Respected sir/madam,
This is for your kind information that the conductor appointed by Punjab roadway in bus behave so roudly and rough with passenger.He has not any sense to talk with passenger.
Actually I am working in govt sector.I am appointed at gurdaspur. Daily i have to travel from amritsar to gurdaspur by bus.today after being free from office, I arrived near to bus stop to catch the bus. I missed my private bus from gurdaspur.I took roadways bus from that point @ 5:10 pm..But the behavior of bus conductor indicate me not to take Punjab roadways again.Not even with me, he was also talking badly with other passenger.I humbly request to take stick action against such conductor.

Dear Sir/Mam

I travel daily from abohar to fazilka for my teaching job. As the school timings are too early now, I need reach fazilka by 7:15 AM.
There are 4 bus timings from 5 am to 7 am from abohar to fazilka but only 1 bus is coming from last 15 days. The bus timing is random. They pick any time out of 4 bus timings.

Please look into the matter and solve it as soon as possible so that common public can avail the service.

meri family 08/05/2022 ko moga bus stand se khambra (jalandhar) ko ja rahe the . Jab mere mother ne bus ke driver se pucha ki hum 6 person ne jana hai kya aap hume khambra drop kardege. Bus no. Pb04 ae1610 ke driver bda hi rude li bolo or waha drop karne se mna kardiya or driver ne conductor ko bi bolo inko khambra nhi utrana. 6 person main sari hi ladies thi or 1 baby tha. Or sab ko bus se utrna pda . Itni garmi mai.

I am traveling in bus no pb65ak 4668 from banur to chandigarh daily to my working place, my timing is 9am to reach my office. Bus timing was 8.15 but from 1st may timing is 8.45,

please resedule the bus timings so that we can reach office at time.

Ticket conductor of bus no 5497 c- PC216, misguided at Banta bus stang saying don't use this bus as it doesn't go to phagwara. Other passengers assured that don't worry it will go to phagwara. When I reached phahara I asked the conductor he misbehaved saying "utar ja nai ta dhakka mar dange gir jayenga thalle".
I am really shocked by such behavior of the conductor.
Kindly must take action against the man.

One of passenger request to driver to open the door and request to start boarding
But driver talked rudely and speaks in Punjabi"Tikia reh"
Door will be open just five minister before departure
And they strickt to their words and they don't open the doors
Girls passengers also request to driver to open doors but they don't

Punbus is not doing any charity
These buses are generating revenue for I'll fated state
Suggestions
Please depute some educated staff
At least Graduate
Train them to behave politly.

There was a negligent Rash driving by punbus bearing no. Pb02 EG 4527 on Ferozepur road, Ludhiana City from Grandwalk mall to Aarti chowk. Also there was unnecessary honking with high pressure horns. We narrowly escaped our car from a major accident.
Lives of common people on the road and passengers in the bus is also important. Bus driver has put the lives of all high stake.
Proper and strict needful action should be taken against the driver under advice.

The AC of the bus is not working

I am a student of lovely professional university. I noticed that there is no buss services after 5PM in front of LPU and in Phagwara Bus stand ( Banga, Nawashar bus stand ) . There is very poor bus service in this area specially in the evening. All the LADIES and STUDENTS suffer a lot to go there home without there parents worry. It is very major issues because it’s leading safety issues of Male and Female students.
I am well aware that our Punjab government will not disappointed there educated citizens.

This is Mrs. Sandeep Kaur, Officer serving in Public Sector Bank of India, I was on my way to office and was waiting for Bus at Jandiala Byepass Bus Stop. Bus with plate No. PB10 HT2622 didn't stop at Jandiala Byepass Bus stop. Thereafter we followed bus on motorcycle for Chabal Byepass, but there again, they didn't stop. This is there daily behaviour. I am pregnant, and every other person standing there was just watching there daily behaviour just because they dont know how to complaint. Harassing women everyday by not stopping buses at fixed bus stops is their daily habit. These bus drivers don't scare from anyone not even from govt. Kindly make a panelty so that they dont darr to repeat these incidents everyday. This public transportation is for public, but what is the fun of these buses if they are not stopping buses to board passengers.

