Was driving in my lane in sector 35 chandigarh on 23 july at 2:00pm when a punjab roadways bus driver bus no. Pb 12 j 1801 in order to cross the traffic lights drove at high speed and switching lanes just missed my car by a fraction. On watching back he was shouting and abusing and had a very rude behaviour. On confronting he was yelling do whatever you can I am driving for past 12 years

I have written this below mail three times to punjab roadways, but didnot get any replies from them.

Dear sir,

I am writing to inform you of the completely inappropriate behavior of one of your bus driver & helper. I was not able to obtain his name, but i believe he will be easily identifiable from the following information.

I travel by punbus-pathankot depot-volvo (Pb 11 au 2625) on 1 july2016 from pathankot to delhi at 7.00pm by booking online ticket from "http://www.punbus.in/".
The helper of bus charged me extra money for putting my bag-pack in the trunk of bus, when i refused to give money he didn't allow me to put my bag there. Then i notified to bus driver regarding same, he also told me that you have to give money. After some quarrel between us he told me that if your luggage gone missing then they are not responsible for that. Then i decided to take my bag with me and put on overhead compartment of my seat but then bus driver told you are not allowed to take bag inside also (Bag-pack was medium size and can be easily be put in overhead compartment). They also shouted and the helper also told that you are not "samajdaar insaan". After some time they told me that you can put bag on your own but they are not responsible for damage/theft of belonging in a very rude manner. So i put my bag on my own and also take out after reaching delhi on my own.
I am not angry that they didn't help me to put my bag in trunk but the money they are charging and the way they are talking with me was unacceptable.

Please tell me if there is any rule for this extra money they are charging if not then i suggest to take action against them.
I sincerely hope that you consider this behavior unacceptable, and that you will take appropriate steps to reprimand this driver & helper.

I booked the ticket for delhi to amritsar for[protected] against order no.[protected] and ticket pnr no is[protected] and i booked this ticket from the paytm and paytm ticket id is oe6nra. Its almost one year pass but i did not get refund for it last time when i booked the ticket i got the refund for my ticket almost after 8 months after registering complaint against them. I also booked ticket in month of july but bus got cancelled and i do not got refund for it also but for that i am not able to find pnr no. So, kindly help me for this and take strict action again prtc for harassing the passengers and not refunding their money.

Myself satosh vishrojwar was travelling from chadigarh to delhi by bus no. Pb 12 y 1630 on dated may 28, 2016 (Seat no. 35). During the journey bus stopped at devine star dhabha, nh1, nilokheri, haryana. Whrn i came back from breakfast, i found out that my lap top was stolen from my bag kept on overhead carrier. Another lap top was also stolen frim a girl's bag (Seat no.33).

Request is today on 25.05.2016, when bus no:- pb 12 j-8105 was travelling from samba (J&k) to chandigarh, conductor of the bus was not stopping the bus at samba, when i tried to push the door, conductors hand got injured which was not completely my mistake, in reaction he abused me many times, & his behavior was not digestible to me, i request you to take some immediate & strict action against conductor, & its for your information that you can contact me any time for more information, in case your failure to took the required action, i will file the case in consumer court.

This is being put in your kind attention that on dated[protected] at 18:30hous (Approx), being a passenger i asked for a ticket from jalandhar to kartarpur, they (Conductor and driver) refused and said it will depart only for amritsar, i agitate for my right and forcefully demand for ticket. After bus depart conductor came to my seat and said "tu taur dikha raha hai mujhe main tarn taran depot se hu" his eyes and way of talking hurt anyone self respect and sentiment.
Kindly take some legal action against this and teach some moral values. Many of passenger daily face such behavior.

Nobody picks phones on bus stands & online portal not user friendly to track bus service. i am trying since many days to contact amritsar bus stand @[protected] but nobody picks the call. moreover website of punjab roadways doesn't provides any data/details of buses.this is pathetic. Also buses data not available on given website http://www.punbusonline.com/. When we search, it always shows, "no search found".

I am a student ..mai roj nawanshahr se jalandhar jati I am a student ..mai roj nawanshahr se jalandhar jati hu..hamara pass jaldhar se kahma tak bnta hai..aur 213 RS/- ka banta hai ...aaj Maine bus pass renew krvana tha ..par Punjab roadways jaladhar depot-1 me Jo pass banate hai unhone mere se 220 RS/- liye ... jab mene kaha ki aap jayda paise kyu le rhe ho toh unhone kaha ki hamara kharcha pani hai.pichli bar bi ese hi kiya tha...aur jab ki hame pass aaj friday milna chahie tha unhone hame Monday ko Le Jane ko bola..woh sab bacho ko harassment krte hai...please aap jald se jald action le... nai toh hame consumer court me complaint krni padhegi...

I have waited from 5:05am at bus stand Chetru, your bus passed at 5:40, but your driver does not stopped the bus (Three passenger were waiting at that time)

Due to this i have missed next bus

Previously, i have complained regarding the misbehavior of your same route bus driver, but no action has been taken by you

Kindly take some action to improve passenger strength in your buses or stop the buses

The bus number pb04s 7402 jagraon depot had reached the jagraon at nearly 5.15 p.m and depart their from around 5.40 p..M when people asked them to be little quick as they hadn't informed anybody in the bus that their have to be such delay in jagraon the conductor abused him badly and asked me never to travel in government bus and asked i[censored] have to be in.time then u must travel in private bus instead of government buses.I am tax paying person and he is restricting and abusing me for traveling in public owned bus. Sir we have a complaint regarding your bus which is running from raisinghnagar at 4.40 am on dated 15/03/2016 sir i have seen some suspicious activity in your bus early in the morning .driver and conductor having fun with a lady in bus.so sir please tale action againest them and clean your raputation in raisinghnagar rajasthan.

