This is Heena, from Doraha (ludhiana) .This morning I was sitting in Punjab Roadways bus from the doraha (timing 9:12 and vehicle number is pb10gx8478) and I had to get down Sahnewal but the bus driver and conductor did not stop the bus, I requested them so many times to stop the bus, they again dropped me after going far away and I walked from there. I came to the bus stand, now my question is that if the bus was going to Jalandhar, it stopped at Doraha, then why did not stop at the sahnewal bus stand, they talked very rudely with me, and said do whatever you want we will not stop the bus at any cost.They are making fool to every passenger. They should put a written notice clearly about bus stop. They are doing very injusctice to every lady .I requested you to please take an action regarding this. I will be very thankful to you.

I have asked conductor many times that he will go Nawanshahr bus stand he said yes when i started travelled from chandigarh bus stand 43. but the bus going bypass of Nawanshahr, he dropped all passengers on road Nawanshahr bypass. And misbehave with rude language . Please do the needful action on it, they are public servant not the owner of roadways buses.
