I wish to draw your attention towards the matter that i am presently travelling through punjab roadways bus route chandigarh moga malout ganganagar bus no.2127 i boarded the bus from chandigarh right now bus is fully overloaded passengers are crowded and their elbows are rushing with the passengers sitting in the bus i am currently sitting uncomfortably moreover the bus conductor after giving seat no. Allowed the passengers rushed in bus. There is lot of suffocation here and standing passengers are falling on sitting passengers continuàlly the bus is this much overloaded u can guess standing pasaengers have no proper grip doors are closed and people are packed inside like materialistic things bus is of chandigarh depot

Dear Sir,
I'm a frequently travelling from Chandigarh to Pathankot by Volvo bus of Punbus. Today Morning I had caught the Bus from Sector 43 Bus stand for Pathankot & the Bus no. was 1913.
When I asked ticket for Mirthal the Booking clerk said usually You are taking ticket up to Pathankot than I told him the Bus driver & conductors said that they will not drop me in between Mirthal & Pathankot & hence I asked you to give me ticket up to Mirthal.
After that the booking clerk has advised the Bus conductor to drop me at my destination & I took the ticket up to Pathankot by paying Rs-565/-.
The Time I standup to get down from the bus at my destination 3 Kms. after Mirthal, The Bus driver of Bus No.1913 has shouted on me & asked whom you have asked before starting your Journey. I replied that I asked to the conductor as well as the booking clerk who has issued the ticket. Than The bus driver said if next time you will travel by this bus I will not allow you to travel or if somebody allowed than I will not stop the bus at your stop.
This was quite surprising for me in the morning itself as I have not expected such behavior from the bus driver. I simply replied Bhaisaab I'm also getting late on my duty & would be thankful if you can drop me at my destination 3 KMS. after Mirthal.
Here would like to ask few questions from you,
1.Does the Bus Driver/Conductor has given the authority to Mis-behave with Passengers all the time? as this is 5th time with me itself.
2.Does the Bus driver/Conductor can stop the bus anywhere for their none persons & if a passenger ask to do so the start mis-behaving?

I urge to you to issue guidelines to all your drivers/Conductors to behave appropriately with Passengers as it replicates the image of State.

Hope for a favorable & stern action against the concern bus driver.

Today i was just getting off from the bus at the bus stand only. Everybody was lined up accordingly. The time i was about to get off, my right leg was touching the floor whereas the left was still on the last step of the bus. The bus driver knew about it that i wasn't fully out of the bus and he geared up his bus. I fell down on the road so badly and then he ran away with the bus. I screamed, bt he did not care about that.
Such people such be taught leason, and some strick action should be taken against them. I request to you to report him about careless behaviour and make him learn the value of others life. The experience of travelling on PUNBUS was so disgusting.

I am pass holder of Punjab Roadways. I travel from Jalandhar to Nawanshahr daily. Depo Manager issued bus pass from[protected] to[protected] to me. Punjab roadways employees on strike from about 20 days for unlimited time. I suffer from this issue. I have financial problem thats why i prefer buspass. I noticed to you that i am suffering from financial problem and my health is not very well due to this financial problems. I have to travel in private buses with extra fare beside i have roadways pass. There is not a problem of single person of pass holder. What is the meaning of strike against government. Public have to suffer for these activities. Government Officers have no problem.
I request to you to extend my buspass dates or refund the money.

Please take necessary action and report to me.

I travelled in bus no. Pb 32 p-3872 (Manikaran-jallandhar) on 27/11/2016. I boarded the bus at sundernagar (Himachal pradesh) around 9:50 am. I paid 45.00 rupees fare for my journey from sundernagar-ghagas (Himachal pradesh). But the conductor did not give me the ticket for the fare i paid to him. He repeatedly did the same thing with other local passanger.
Take necessary action to stop this malpractice.

i had booked a seat in the volvo from delhi to patiala screen shot of booking is attached in the email and reached the bus stand in time but due to counter confusion. When i reached near the bus to beard it. The driver spead away the bus and i was left there at isbt from where i hired a taxi and followed the bus upto karnal by pass there also the driver and conductor of the bus did not bothered to stop the bus and deserted me there.
I had no option other then taking a Private taxi to patiala which costed me rs. 4000 because of the heavy rush due to Diwali festival, so i here by request you to kindly refund my booking amount as i m a regular customer of this volvo.

When students go to jalandhar then conductor is misbehaving with them. He ask bus pass holder don't get in the bus with miss behaved at time between 9 am to 9: 30 am mostly. I and my friends are facing problem during traveling for going to college /school.
I request that please ask to them do not misbehave with students and take a suitable action.

I use to travel weekly from jalandhar to pathankot. i prefer government bus instead of private but jammu bus drivers and conductors don't let people to enter in bus who want to go pathankot and force them to go in private buses because they are getting money for that from them. sir, government buses are for public and they don't have any authority to stop any passenger. today also i have faced the same problem and the bus number is pb10ff4049.

I used to travel daily from Sec 22 B to Khudda Lahora (7.6km distance). I faced problem in Punjab Roadways bus. Conductor didn't give ticket to local people. And his behaviour was worst with me and few others. Kindly look into the matter and make sure this not happen Again.

