Dear team,
I belong to punjab ropar, and i daily updown ropar to chandigarh because of job purpose and in the evening i m facing travling issue from punjab rodways bus side. Because when i ask from the conductor of any bus of punjab rodways which have a amritser, jalandhar route. And his conductor or drive daily said to me this bus cannnot go to ropar bus stand and he said again and again for sindicate bus and all your bus conductor and driver said to the all rodways travler for the sindicate. The one bus number is mentioned in this complaint which have a time from chandigarh bus stand 6:45 pm and bus number is PB02DQ4983.

And if said him to for complaint than they said go and do we dont care and said we dont have any right

So please take strict action because all ropar traveler are facing this issur

Bus driver have abuse behaviour so rude . I hope solve my complaint. They have not Any fear don't tell properly.

Pr ohde vlo bus mullanpur stop te naa rok flyover to di bus le gye or bahot agge ja k bus roki. Jis krke sanu bahot mushkil da sahmna krna. Eda mere nl sirf ajj e ni pehla v bahot vr ho chuka. Conductors vlo ladies nl bahot bura slook kita ja reha. Buses nu stop te rokeya ni ja reha. Ladies passenger nu bahot mushkila da sahmna krna pe reha.. So plzzz meri ikk request aa k iss topic nu dhyan ch lya k koi karwayi kri jve ta k kise vaddi honi to bacheya ja ske. M tohadi bahot hi dhanwadi hovangi.

First toh Punjab rowdway ki bus rokty he nahi hai ladies ko dekh kar .Agr apko itni ge problem hai toh hum ladies apna kiraya dekh skti hai jrut nhi hai ki ap hum logo pe ehsaan kro ki ap hame free mai le kr ja skrahe ho.Atleast jab hum apna kiraya dege ap log bus toh rok loge.

Punjab roadways ke driver and conductor ka behavior bht zada kharab hota h ladies ko dekh ke kyuki unko lgta h free mai toh jana hai inko respect kyu deni.

Hame apni respect phle hai toh please apne driver and conductor se boliye respect se bus ko stop pe rok le hum apna kiraye de dege.

Saman ko dekh kr yh log muh bnate hai jaise inko apne shoulder pe rkh ke le ke jana hai.

Yh sab ajj hua h hmare sath ajj hmare samne 4 _5 bus gyi h pr kisi ne nhi roka.

Ap baba banda bahadur bus stop mohali near verka waha call krke bhi puch skty ho.

Ki kya behavior tha bus wala ka.

Thanks to bhaiya jo waha thy unhe roka or hum sab ladies lo baithya bus mai.

I Rahul sharma resident of ludhiana, travel from ludhiana bypass to jalandhar BSF CHOWK on 21/11/2022. W. Bill no. 299757.
Via bus no. PB10GX5376.
C. I'd no.CTC95
While taking ticket I said give me ticket for jalandhar BSF CHOWK, he gave me above said ticket details given above.
When I come to my stop I request to the conductor to shop the bus so i out from the bus easily.
He said this is not our stop and bus will stop at bus stand only. 8 More students standing with me for same bus stop. He was so rude and said "bakwas na kro bus bus addy ja k rukne hai, address dasdo ghr chaad anay aa".

Other incidence girl wrongly take bus for LPU from phagwara
The conductor talk so rude with her.

I request you sir/ madam kindly do the need full we travel in govt. Buses just because of safe and want smooth travel experience. Misbehave is not acceptable on any cost.

Kindly take strict action on said conductor.
If they don't want to serve the customer in good manner than it's so bad on the part of
Department.

I have climbed down to the bus For toilet after confirming to the driver but after coming back I have not found the bus in which I have left my Two bags and ticket of the bus is also in the bag.Then after tried to contact Jalandhar bus enquiry but they was not able to help me without ticket then after going to Chandigarh by private ca to catch the bus which I have left.I have spent minimum 3 hours there to find the bus But I couldn't find it . I also have the complainant to Chandigarh depo Sector 43 and also called to Amritsar depo but they have no any idea for the bus

Sir me regular punjab roadways helpdesk par call kar raha hu bt waha se phle ring jati rehti ha bad me wo utha kr bat ni krte phr kbi reciver side pr rkh dete ha and bhut harrased hai is se hume urgnt subha jana ha khi patient ha koi but ye ph bi ni pic kr pate me iske regarding abhi CM saab ko bi conpalint raised kar raha ha

The bus conductor has misbehaved the female and the bus conductor has ran the bus before the pregnant lady board into bus. I m also the central govt employees. I m pregnant. My foot slipped as the bus ran by the bus driver. Kindly look into the master

I want to complaint about the rejection of my mobile aadhar in punjab roadways bus while traveling from dasuya to hosiyarpur in punjab.
Please consider the paperless mobile aadhar as a verification document. As the government of India have not provided me physical copy of aadhar card.
Pleas emake guidelines to consider mobile aadhar as a verification document.

