Hi. Ajay samyal was insulted in front of group of people by the cooductor when i ask for the ticket from jalandar to pathankot .. conductor used rough for me in front of ten people. I want to avail the service of punbus at that time but i have to wait there for the ticket althou

gh there was no one for jammu. CONDUCTOR refused give me ticket and wait for jammu passanger. After a long periode i have to buy a ticket of Lakhanpur forcly. Ater that he refused to give me seat number whereas the seats were vacant in the bus. This is not th first time as i m usuasly travelling from jalandhar to pathankot on every week end and i have to face the same every time at jalandar bus stand, and now it is the hieght of misbehavior. As per my knowledge as a citizen i have right to avail all kind of govt. Services on the basis of first come first serve.. pls draw a kind attention in this routine issue or matter. THIS IS TO STATE THAT I M A BANK EMPLOYEE ,I HAVE TO REGULARLY TRAVEL BY BUS TO MY WORKPLACE.BUT I AM QUITE DISAPPOINTED AND HURT BY SEVICES BY THIS PUBLIC SECTOR UNDERTAKING.EMPLOYEES BEHAVES AS THEY ARE ATTOCRATES NOT PUBLIC SERVANTS,THEY WHILE ON BUS STAND WILL KEEP ON SHOUTING THAT THEY WILL NOT STOP IN BETWEEN RURAL STOPS.SO WHAT SHOULDPEOPLE LIKE ME WHO ARE WORKING IN RURAL AREAS ARE SUPPOSED TO DO.WHAT IS THE SOCIAL; RESPONSILBILITY OF GOVT TOWRADS US .WHICH KEEP ON SAYING "RAJ NAHI SEWA".WHY ARE WE AND COMMON PEOPLE LEFT ON THE MERCY OF THESE NON RESPONSIVE GOVT EMPLOYEES. WHY? WE THE CITIZENS ARE VOTING FOR THIS TYPE OF SERVICES.IS THERE ANY CHECKS AND INSPECTION FOR THIS KIND OF SERVICES .ON PRIOR COMMON FINDING IN PEOPLE IS THAT THESE PEOPLE TAKE MONEY FROM PVT BUSES FOR NOT STOPPING AT RURAL BUS STOPS .NO WONDER THIS PUBLUC SECTOR IS SUFFERING FROM LOSSES . THESE EMPLOYEES ARE TOTALLY WASTING PUBLIC MONEY BY PLYING ON BUS ROUTES WITH EMPTY BUSES . WE ARE PAYING TAXFROM OUR SALARIES BUT FOR WHAT? SO I WANT THAT PUBLIC TRANSPOTR MINISTER AND SECREATARY FOR PUBLIC TRANSPORT SHOULD LOOK INTO THIS MATTER AND RESOLVE OF COMMON MAN WHO IS FACING THIS PROBLEM EVERYDAY

I want to share a pathetic experience which i face with Punjab Roadways. I was coming from Delhi to Chandigarh dated 17th August from lexia bus .I took bus from ISBT at 11:42 P.M. At derabassi bus stand i received a call from one of my friend that his father is serious as he belongs to derabassi and all of a sudden i decide to get off from the bus because of his father illness. I went to driver and request him to stop the bus as i was not aware that bus can not stop at any small station i request driver to stop 200 mtr. ahead of derabassi station he start abusing me that TUM PARE LIKHE LOG TUM LOGON KO SHARAM NAHI HE,TUNARE GHAR KI BUS HE JO TUME GHAR UTARNE JAYEGI and such a bad language which i can not write here and i feel so insulted in the bus at front of all passenger's and finally when he open the door it hit to my forehead pain of which Iam still feeling. When it hit to my head i told him yaar Iam quite so tum to sir hi chad rahe ho than he said andar aa tuje btata hun . I asked his name he said my name is sukha and whatever you can do of mine you can do me parwah ni karta kisi ki.
I agree that he could not stop i was also getting of because o[censored]rgency but is this the way to treat the passenger's and if you come on the rules in the whole journey your driver was fiddling with mobile phone and was listening music with AIR PHONES.
I normally use to travel in Haryana VOLVO and there driver & conductors hospitality is unbelievable and this time i thought i belongs to punjab so i should travel in my own state bus but iam sorry to say the way punjab roaways driver treat the passenger's i would never travel in punjab roadways bus.

