form Pathankot vaiya Gurdaspur go through bypass to Amritsar and had never enter in Batala. So Regarding this please help us.

we are regular student come from Mehta to University daily having bus pass facility but the conductor of pendu bus service not allow us to sit in bus which makes so uncomfortable the misbehavior of conductor make us embarrassed. kindly take action to improve the condition beacause our time is so precious which ruin because of him. thankfully

My name is vinod kohli. I want to file case against the driver of above said bus no. Pb30n 2978.
Sir on 30 march when me my wife and my 2 years old daughter were coming from ludhiana to raikot at 6:45pm near baddowal the driver of above said bus was trying to over take ltc bus it was narrow escaped when he drove the bus very close to me we just with god grace escaped other wise result may be lethal.

I request u to enquire the driver and cancel his license
Becoz when i approached him at mullanpur he scold and used abusive language both conducter and driver
Plz take prompt action or may some other may not becm the victim of this brutality...

Through this form, i want to bring to ur kind notice that the bus service of punjab roadways is pathetic. The buses on route are actually not running and those running are not providing services up to the mark. I have to travel regularly from jalandhar to batala in the evening. After enquiring i came to know that 4-5 buses are on route from 5 to 6 pm but actually not a single one is on route. A bus runs after 6 and that too is not confirmed. Also if they have to board any passenger from the stops on the route, the driver of the roadways slows down the bus but never stops it. Its just a pretention that the bus was stopped. This is dangerous for the passengers who want to board the bus. This has become a great hassel to commute on the route from jalandhar to batala due to these pathetic services. Kindly look into the matter and reply as necessary

4 people in a white verna car were driving drunked and careless with a speed of 100 km/hour in a very populated road. They passed from me and i survived very difficultly.. After seeing their careless drivery i decided to chase them and note down their car number... The driver of the car stopped the car atleast 1 km away from the accident place... Where when i reached the took out of the car they were 4 men... And they slapped me for no reason and took my scooty keys.. After some requests they. Let me go and said never return or else u will get killed. I dont actually remember the car number but it was a white verna of number pb 35 x 4181 or 4818 at last

I am facing very huge problem by the service provided my your companie’s busses at my stop balachaur. Can you tell me why are they not stopping at balachaur stop?? Their busses are totall empty but still they are not stopping there. I need a response from you guys asap with a valid reason. Those drivers and conductors are working for government and we guys are paying taxes so that people can get services from government. Can you guys find out what is happening there. Through this form, i want to bring to your kind notice that i am facing a huge problem due to the services provided by roadways. I have to travel from jalandhar to batala on daily basis. It is my daily experience that the buses donot run on time from jalandhar to batala. Already the number of buses on the route is very less and on top of it, the starting time of the buses is not known or they are not followed.in the evening, i am supposed to take bus from jalandhar to batala but the starting time is not known. Even i have not received any answer to my queries. The person in charge say they donot know anything in this regard. They are promoting the private bus services. I feel the public is being harassed by them as people are not able to take advantage of the public transport. If this continue the public transport will get a huge blow and the public will be adversely affected. I hope you will look into the matter for the bettermwnt of the society

Respected sir. Today i was going to jassichownk from police lines bathinda at near about 8:15am. When i was about yo leave the bus at jassi the conductor started misbehaving and started abusing and said to driver not to stop the bus. Sir i am new to to the city basically i am from himachal pradesh. I said him sorry i entered for very short route.. He started abusing in front of all passenger and taken me to another stop to which i was unknown. Please take suitable action against that conductor. I am very new to city what should i do i don't know anything about city. That kind of person are working for money not for humanity and making the image of punjab down among another people.

My self viren from pathankot city.
Actually i started journey from pathankot at sharp 08:00 am and this punbus reached at dasua at 09:45 and was still waiting for passengers and then at 10 o'clock started jouney again then nus reached hoshiarpur at 10:50 then started at 11 am and then this bus reaching to chandigarh at 1:00 pm (It took 6 hours).
Is this service?
If bus will cover distance from pathankot to dasua in 2 hours then its shame for punjab and after that india.
Instead of punbus other buses like ctu, j&k, haryana roadways always give excellent service...
They cover distance very soon.
If haryana roadways bus arrives at 8 am then it reach to its destination chandigar at 12:30 pm.
Please improve service of punjab buses...
I ignored private bus and wait for 30 minutes for punbus but its for nothing...
All passengers are disagree.
After its destination of chanfigarh this bus will go for delhi.

Me and my husband was traveling from Delhi to Chandigarh. We asked the conductor so many times but he told us that bus is totally full... At the end moment we again asked him for seats he told us that I ll provide you seats but you have to pay 1500 for 2 persons... The actual fare was 570 rs as mentioned in the pictures.. We could not say him anything because we were getting late... He was looting the other passengers also because all the other buses were full due to festival holi... And he was taking advantage of this... It's my humble request please take strict against this tout... Thanks