Dear Sir,
Reference my letter dt 20th Feb above noted detail I would like to remind regarding my complaint sent to you but no action has been taken yet.
I am a working professional & working as Punjab State Head & based in Chandigarh to look after Marketing operations of company in Punjab & Chandigarh & frequent traveler in this area.
I have travelled in this bus from Chandigarh to Hoshiarpur as on Feb 11 & want to register complaint of experience happened with me during my journey
• The booking clerk at counter was charging 140/ per ticket where as the actual fare is 135/- printed in ticket when I asked him he returned 5/- back to me with some excuse.
• I was not told while issuing ticket that this bus will not de-board the passengers at Hoshiarpur Bus stand & It will lead through by pass.
• Reaching at Jassa Singh Ramgarhiya chowk from where bus stand is 1 KM away all of sudden an announcement was delivered by the conductor that all the passengers who bought ticket for Hoshiarpur get down here as the bus will not go to bus stand.When I asked him that why all passangers of bus were not told at the time of booking about this & now suddenly ordered to get down. He asked me to get down immediately because they are getting late to reach Batala. Conductor told me to ask from a senior adda in-charge type( Bauji) person who was also sitting in the first seat from the front gate, when I asked him he also told me to get down with my belongings & the driver started to move the bus. I was pressured & there was no way to argument with the bus staff. I asked that adda in-charge type person to complaint to GM but he replied right now I am the GM & ordering this bus to go by pass after this you may go any other GM to complaint against me.

Due to this I was helpless to do anything & in hurry my bag containing a breakable set of tea cups broke, spent some amount in local conveyance with mental harassment.
Sir I request you to intervene & take strict action against these guys who are destroying the image of Roadways & behaving like dictator,

I catch bus pb31h 9547 at 3:40pm from Bareta to jakhal on19-dec-2015..they give me jakhal ticket but take the bus to moonak (via bullrian )by saying that he going to late.and not any road to jakhal in this side..actually he was telling lie .when all passenger request him for jakhal..he used ugly language.. That reason we all passenger miss our train..we request u to take strong action against driver & conducter

Hello I am Dr Rana. Today I came from delhi, reached Chandigarh by 11:30pm. I enquired about bus for Morinda, they told bus is available at 2:00am but he is not ready to drop me Morinda. He is telling bus will go from bypass, and reason is "Passanger for Amritsar will disappoint". Now what is another substitute for me? Which transport will serve for Morinda? Hello sir i will complaint that punjab roadways my daughter has suffring from cancer civil surgeon got me a free tickets for the cancer patient but bus conductor (bus number-PB-30-E-9108 MUKTSAR TO BATHINDA 8.30 AM) has not accept my cancer coupans i am very poor please help me my contact[protected] jyoti bhatia

I would like to inform that today morning I board pun bus from makerian to dasuha... And when I was in bus conductor came I ask him to give 1 ticket for dasuha at that time conductor misbehaved and started abusing me. And said i[censored] want to go dasuha then u have to pay for Jalandhar.. It's was such a ridiculous that the govt staff dnt knw how to behave nd Tom with passengers ... He abused me very much but I didn't replied nd Paid money for dasuha only. It's my humble request to take some action against conductor as well as driver too... Bus no - PB-12-Q-9968. Hello Sir, I am Navjeet Kaur from ropar and working as a chemical Engineer in industrial area phase 2 Chandigarh.I made my daily bus pass.Today I am sending this mail regarding your Punjab roadways bus drivers and conductors.Daily morning around 7 am - 8 am Punjab roadways bus drivers cant’s stop their buses on Ropar bus stand and told us next bus is coming.sometimes buses are empty and they closes the bus doors also.so working people getting late everyday.my second bus also missed because of Punjab roadways. Second thing is, In the evening there is no bus for Ropar in bus stand sec. 43.Me and all passengers are regular sitting their for 2 – 3 hours to wait the buses but there is no buses .The main thing is that, Jhalandar and Amritsar bus drivers and conductors misbehave with ladies infront of all and told us there is no seat for you because u have a pass.Always I am getting late till 9:30 pm at night because of them.They are not co-operating the ladies at night. They have special seats for their staff male members and their female friends but not for ordinary girls or ladies. Recently, Yesterday I asked from the conductor can I sit because I have pass, suddenly his way of talking was surprised.The words he was using with girl I can’t expect.The driver told me stand up because You have pass and tell some boy to sit on my seat.I reached ropar at 8:40 pm then me & my father went roadways office near by new bus stand(Ropar) & took all information of that bus driver and conductor.i.e. Driver No.-D461- KULDEEP SINGH Conductor No. - PC106- SATVEER SINGH.Bus No.- PB 12 M 9934 Take some strong action against them Here I have some bus numbers and their pictures those misbehave with ladies.Please see the attached files .i.e. 1. Respected sir I am dheeraj singh from shri muktsar shahib sir today I am standing on musksar by pas at 2:15 mint your bus no 9878 derive name santokh singh driver no cd 19 from moga deepu come on 2:20 mint and not stop bus on bypass I gave him hand and than hi stop some ahead of bypass I run for bus than hi gave a full race and run bus sir u give him bus for took passanger from bus stop but sorry to say that santokh singh think bus is his private property so kindly take some hard action against santok singh
