On 24 December 2021 I was to traveller from Ludhiana to Jalandhar for my Punjab tet exam .but after waiting long time at Ludhiana bus stand I hardly get a bus after 2. Hours .
But after my exam I didn't find any Punjab roadways bus from Jalandhar to ludhiana .not even a single bus was there .
So it mean it's all a just a cheat to free bus service for women in Punjab.
Dear govt please stop fooling us.

Hi my name is Vikas Kumar, a residence of Ludhiana punjab and today date 13/January/2022 i was traveling with my family from Ludhiana to Moga and we boarded on a punjab roadways bus and my mother and aunt were along with me. The conductor that was giving tickets has charged my aunt 85 rs for the ticket but the punjab roadways bus are free of cost for women...when i tried to debate, he became rude with ladies and he tried to hit me and threatened...

Punjab roadways bus going to Chandigarh on 4:45 didn't stop for us as we were waiting for it standing on the stop .

Today at3. 05 pm a punjab roadways bus on the rout at Abohar to Hanumangarh skip the passenger standing at bus stop.. The driver of the bus stop the bus before stoppage and skip the passenger who is standing from last 30 minutes but roadways driver didn't care. I also one of those passenger who travelled for this route and suffring with fever its so unprofessional behaviour of roadways employees so take action against the concerned responsible

Ede wich sada ki kasoor a dso je sarkar ne eh facility diti hai ta ohnu use b ta krnge log. Police ya koi hor Govt. da banda ohna nal ta eh eda bahave nai krde. Sare ladies te hi jor dikhande a apna. Kde apne ghar diya ladies bare ena ne sochiya k je kdi ohna nu eda face krna pye ta eh ki krnge?

I request you that today i.e 02/01/2022 travelled in PB 02 EC 4527 Punjab Roadways bus from AMRITSAR to BEAS.
Conductor did not return me balance of Rs 5/- when I asked for balance he told me that I don’t have from where I give you.
Like me how many passengers did not get balance this you can understand.
Please do the need full.

On 2Jan22, I travelled from Mumbai to Chandigarh and as an outsider relied completely on asking the conductors about the onward journey. I checked with the conductor if the bus was going to Una and he said yes and gave me a ticket to Jalandhar on a bus from Chandigarh at 9PM, I was also informed that since there is road maintainance ongoing, buses are taking a detour from the normal route. So i get on the bus and after about 2 hours ask the conductor again that when we will reach Una, to which he replied, 'it will take quite some time, you go and sit' on further asking he said it will reach by 12:30 AM. On checking on maps, when i asked again at 12:30, he finally decided to tell me that this is a bus to Jalandhar and he gave me a ticket to Jalandhar. On further arguing, the driver decided to intervein and asked me to get down at Jalandhar at about 1 and take the next bus to Una in the morning.
I do not understand this behavior, how will an additional passenger help the roadways in any way, is the well being of the passengers not a consideration factor for the roadways. Someone from outside the state, in thin clothes, not prepared for the brutal winters of the north, was left stranded on a bus stop and in a different state altogether, waiting in the chilling cold for the next bus to arrive in the morning. Is it not the conductors duty to guide the passengers, help people like me who are new and will take these experiences back home. Had the conductor decided to be honest, i would have reached the destination before 12 and also would have been able to work the next morning, but rather i lost on work, and visiting a hospital due to the extreme cold i had to endure.

Today we required a bus for Chandigarh, still we awaiting the bus from 02 hrs but bus is coming on bus stand Hoshiarpur but bus booker bus booked only for Delhi on 2030hrs. Bus running timing is 2050hrs, so request you to suggest Chandigarh pessangers who to bus book for Chandigarh bus number is PB07BQ3824. Request you to take action against these type of happen and unfortunately harrasment. Please give for your suggestion.

Time from ludhiana to chandigarh 2 to 2:15 bus no.6348.The manner of speaking of the staff of this bus isnot correct.They were fighting with female passenger.

Bus number PB10 BY 6348 don't stop at dhowlal chowk stop ludhiana as many people raise there hand to stop .

