I want to state that punbus\ Punjab roadways tarn taran depot bus no 268317.
The bus conductor has misbehaved the female and the bus conductor has ran the bus before the pregnant lady board into bus. I m also the central govt employees. I m pregnant. My foot slipped as the bus ran by the bus driver. Kindly look into the master

Sir I board into the bus from kunjwani (J&K) bearing vehicle number PB 02 CR 6628 at 2:30 PM on 29tj oct, 2022 First of all I told him that I will go upto Pathankot then I came to know that bus will stop at Rajbagh for half an hour then I told h to give me ticket upto Samba. Initially he has taken 40 Rs from me an I waited for 10 minutes but he didn't give me ticket. Then I asked for ticket and he asked me for 5 more RS. I gave him 5 Rs more and then he gave me ticket. The point here is he is doing corruption and corruptive practices and taking money and put it into his pocket secondly his behaviour was also not good. Please look into this matter as he might be charging money from passengers and put into his pocket Thanks and Regards Shaveta [protected]

I travelled from Chandigarh to Delhi in PUNBUS Hoshiarpur - Delhi Airport shuttle No . 237030, Volvo PB07BP8593 @ 09:24:55 . I forgot my black leather bag with clothes in the overhead rack . Please help me in retrieving it . Kindly give a contact no. / procedure for the same . I’ll be in Chandigarh in next 10 days . If you hava a lost and found facility, then please let me know so that I can ask someone to pick it up .

Hello, I have boarded PRTC bus from Pathankot to Katra. Asked the bus conductor about the free travel for women which was declined with the reason "Punjab has ended here and Jammu has started hence the punjab rules does not apply". I chose to pay over arguments. Attaching relevant pictures Hoping for a resolution and enforcement of the promises made by the governing entity.

I had to travel from Gadshankar to Pathankot by Punjab Roadways (14/10/2022) and the time of the bus is 7:30 am at Gadshankar which comes from Chandigarh and sometimes near to this time. However today no bus came. i was standing there from 6:30 am to 8:30 am and not even a single bus of this route came today and at the end i had to take a private bus. I wasted my 2 hours waiting for the bus thinking that it might have delayed but it did not come at all. This is a total harrasment for the passengers.

The buses going to Hoshiarpur from Jalandhar bus stand doesn't let the Jandu Singha passengers to sit in the bus saying that “we don't stop at the Jandu Singha bus stop we only stop at the Adampur bus stop and Hoshiarpur bus stand ". Moreover, the buses coming to Jalandhar from Hoshiarpur doesn't stop at Jandu Singha bus stop . People are facing many problems due to this as the buses don't ever stop at the Jandu Singha bus stop.

सर्, मैं तहसील आनंदपुर जिला रोपड़ (पंजाब) का रहना वाला हूँ। जो मोहाली नौकरी करता हूँ, यहां मैं बस से जाता हूँ। बस के लिये मुझे बस अड्डा ढ़ेर(गांव) पड़ता है
भाखड़ा नंगल से चंडीगढ़ चलने वालों रोडवेज जो ढेर बस अड्डे पर 7.50 am पर पहुँचती है। ये कभी बस रोक देता है, कभी मन मर्ज़ी से बस को बिना रोके चला जाता गया, जिस कारण हमे और हमारे जैसे कइयों को आफिस समय मे पहुँचने में देरी हो जाती है।
आप कृपा इस बस पर सख्ती से पूछताछ करें कि ऐसी मनमर्ज़ी क्यों करते है?
इनका हर दूसरे दिन का काम हो गया है !!

Sir, bus 1192 mac_ID:42430721, c:PC0291, D:PT197, is not giving me ticket of smalsar town & says we don't have stop there.instead of it he has given me ticket from Moga to baghapurana.

Conductor is forcing me to take some local bus from baghapurana to smalsar.although sir this saree bus will go through smalsar - then go to Kotkapura but they don't pick & leave passanger at smalsar town as per him. Kindly look into the matter

Good afternoon sir/madam...i m from baba ba akala sahib and doing job at subhanpur hospital.In the morning time buses of batala depot never stopped at bus stand .drivers stop buses far away from bus stands sometime they dont stop...that causes huge rush on stopages...me and my colleagues always reached late on duty due to their silly mistakes.kindly do favour for us otherwise we will take other step to solve it...😡😡😡we fed up now...do something please

I daily visits from sardulgarh to mansa but your roopnagar depot bus no PB12Y0914 which starts from mansa at 5.30 pm for sirsa but his driver did not stops bus at bus stands like kot Dharmu, Jhunir, Fatta Maluka. He stops the bus before the bus stand and the passengers could not ride on it. Please do the needful

Today i am traveling from PRTC BUS PB03BH9178 from mohali to rajpura in the evening at around 7'O Clock. When the bus is near Banur Bus Stop Driver asked counducter to not to shout or ask anybody about the stop. and when bus arrived at banur bus stop driver hadn't completely stop the bus and ake it slow and accelerate it without stopping it and a girl shout to stop the bus he didn't respond and girl again ask 2-3 times to stop near the driver but he ignore the girl. she have to get down at banur so jump from the moving bus and fell down very brutely and roll down on the road, after seeing this whole scene my body is completely shivering at that time, but driver hadn't stop the bus after this and ask "she is not my relative let die". the inhumanity by the bus driver. Thats why everyone say PRTC bus is not good travel they are not humans.

