The buses who start journey from amritsar to further city are much complicate in taking the passengers.
If the bus going from amritsar to jalandar than the bus collector first prefer the passanger of long route and deny entry for passanger of small route.
Why this thing is happened in our state especially for punjab roadways.
everyone has equal right on front of constitution so, who is reponsible for this.if punjab roadways...

Am daily traveler from ropar to mohali. I have noticed from long time buses does not stop at staion ropar stops. but last 3 weeks i observed bius doesn’t stop at all. and they run without stop or tif they want to drop passanger they drop far from station so no one can come in bus. We r wait more then 1hrs for travel even not only women r waiting men too. What the hell is this. Some i took bus from light without even stop there...

Today on 14 th August 2022, at ISBT 44, One of your employee behaved very rudely and didn’t cooperated at the ticket counter. At dasuya bus stand. This bus get full with the passangers and few private buses was at there. Punjab rodways bus drivers comes at there he start to say to all the passangers to get down from the bus. There is 52 seater bus and i will take on 52 passangers, rest of all get done from the bus and go to the another bus. Pvt bus conductor say do not...

Nowadays most of buses are from pujab government. But there is no any benefit to people from small villages. Because the drivers and conductors of these buses don't stop the buses on the stops of small villages that are linked to national highways.
Hope you will solve this issue as soon as possible.

Dear sir,

I travel regularly on punbus volvo running at 5:00 am from chandigarh to amritsar on each monday.

But from a few weeks even after reaching the bus stop at 4:50 am I do not find any punbus at that specific time slot, however in place there is another private bus " the orbit" standing at the time slot of punbus.

It really causes inconvenience as this bus orbit runs at 5:40 and is inconvenient.br...

I have to travel to kohara from Ludhiana. Whenever i aksed to any govt. Bus's conductor(that bus travel to chandigarh) to give me ticket to kohara they always deny to perform his duty and always asked me to tale a pvt. Bus. This os continiously happening from past 1 month . Due to this i apways late for my duty. Hi, i have been writing this to complain about the PRTC buses not halting at goraya bus stop. I am a student and i have bus pass for which i paid 1500 RS for a month. And today i waited for almost one hour at jalandhar bus stand because every PRTC conductor said that they do not stop at goraya. Kindly please take some action regarding this asap, as a result many passengers and students are getting troubled.

Bus conductor is not letting ladies and passangers to sit and is saying I have to sit on 2 seats . Proofs are as attached in video BUS NO - PB06BB5360...

The bus drivers often made their passengers to change the buses without reaching the promised destination. As if in our case the bus was from nangal to amritsar but the bus dropped us at hoshiarpur and asked to take another bus for amritsar from there. It has happened multiple times.
It makes the passengers face inconvenience. Kindly take this complaint in your view and also some strict actions against it....

It is intimated that I Narinder Singh going with my mother at Pgi Chandigarh as on dated 14/07/2022 in bus no. 4958. Driver is very bad driving and this is very tensionful fot passangers. Conductor id no is C : PC233 is very rude behaviour with passangers....

PB06A S8775 Punjab rodways bus travel from Pathankot to Amritsar Drive by driver inproperly and at toll plaza he going to hit two cars and talk irresponsibly with the car drivers. A action must be needed against driver and conductor who cause people to suffer....

I was traveling from chd to Jalandhar. Both driver and conductor very rude to passengers and stopped bus 200 meters behind every single bus stand on way chd to Jalandhar. Government should strict action on these kind of people....

I am living in mohali. I have to travell every day from mohali to ludhiana. Every time i have to get the bus from phase 6. Buses are not stopped on mohali bus stand. Drivers avoid to stop at mohali bus stand. If there is not a stoppage then why government named this location as mohali bus stand...