Today i took bus numbered. (PB11CF9525) from Ambala Cantt which was going to Jaipur.My stop was Shahbad(M) khurd. Conductor firstly said that this Bus will not stop at Shahbad (M) and you take another bus. When I asked why this Bus will not stop at Shahbad (M) then he rudely told me to stand up and give my seat to a young male, who was going to Jaipur. Moreover he said that person paying Rs 25 is sitting on seat and person paying Rs 500 is standing.
Sir is this the way Punjab Roadways staff deals with women passengers and discriminate passengers on the basis of fare. I need a clarification in this regard and please specify the rule which which discriminates the passengers on the basis of fare.

we are both me and my husband was go to rajsthan to meet my son who is in punjab national bank.we come to jaladhar today 4/12/21. we take bus from sriganganagar bus stand jaladhar 2 depot. our ticket no is 00013420 nd 00013421 bus 8754. now matter is that conductor behave with us was very rude. When my husband got down to take medicine at Moga bus stand, the driver and conductor said that the bus would stop here for 10 minutes but they started the bus in 2-3 minutes. I am 50 years old and I am a heart patient and my husband's accident happened a few days ago. I told the driver and the conductor that stop the bus, my husband is left behind but they did not stop the bus and misbehave with me and I also got abused. And in the last Conductor stopped the bus and threw my luggage down and pushed me and answered down. There I fell down and some people came and picked me up. Bus left from Sriganganagar at 8:20:18 Date 4/12/21.When we reached at Jaldhar Bus Stand (at 5 o’clock)General Manager's office for a complaint they totally ignore.After some time driver and conductor same bus come at general manager office misbehave with us again abusing with us and fight with us.please check cc tv footage and take need-full action against both( driver and conductor).Hope for justice.

Hello sir / mam

Punjab roadways bus from abohar to ganganagar bus have only drop the passengers and not pick up passengers from Khuian Server.

They stop bus 200 metre away from the bus stand. Bus is all empty.

Today bus no PB 05 M 9511 have not pick up the passengers.

Please solve this query

Fazilka to Firozpur bus didn't stop at there stopage and didn't pick the public that wants to travel in the bus. When driver saw people at stoppage he divert their route from wrong side. I have video proof. Take a serious action againt him othervise i will file a RTI case against you.

It's my humble request to run scheduled buses as commuters are facing trouble to reach to thr jobes on time.. pls start mrng time of 6.30 am if it is not feasible to run time of 7.30. pls see to this problem.

I am doing job. I am at moga bus stand at 3.40pm. bus no 3Aj 5214, does not allow passengers of ajitwal. Ajitwal is main stoppage. Kindly take appropriate action against them.

Today i taken bus numbered. (PB07BQ0830) from hoshiapur which routed to Chandigarh. My stop was saila khurd and taken women ticket which is costed zero and i'm an advocate . Before my stop bus conductor ask me, my stop it was proximately 7 min. Before it, i said 'saila khurd' . He just rudely told me to stand up and given my seat to a young male, who going to Ropar. There were other passengers too from my stop.

This is not just one story actually the conductors of punjab roadways buses misbehaving with women nd students ( have passes). The only reason is we don't buy ticket with money. They don't allow us to enter bus before its time to leave the bus station. Which clearly means they want us to stand in bus. Once the same bus conductor said the people who pay money stands and the people who taken free tickets (women) sit on the seats . I mean they clearly discriminate with us the reason is Punjab govt. Provide free facilities. I just want give equal treatment to everyone and increase bus service of govt. Buses in Hoshiapur.

This is to inform that the bus services is so poor in Punjab, specifically Jalandhar. The drivers do not stop the bus. The ex chief minister has also provided free bus facilities for women, but all in vain. It is better to charge the women instead leaving them.these people literally do not have any sense how to talk, how to behave and their poor attitude is exhibitted all the time they leave us. I got injured yesterday because of this cruel behaviour. It is requested to kindly look into the matter, either get the bus services paid for women as well otherwise at least respect them and tell them that they are not capable of this responsibility and they should better opt for private bus services.

I rushed daily to gurdaspur for my job. And i m daily passenger of Punjab roadways. And i also appreciate punjab roadways free services to women. But some of employees of Punjab roadways misbehave with women on daily basis which effect Punjab roadways image badly. They are not interested in any government Policies. And give there counter timings to private bus service for just a petty amount which is very transparent at bus stand. So kindly give attention to this matter so the worthy minister and higher authorities can solve this matter. And kindly pay attention with subject citied bus number. So there is no Owkward situation faced by any women in future. And make it sure to give me reply at contact number [protected]