The buses who start journey from amritsar to further city are much complicate in taking the passengers.
If the bus going from amritsar to jalandar than the bus collector first prefer the passanger of long route and deny entry for passanger of small route.
Why this thing is happened in our state especially for punjab roadways.
everyone has equal right on front of constitution so, who is reponsible for this.if punjab roadways bus driver and collector are behaving like that then what can we do.
If someome come from small city and had no opportunity or right to take that.
So, i request to higher official to take strict action regarding this and punish or suspend those who done this thing.

I am a Lawyer and practice in District Court and session court Ludhiana. Yesterday I was coming from kharar to Ludhiana in the time of the afternoon . By punjab roadways bus Whose No PB10FF 4954.
The conductor asked me to remove your Duptta from your face. When I removed my Duptta from my face, he started telling me that this ADHAR CARD is not your. I told him that this card is mine .I also said that I am a Lawyer. I showed him my License. Which we have received from Bar Council of Punjab and Haryana High court and district court Ludhiana. He did not look at my License and said that people like you come here daily. Knowing about me that I Am a Lawyer still he misbehaved with me . He Started used the abusing language with me and he started saying that this free service (Adhar Card) will be closed because of people like you. When I told him to tell me your name that he said go do whatever you want against me and he told me you'll be the lawyer for yourself.

I had to come to Ludhiana but becouse of his Misbehaved, I tool my ticket till MORINDA.
knowing about me that im a lawyer, yet he misbehaved with me, What would he have done to the common people there ?
I am Sending you the photo of the Punjab roadways BUS, photo of the Bus conductor with the complaint.
Its my humbly request to you that you will take appropriate action against the bus driver and bus conductor and do it as soon as possible. I
Otherwise as a Lawyer I will have to take Legal action against both him.

Am daily traveler from ropar to mohali. I have noticed from long time buses does not stop at staion ropar stops. but last 3 weeks i observed bius doesn’t stop at all. and they run without stop or tif they want to drop passanger they drop far from station so no one can come in bus. We r wait more then 1hrs for travel even not only women r waiting men too. What the hell is this. Some i took bus from light without even stop there and i notice they don’t stop kurali too and buses r empty. One day i asked to driver y you not doung your job properly and he replied we r also have to reach at home. So, i said they also waiting to go home how they can reach. That special happen after 7 pm bcz i travel that time. May be that happen in day too.. this bus did same thing yesterday.So take strict action against them so people cannot survive. I[censored] cant do anything reply me otherwise i will take another action . Bcz i did email fee time before and no one solved.

Today on 14 th August 2022, at ISBT 44, One of your employee behaved very rudely and didn’t cooperated at the ticket counter. This is common problem faced by me during my journey to Dharampur which is a intermediate station on the way to Shimla. The conductors usually preference and give tickets to the shimla commenters due to which the intermediatory commuters are being ignored and my personal experience, I have to wait for hours to reach . In order to avoid such problem I request to work upon my complaint and train the conductors and drivers to behave in a gentle manner. I am an educated person. This type of misbehave can’t be accepted. These should be equality. But law is just in the name. Even complaining to the authorities at ISBT 43, they just mocked at us and didn’t cooperated. So actually four people behaved very rudely. One from PUNBUS - bus Timings :3:50 pm and after that two HRTC employees after that bus departed. One such bus is with registration number HP - 9785 to the way to shimla. The person on purpose didn’t have ticket and made me wait and gave an excuse that you were not in the line which is totally wrong. We were in line for the second bus that is the number that mentioned above. So Please look into this matter seriously. Thanks

I travel from nilokheri to panipat in Punjab roadways bus pb08c4528.conductor give me fraud ticket of jalander to panipat .it was used ticket of another passanger. Ticket no. 00056965. He is doing corruption with department money and not giving to govt

At dasuya bus stand. This bus get full with the passangers and few private buses was at there. Punjab rodways bus drivers comes at there he start to say to all the passangers to get down from the bus. There is 52 seater bus and i will take on 52 passangers, rest of all get done from the bus and go to the another bus. Pvt bus conductor say do not give the ticket to all the passangers who are standing.. driver start to all the passangers to get down from the bus.. and start to mis-behave with the passangers. This is too much herasment by that driver. He took up stic to hit the pessangars.. govt bus driver has an setting with the private buses, that roadways buses will not carry the passangers and they are taking the commission from private busses driver..

Pls look into this matter