Sir I board into the bus from kunjwani (J&K) bearing vehicle number PB 02 CR 6628 at 2:30 PM on 29tj oct, 2022 First of all I told him that I will go upto Pathankot then I came to know that bus will stop at Rajbagh for half an hour then I told h to give me ticket upto Samba. Initially he has taken 40 Rs from me an I waited for 10 minutes but he didn't give me ticket. Then I asked for ticket and he asked me for 5 more RS. I gave him 5 Rs more and then he gave me ticket. The point here is he is doing corruption and corruptive practices and taking money and put it into his pocket secondly his behaviour was also not good. Please look into this matter as he might be charging money from passengers and put into his pocket Thanks and Regards Shaveta [protected]

I travelled from Chandigarh to Delhi in PUNBUS Hoshiarpur - Delhi Airport shuttle No . 237030, Volvo PB07BP8593 @ 09:24:55 . I forgot my black leather bag with clothes in the overhead rack . Please help me in retrieving it . Kindly give a contact no. / procedure for the same . I’ll be in Chandigarh in next 10 days . If you hava a lost and found facility, then please let me know so that I can ask someone to pick it up .

Hello, I have boarded PRTC bus from Pathankot to Katra. Asked the bus conductor about the free travel for women which was declined with the reason "Punjab has ended here and Jammu has started hence the punjab rules does not apply". I chose to pay over arguments. Attaching relevant pictures Hoping for a resolution and enforcement of the promises made by the governing entity.

I had to travel from Gadshankar to Pathankot by Punjab Roadways (14/10/2022) and the time of the bus is 7:30 am at Gadshankar which comes from Chandigarh and sometimes near to this time. However today no bus came. i was standing there from 6:30 am to 8:30 am and not even a single bus of this route came today and at the end i had to take a private bus. I wasted my 2 hours waiting for the bus thinking that it might have delayed but it did not come at all. This is a total harrasment for the passengers.

The buses going to Hoshiarpur from Jalandhar bus stand doesn't let the Jandu Singha passengers to sit in the bus saying that “we don't stop at the Jandu Singha bus stop we only stop at the Adampur bus stop and Hoshiarpur bus stand ". Moreover, the buses coming to Jalandhar from Hoshiarpur doesn't stop at Jandu Singha bus stop . People are facing many problems due to this as the buses don't ever stop at the Jandu Singha bus stop.

सर्, मैं तहसील आनंदपुर जिला रोपड़ (पंजाब) का रहना वाला हूँ। जो मोहाली नौकरी करता हूँ, यहां मैं बस से जाता हूँ। बस के लिये मुझे बस अड्डा ढ़ेर(गांव) पड़ता है
भाखड़ा नंगल से चंडीगढ़ चलने वालों रोडवेज जो ढेर बस अड्डे पर 7.50 am पर पहुँचती है। ये कभी बस रोक देता है, कभी मन मर्ज़ी से बस को बिना रोके चला जाता गया, जिस कारण हमे और हमारे जैसे कइयों को आफिस समय मे पहुँचने में देरी हो जाती है।
आप कृपा इस बस पर सख्ती से पूछताछ करें कि ऐसी मनमर्ज़ी क्यों करते है?
इनका हर दूसरे दिन का काम हो गया है !!

Sir, bus 1192 mac_ID:42430721, c:PC0291, D:PT197, is not giving me ticket of smalsar town & says we don't have stop there.instead of it he has given me ticket from Moga to baghapurana.

Conductor is forcing me to take some local bus from baghapurana to smalsar.although sir this saree bus will go through smalsar - then go to Kotkapura but they don't pick & leave passanger at smalsar town as per him. Kindly look into the matter

Good afternoon sir/madam...i m from baba ba akala sahib and doing job at subhanpur hospital.In the morning time buses of batala depot never stopped at bus stand .drivers stop buses far away from bus stands sometime they dont stop...that causes huge rush on stopages...me and my colleagues always reached late on duty due to their silly mistakes.kindly do favour for us otherwise we will take other step to solve it...😡😡😡we fed up now...do something please

Punjab roadways bus timing 7:20 am From Patti to Amritsar does not stop at jandoke sarhali Bus stop.Due to this students get late for school and college.plz solve it
