Public harrasment and roadways currption by driver 07.08.22.. bus no pb06 bb3758.

At dasuya bus stand. This bus get full with the passangers and few private buses was at there. Punjab rodways bus drivers comes at there he start to say to all the passangers to get down from the bus. There is 52 seater bus and i will take on 52 passangers, rest of all get done from the bus and go to the another bus. Pvt bus conductor say do not give the ticket to all the passangers who are standing.. driver start to all the passangers to get down from the bus.. and start to mis-behave with the passangers. This is too much herasment by that driver. He took up stic to hit the pessangars.. govt bus driver has an setting with the private buses, that roadways buses will not carry the passangers and they are taking the commission from private busses driver..

    Nowadays most of buses are from pujab government. But there is no any benefit to people from small villages. Because the drivers and conductors of these buses don't stop the buses on the stops of small villages that are linked to national highways.
    Hope you will solve this issue as soon as possible.
    And before another complain like this.

    Cheap service government ne ladies ke liye pahle 30+ seats ka mension kar ke rakha hota tha aur aab koi bhi seats par mansion nahi kiya hota aur ladies aur children standing ho kar bus mai jati hai aur gent's na to apni seat se khade hote hai hamari government se yahi apil hai ke ladies seat par mension hona chahiye 1 no.se, 30 no.tak ladies seats honi bahutt

      Dear sir,

      I travel regularly on punbus volvo running at 5:00 am from chandigarh to amritsar on each monday.

      But from a few weeks even after reaching the bus stop at 4:50 am I do not find any punbus at that specific time slot, however in place there is another private bus " the orbit" standing at the time slot of punbus.

      It really causes inconvenience as this bus orbit runs at 5:40 and is inconvenient.

      After checking through the official punbus website it is clearly mentioned punbus timings as 4:59 am.

      I raise my complaint against punbus operator who do not provide good services

          I have to travel to kohara from Ludhiana. Whenever i aksed to any govt. Bus's conductor(that bus travel to chandigarh) to give me ticket to kohara they always deny to perform his duty and always asked me to tale a pvt. Bus. This os continiously happening from past 1 month . Due to this i apways late for my duty. So you are requested to look into the matter.Most of the the drive who deny to pdrfo3m there duty there bus tyming from ludhiana is about 7.45 to 8.45 . This is the peak hours for the working professionals.

              Hi, i have been writing this to complain about the PRTC buses not halting at goraya bus stop. I am a student and i have bus pass for which i paid 1500 RS for a month. And today i waited for almost one hour at jalandhar bus stand because every PRTC conductor said that they do not stop at goraya. Kindly please take some action regarding this asap, as a result many passengers and students are getting troubled.

                  The bus drivers often made their passengers to change the buses without reaching the promised destination. As if in our case the bus was from nangal to amritsar but the bus dropped us at hoshiarpur and asked to take another bus for amritsar from there. It has happened multiple times.
                  It makes the passengers face inconvenience. Kindly take this complaint in your view and also some strict actions against it.

                    It is intimated that I Narinder Singh going with my mother at Pgi Chandigarh as on dated 14/07/2022 in bus no. 4958. Driver is very bad driving and this is very tensionful fot passangers. Conductor id no is C : PC233 is very rude behaviour with passangers.

                      PB06A S8775 Punjab rodways bus travel from Pathankot to Amritsar Drive by driver inproperly and at toll plaza he going to hit two cars and talk irresponsibly with the car drivers. A action must be needed against driver and conductor who cause people to suffer.

                        I was traveling from chd to Jalandhar. Both driver and conductor very rude to passengers and stopped bus 200 meters behind every single bus stand on way chd to Jalandhar. Government should strict action on these kind of people.

                          I am living in mohali. I have to travell every day from mohali to ludhiana. Every time i have to get the bus from phase 6. Buses are not stopped on mohali bus stand. Drivers avoid to stop at mohali bus stand. If there is not a stoppage then why government named this location as mohali bus stand

                            This is Heena, from Doraha (ludhiana) .This morning I was sitting in Punjab Roadways bus from the doraha (timing 9:12 and vehicle number is pb10gx8478) and I had to get down Sahnewal but the bus driver and conductor did not stop the bus, I requested them so many times to stop the bus, they again dropped me after going far away and I walked from there. I came to the bus stand, now my question is that if the bus was going to Jalandhar, it stopped at Doraha, then why did not stop at the sahnewal bus stand, they talked very rudely with me, and said do whatever you want we will not stop the bus at any cost.They are making fool to every passenger. They should put a written notice clearly about bus stop. They are doing very injusctice to every lady .I requested you to please take an action regarding this. I will be very thankful to you.

                              This is to inform you that the driver of this bus(PB05 AK 1739) doesn’t board passengers especially women in his bus from Talwandi Chowk . So I want you to take strict action against these drivers so that women should not have to suffer.

                                I am citizen of india and here i would like to complain about the availability of buses from patti to khemkaran. It is often seen that the buses are not run on their schedule and also a bus who run from patti at 1.35pm and it is often miss at this time. People of my area including me waiting for atleast 2 hours from 12.30 pm to 2.30pm to reach our destination. So, it is the duty of roadways to provide proper bus schedule to individuals and also follow them. So that people cannot face any problem regarding bus service.

                                  He denied me to enter the bus when bus was at counter number 24 Jalandhar bus stand. Misbehaved, shouted saying free travelers buy a ticket first. He even shut the door of bus and asked me to get out of the bus in front of everyone even though I didn't said a single extra word other than that I would not travel in other bus because all the seats were full. He also ordered me to catch a local bus from counter 11. His reason for this behavior was that he was not allowing any local passenger before Chandigarh tò enter the bus before his departure time. We are regular travelers and such behavior is really very disappointing and insulting for females specially.

                                    The number plate of the bus is PB10HT3729. Today we were coming from Chandigarh to Ludhiana. The driver was driving very fast and rashly. He did not consider the passengers but was driving just to reach quickly. Very poor service provided to the passengers. I hope my complaint reaches you and Every other passengers travelling in these buses have a safe journey.