I am working in pspcl dep. My posting is in nakodar. Today at 3.10 pm i took a bus from nakodar to jalandhar. I asked a conductor to stop bus at my station he agreed i took that bus. When bus reached at my station i asked bus driver to stop a bus he refused while saying that his time is running out. He used such a abusive language he even did not realise a grls r also in bus

First the driver and conducter both say that the bus won`t go the my destination. Moreover, they tell us to let the people of ludhiana sit and we stand up in the bus for just carrying a pass. Due to this issue, we always get stuck in the route and we get late from college. Please take a strict action against this misbehaving of the conducter and driver.

I have general query about passenger carrying luggage along with him during journey in punbus volvo bus services, as today on 08.10.2016 saturday early morning around 0500 hrs i am travelling from chandigarh to pathankot seat no 22, purchased from counter no-3, isbt-43, punbus no -1915, w bill:115115, mac id:88830715, c:pc20, d:ctd30, make-mercides benz, as i am carrying a brand new kids bicycle which is dismantled & packed...

There are may problems for the bus pass college students that are went daily from village sailkiana (Phillaur) to nawanshar for studied in different colleges.
There are no any punjab roadways bus stopped in the bus stand of village sailkiana by the bus driver and conducter at the morning time during 7 a. M. To 8:30 a. M.. So all the college students face to many difficulties like they give the other money to private buses for reached on the colleges.

It is most important issue. Because the effects the student education.
Plz help the students against the punjab roadways buses drivers to stop and pick the students having bus pass.

It is with respect to above cited subject that the punbus for machhiwara chandigarh route departing at 6.50 AM is not coming from last many days. Daily Passengers who are travelling by this bus are suffering alot. Please get into this matter and resolve this problem as soon as possible. So that public grievances can be solved as early as possible.

Please make the necessary DVD repair arrangements in the Punjab roadways Volvo bus no PB65R 1917
I am a daily traveler of this bus from Chandigarh to Ferozepur.Since last 1 month the DVD player is not working and passengers often find the journey boring and sleepy.Even the driver of the bus look tired from his body language as he has to drive monotonously.
I will request you to change the DVD player so that the journey can be done cheerfully.

Sir, conductor and driver torturing the passengers by stopping the bus unneceasarily at the stops for 20-20 mins.. If anybody objects they start torturing them by checking their tickets twice thrice which was actually the duty og checker... If anybody tells him that we are in hurry then he told driver to slow down the vehicle at minimum speed... Bus started journey from pathankot at 1:30 pm and now at 3: 15 it has just crossed lakhanpur... The veh no. Is... Pb12h 2304 and my ticket no. Is 025328

Dear concerned

I made a online booking through travelyaari.com for the bus from delhi to jalandhar 12:50 pm departure from delhi but when i saw the inside there was already passenger sitting on my seat and upon checking i found out that the conducter gave my seat number to the walkin passenger who took the ticket from the counter and all this happened because he received call from his any relative/ freind and he blocked 2 seats for them. When i checked with the conducter he told me (Jokingly) that don't worry you will get the seat. They started the bus without even making me sit and then we're looking for the seat, it's really disappointing that i made a booking in advance still had to go through such a idiotic situation really poor service by punbus and unprofessional conducter who doesn't know how to manage the seating

Hi, there on 06/08/2016 about 07:00 clock in the morning i was traveling by punjab roadways bus from nurpur bedi to chandhigarh.In bus music played by bus driver and conductor is very loud i told the conductor to turn off the music but he said to me get out off the bus but songs not going to be stopped. I have record everything on my phone i can show you everything as proof if you want. I hope you going to take some action against the conductor and the driver. Thanks

My name is pankaj, this morning, 29th july 2016, i was driving to my work, than this punbus, licence plate number pb 65ad 5461, starting giving dippers at my back in the morning time, trying to overtake when it was a whole busy road, around 8:20am. it was a highway, and this incidence happened on kharar - chandigarh road. i gave way to the bus and then on the left side, conductor was sitting and starting using abusive language, and said "bhenc*d gaddi side kr" (abusive language and then said, take your car aside). i took my car on side and after few minutes i overtake the bus when i got the way and then the driver speed up his bus and again overtook me and i was about to crash with the bus. it was a dangerous view. i want you to take this matter sincerely, i got saved but maybe tomorrow this sardar bus driver will crash into someone and would kill someone.

I 2 was looking for the bus from jalandher to dehradun. So there was a private bus cunductor asked where i wanna go i said dehradun so the bus was going to ludhiyana only bus he leid me that they are going to dehradun then
At the time of ticket he said the will wait in ludhiyana so you take the ticket for there only and i will see you off in dehradun bus and then he drop me in in ludhiyana bus stand and say to go no. 5 and i will get the dun bus but there wasn't dehradun bus there was bus for delhi..

The just beacuse there fraud i had to suffer whole journey financially the total journey could be about 6-7 hrs which was turned into 10 hr. I want you plz take necessary action about these frauds