In response of my journey from ambala cantt to karnal on 21-07-10 by punjab roadways bus PB-10 CH 3394. No doubt punjab roadways are know for their speedy service and i was aware of this thing thats why i choose bus of punjab roadways for my journey but i was not not aware of the thing that in monsoon punjab roadways is offering us rain water, yes even though the windows and door and sun roof were closed still we were getting wet because the roof of the bus was continously leaking at window seat side and not even me only facing the problem all who were on window seat were facing the problem and apart from that wiper of the bus was not working properly blade was not in good condition to wipe off the water, front mirror of driver side was ok but the mirror of other side was damaged so badly that u cant see anything out of it.
why only we the common people face those problems even though we r paying for the journey still we r not getting good journey and then u named your buses punjab gaurav. from where they r bringing laurels for u. i[censored] r not capable of managing it properly then stop working it.

advice for PRTC : please write in bold letters on buses that during rainy day or rainy season bring your umbrellas in bus.

hi sir /mam i am the daily passenger from the amritsar guradaspur route i have been trevaling in this route from more then two years i am working in the private company my shift timming is 10:30 to 7:00 but after the 7:30 there is no pun bus is come in our time so i have to spend more then 1 hours
in bus stand and the waiting for the next himachal bus roadways bus in between the 7:30 pm to 8:30 there are few buses left only for batala in amritsar or batala every day 100 of passenger waiting in the bus stand for catch the bus between amritsar to gurdaspur and pattankoat route so my humble request to the punjab roadways they started our bus in our time
and provide the comfort relief to our passenger thanx

I was at Jalandhar bus stand on 04th april at 06:00pm for journey from jalandhar to nawanshahr by bus. The punbus No. 06 F 2869 of Batala Depot reaeche at jalandhar bus stand for chandigarh. I ask to conductor that can I sit in the bus upto Nawanshahr but he refused with the comments that visit upto nawanshahar throuth Onkar Bus Service.. I asked him that nawanshahr on the route of jalandhar to nawanshahr but refused to again and again , I asked him why are your refusing for nawanshahr , then he said that "meri marji hai" he misbehaved with me and other 10-12 pessangers and refused to sit in the bus. The matter become to the notice of adda incharge but he has no response. The conductor said that "tum kiya kar loge mera, mai 30 saal se naukri kar raha hoo, bahut dekhe hai hamne aap jaise." We asked him for complaint book but he refused to give complaint book, his conductor number and told to his name. Take necessary action against the official and inform me. Some questions are in our mind that;
1. the distance between the jalandhar and nawanshahr is near about 60 kms, than why not the pessenger of nawanshahr station allowed to sit in the bus ?
2. what is the duty of adda incharge?
and why he did not response to solve the problems?
3. at 6;00pm where will be go the passenger of nawanshahr ?
4. the roadways is for the public service then why the peoples are harrasing by the conductor.
5. the action taking against the official at fault with proof will be inform to us within 15 days.

I, Jagdish Singh was travelling along with my wife and 6 year old son, on 07.03.10 on Punjab Raodways Bus No. PB 06 H 9660 ( 09:00 PM ) from Ludhiana to New Delhi. There were 10 - 12 Haryanvi Jaat students was also in the bus. They were having a 2 ltr Pepsi bottle with them which was filled with liquor. And they were having it freely. On the whole way they all were using abusive language and talking very loud. The rest of the passengers were very annoyed with their behaviour but as they all were drunken and were in huge number, so no one have any guts to ask them to stop misbehaving. The conductor and driver was not saying anything to them. The whole night was spoiled as we had to reach our office day after. But because not getting proper sleep we'd to take leave from our offices. So, I request you to take proper action against Punjab Roadways, why they allowed such guys to enter in the bus who create nuisance, drink liquor and misbehaves.

With reference to the journey performed by me on 28/11/09 from Ambala Cantt to Kurushetra at 2:30 PM by bus of Punjab Roadways with No.CH 01 G 8844 , The driver of the said bus was talking on mobile continously despite my objection.