The route dasuya has low bus survices both time . The conductor and driver did not stop the bus at all for ladies ever they are too rudes and they does not reach at time .

The bus no. PB06B 83761 did not stop at the Dhariwal bus stop.This bus reached the destination at 3.51 pm and passed the bus stop without giving a pause. This rude behaviour is not new. In fact, it is a daily habit. Most of the buses change their routes and some of them which do not, do not board the passengers. They even keep the doors closed just to make it sure that even in the case of traffic someone may not dare to enter a bus.
The government is providing the natives with the facilities but unfortunately these facilities are not being enjoyed by us.

I am a student travelling regularly from Zira to Moga usinf Punjab roadays service. The thing is that that there are very few buses from zira to moga via Jhatra Road. With this distance there are many college, school students who has to reach their respective places at the same time span i.e arount 8 o clock. But the bus running in this time span is just one and so that the students miss their bus due to lot of rush in one bus. The problem is quite big since I request you to resolve the issue as early as possible.

Myself Vijay Kumar So Bhadur Singh Village Khalogi Po Kharihar TEHSIL AND DIST KULLU HP 175126. on dated 19/3/2022 was going to office situated at manikaran. On the way to manikaran A Bus No PB 65 BB 4890 hit my vehicle and dislocate the rear Bumper of my Vehicle I 20. and also made scratch on the main body of the car. However I have completely stoped the car to give pass in spite of that Bus has hit the vehicle. I asked the driver and conducter to see the Issue but they refute to accept the mistake . You are requested to kindly take the matter seriously and once ask the driver to talk once.

Sir/Mam, My name is Harpreet Kaur and I am from village near bullowal (Hoshiarpur).sir, I want to go Parbat chowk to bus stand and one roadways bus came when I board the bus.Ths conductor say, "utar ya bus cho piche bohat busa aundi", but in bus so many seats are free but still he misbehave with me.Sir, someone not stopping the bus.sir, " Could I ask you this is our developed Punjab?", where in public places conductor doesn't know how to respect women.sir/mam, please 🙏 do something.I hope you will teach lessons all of them. please, we can give money, but no respect... thanku sir/mam.

i travelled in a bus( pb04 v 5578 )from ludhiana to rajpura in evening by 5:30pm the bus was heading to Delhi so during that i faced 2 problems 1st was bus conductor was doing comments on adhar card facility provided by govt I mean free transportation for women on adhar card bases, now you just tell me why bus conductor used to make fun of women who travelled in punjab on adharcard nd make faces on that ? 2nd which was major issue actually i was sitting in window seat of 1st row and the window was opened at that moment and a person sitting behind my seat he mis behaved as he also wants to open that window but the way he used i didnt entertain that thing is 'instead of calling me he touched on my shoulder which personally i don't like even i asked him to behave himself while calling a lady then instead of sorry so he had literally shown his attitude by opening the whole window and on that time i was scared and felt unsafe then he got up from his seat and went to the driver yard and talked to him nd conductor about this whole stuff even he was keep doing that things with every person whom so ever came into driver yard and also gave me some cheap looks which i simply ignored it but in a meanwhile I got to know that he is also member of punjab roadways he might be driver or conductor but till i reached home i felt unsafe so i just request you kindly work on that

Attari Punjab roadways bus do not stop everyday for college and University Pass student Please Help us

With due regard I want to say that I was traveling along with my spouse from Kharar to Ludhiana on 10th March 2022. We boarded a Punbus of Moga depot regn. No. PB-4AA-7378. I asked for 2 tickets for Ludhiana one for female and produced the photo of adhaar card in mobile phone. But the conductor of bus said to pay money for the female ticket saying that photo of adhaar card in the mobile phone is not valid for the free journey as per Punjab Government rules.
So my spouse traveled on a paid ticket No. 197062 along with me from Kharar to Ludhiana. My humble request is to enquire in to if the photos of adhaar card in mobile phone are valid or not to procure free ticket for female passengers in Punjab roadways. If valid, please refund me the bus fare and oblige.

Punjab roadways bus is read to pick you up from any location but at the time of dropping it ignores the customer and take to the main station...in short it is not dropping the passenger to their willing location
