I was traveling from chd to Jalandhar. Both driver and conductor very rude to passengers and stopped bus 200 meters behind every single bus stand on way chd to Jalandhar. Government should strict action on these kind of people.

I am living in mohali. I have to travell every day from mohali to ludhiana. Every time i have to get the bus from phase 6. Buses are not stopped on mohali bus stand. Drivers avoid to stop at mohali bus stand. If there is not a stoppage then why government named this location as mohali bus stand

This is Heena, from Doraha (ludhiana) .This morning I was sitting in Punjab Roadways bus from the doraha (timing 9:12 and vehicle number is pb10gx8478) and I had to get down Sahnewal but the bus driver and conductor did not stop the bus, I requested them so many times to stop the bus, they again dropped me after going far away and I walked from there. I came to the bus stand, now my question is that if the bus was going to Jalandhar, it stopped at Doraha, then why did not stop at the sahnewal bus stand, they talked very rudely with me, and said do whatever you want we will not stop the bus at any cost.They are making fool to every passenger. They should put a written notice clearly about bus stop. They are doing very injusctice to every lady .I requested you to please take an action regarding this. I will be very thankful to you.

I am citizen of india and here i would like to complain about the availability of buses from patti to khemkaran. It is often seen that the buses are not run on their schedule and also a bus who run from patti at 1.35pm and it is often miss at this time. People of my area including me waiting for atleast 2 hours from 12.30 pm to 2.30pm to reach our destination. So, it is the duty of roadways to provide proper bus schedule to individuals and also follow them. So that people cannot face any problem regarding bus service.

He denied me to enter the bus when bus was at counter number 24 Jalandhar bus stand. Misbehaved, shouted saying free travelers buy a ticket first. He even shut the door of bus and asked me to get out of the bus in front of everyone even though I didn't said a single extra word other than that I would not travel in other bus because all the seats were full. He also ordered me to catch a local bus from counter 11. His reason for this behavior was that he was not allowing any local passenger before Chandigarh tò enter the bus before his departure time. We are regular travelers and such behavior is really very disappointing and insulting for females specially.

The number plate of the bus is PB10HT3729. Today we were coming from Chandigarh to Ludhiana. The driver was driving very fast and rashly. He did not consider the passengers but was driving just to reach quickly. Very poor service provided to the passengers. I hope my complaint reaches you and Every other passengers travelling in these buses have a safe journey.

I had traveled from hosiarpur to jalandhar from punjab roadways while they doing ticket process they sk to show aadhaar when I show them my e aadhaar they(bus conductor) it's not valid e adhaar have no value we have to purchase tickets he said e aadhaar has no value in eye of prtc. So why this rule when govt. Of India is saying e aadhaar is equivalent to aadhaar then why prtc didn't accept this

This is for your kind information that the conductor appointed by Punjab roadway in bus behave so roudly and rough with passenger.He has not any sense to talk with passenger.
Actually I am working in govt sector.I am appointed at gurdaspur. Daily i have to travel from amritsar to gurdaspur by bus.today after being free from office, I arrived near to bus stop to catch the bus. I missed my private bus from gurdaspur.I took roadways bus from that point @ 5:10 pm..But the behavior of bus conductor indicate me not to take Punjab roadways again.Not even with me, he was also talking badly with other passenger.I humbly request to take stick action against such conductor.

Today 19th of May i have travelled from chandigarh to nawanshahr punjab through Punbus JALANDHAR -1. bUS NO. WAS 8237, C- TP116 D- CTD28 .
W.BILL 246021 MAC-ID 48110222 AND TICKET NO. IS 00010330.

I have asked conductor many times that he will go Nawanshahr bus stand he said yes when i started travelled from chandigarh bus stand 43. but the bus going bypass of Nawanshahr, he dropped all passengers on road Nawanshahr bypass. And misbehave with rude language . Please do the needful action on it, they are public servant not the owner of roadways buses.

I travel daily from abohar to fazilka for my teaching job. As the school timings are too early now, I need reach fazilka by 7:15 AM.
There are 4 bus timings from 5 am to 7 am from abohar to fazilka but only 1 bus is coming from last 15 days. The bus timing is random. They pick any time out of 4 bus timings.

Please look into the matter and solve it as soon as possible so that common public can avail the service.

This conductor harass the ladies every day, first of all he said that come to the counter then you will get the ticket when the ladies went to the counter then he said put the line. He Was talking with his friends and then saying that if you not keep the line again and again, then I will not give tickets, so...

meri family 08/05/2022 ko moga bus stand se khambra (jalandhar) ko ja rahe the . Jab mere mother ne bus ke driver se pucha ki hum 6 person ne jana hai kya aap hume khambra drop kardege. Bus no. Pb04 ae1610 ke driver bda hi rude li bolo or waha drop karne se mna kardiya or driver ne conductor ko bi bolo inko khambra nhi utrana. 6 person main sari hi ladies thi or 1 baby tha. Or sab ko bus se utrna pda . Itni garmi mai.

Ticket conductor of bus no 5497 c- PC216, misguided at Banta bus stang saying don't use this bus as it doesn't go to phagwara. Other passengers assured that don't worry it will go to phagwara. When I reached phahara I asked the conductor he misbehaved saying "utar ja nai ta dhakka mar dange gir jayenga thalle".
I am really shocked by such behavior of the conductor.
Kindly must take action against the man.

There was a negligent Rash driving by punbus bearing no. Pb02 EG 4527 on Ferozepur road, Ludhiana City from Grandwalk mall to Aarti chowk. Also there was unnecessary honking with high pressure horns. We narrowly escaped our car from a major accident.
Lives of common people on the road and passengers in the bus is also important. Bus driver has put the lives of all high stake.
Proper and strict needful action should be taken against the driver under advice.

I am a student of lovely professional university. I noticed that there is no buss services after 5PM in front of LPU and in Phagwara Bus stand ( Banga, Nawashar bus stand ) . There is very poor bus service in this area specially in the evening. All the LADIES and STUDENTS suffer a lot to go there home without there parents worry. It is very major issues because it’s leading safety issues of Male and Female students.
I am well aware that our Punjab government will not disappointed there educated citizens.
