Very bad experience with punjab roadways bus. I show my icard in phone but they not accepted. Ek traffic PM modi ji ka keha hai digital India... hahaha... digital kya hai? Ek print ke liye Ek paper use hota hai.. avoid paper use digital this is useless

I'm working in Ludhiana and travelling daily Ludhiana to my native village i.e. Village Hedon, Tehsil Samrala.

In this regard, it is submitted that when I asked to a person (sitting in Punjab Roadways counter) to cut my ticket at my stoppage, this person is ready to giving a ticket with extra fare Rs. 10/- without giving extra payment, he reject the same. Moreover if any conductor is ready to leave me at my station, he told to the conductor to not leave him. This happened with me 5-6 times. My place is already registered under Punbus service. As such, you are requested to please look into the matter and resolve the said issue.

Dear sir,
Roopnagar depot bus having number PB 65 AT 4065. Going from Mandi to Chandigarh. I want to to in this bus from Mandi to bilaspur but conductor misbehave with me and said we will not pick the bilaspur sware. and he refused my all requests. I am going to see my relative to civil hospital bilaspur he is sick due to your roadways behaviour very same less for all o[censored]s.
Kindly resolve this kind of issues as sain as possible. Because all guys are not rich most of people are not able to pay the taxi that's why he choosing the people roadways. But this type conductor are against the people service. Also 15-20 seats are empty I am also request to will going with stand.

My son student of 3rd year mechanical stream Thapar Instt. left Jammu to attend offline college on 13.2.2022 by above referred bus. Only 4-5 passengers had boarded the bus through out. Though the bus was under CCTV surveillance yet the laptop of my son was stolen somewhere near Kha, nna where he had gone to attend nature call. The bus conductor /attendent was in the bus. Laptop HP-pavallion gaming 15-DK0051TX -CND9270Zth/7LG82PA&ACJ, purchased from GK Enterprises Chandigarh was brand new and was packed in HP bag . the thief took out the laptop from the bag and left the bag in same position.
IT is very surprising that the theft happened when there was no rush and in front of attendant. Driver of the bus (mobile[protected]) was contacted several time today by me as well as my son but, despite promise he didnot bother to see recording of CCTV Camer.a

Kindly interfere and help me to trace out my laptop at the earliest for smooth study of my son. Kindly investigate the things on priority.

We booked tickets from Amritsar to ludhiana since we reached jldr bus stand conductor told us to go for washroom and whn we went fr bathroom they ran away bus without info us, he told us to bus will stay 15 min bt he didn't even wait fr us 5 min-aftr 2 min he ran bus, we suffr a lot bcz we lost our costly things, some other stuff, it was a really bad experience with bus number-prtc 2395, MACID[protected], Nd his mobile number-[protected] while we called he switch off his number every time, hope our will be resolve as soon as possible. Kindly take against action immediately otherwise trust will be broken.

I would like to inform you that I was waiting for a bus from sathiala to batala from 3:30 pm but no bus stop here almost 5 buses passed by me but they ignore all passengers who are waiting at sathiala bus stop . Please do something positive .it's not good for Punjab roadways

I was standing at kharar bus stop at 6:10 Am for traveling to pathankot a bus plate shows from delhi to pathankot no 8767 had 2 passengers in bus only he took 100 rs from a private bus standing there ans convinced paasengers to board in private bus.
Causing loss to govt revenue and in convenience to passengers. Want action against them.

Jo high charge krte hai..roz roz yhi preshani hoti hai. Puchane pr private bus syndicate vale bolte hai ab yhi bus jayegi and or koi bus nhi aayegi bus full hone ke baad chlti hai phir baad me late ander government bus aati hai..
Hme boht preshani hoti hai ..so please dhain dena .

On 24 December 2021 I was to traveller from Ludhiana to Jalandhar for my Punjab tet exam .but after waiting long time at Ludhiana bus stand I hardly get a bus after 2. Hours .
But after my exam I didn't find any Punjab roadways bus from Jalandhar to ludhiana .not even a single bus was there .
So it mean it's all a just a cheat to free bus service for women in Punjab.
Dear govt please stop fooling us.

Punjab roadways bus going to Chandigarh on 4:45 didn't stop for us as we were waiting for it standing on the stop .

Today at3. 05 pm a punjab roadways bus on the rout at Abohar to Hanumangarh skip the passenger standing at bus stop.. The driver of the bus stop the bus before stoppage and skip the passenger who is standing from last 30 minutes but roadways driver didn't care. I also one of those passenger who travelled for this route and suffring with fever its so unprofessional behaviour of roadways employees so take action against the concerned responsible

Mera eh swal b a k ki chandigarh diya buses phagwara to ho k nai jandiya? Aur eh jdo da Govt. ne ladies nu free kita a sab eda hi behave krde a. Ede wich sada ki kasoor a dso je sarkar ne eh facility diti hai ta ohnu use b ta krnge log. Police ya koi hor Govt. da banda ohna nal ta eh eda bahave nai krde. Sare ladies te hi jor dikhande a apna. Kde apne ghar diya ladies bare ena ne sochiya k je kdi ohna nu eda face krna pye ta eh ki krnge?

I request you that today i.e 02/01/2022 travelled in PB 02 EC 4527 Punjab Roadways bus from AMRITSAR to BEAS.
Conductor did not return me balance of Rs 5/- when I asked for balance he told me that I don’t have from where I give you.
Like me how many passengers did not get balance this you can understand.
Please do the need full.

On 2Jan22, I travelled from Mumbai to Chandigarh and as an outsider relied completely on asking the conductors about the onward journey. I checked with the conductor if the bus was going to Una and he said yes and gave me a ticket to Jalandhar on a bus from Chandigarh at 9PM, I was also informed that since there is road maintainance ongoing, buses are taking a detour from the normal route. So i get on the bus and after about 2 hours ask the conductor again that when we will reach Una, to which he replied, 'it will take quite some time, you go and sit' on further asking he said it will reach by 12:30 AM. On checking on maps, when i asked again at 12:30, he finally decided to tell me that this is a bus to Jalandhar and he gave me a ticket to Jalandhar. On further arguing, the driver decided to intervein and asked me to get down at Jalandhar at about 1 and take the next bus to Una in the morning.
I do not understand this behavior, how will an additional passenger help the roadways in any way, is the well being of the passengers not a consideration factor for the roadways. Someone from outside the state, in thin clothes, not prepared for the brutal winters of the north, was left stranded on a bus stop and in a different state altogether, waiting in the chilling cold for the next bus to arrive in the morning. Is it not the conductors duty to guide the passengers, help people like me who are new and will take these experiences back home. Had the conductor decided to be honest, i would have reached the destination before 12 and also would have been able to work the next morning, but rather i lost on work, and visiting a hospital due to the extreme cold i had to endure.

Today we required a bus for Chandigarh, still we awaiting the bus from 02 hrs but bus is coming on bus stand Hoshiarpur but bus booker bus booked only for Delhi on 2030hrs. Bus running timing is 2050hrs, so request you to suggest Chandigarh pessangers who to bus book for Chandigarh bus number is PB07BQ3824. Request you to take action against these type of happen and unfortunately harrasment. Please give for your suggestion.

Time from ludhiana to chandigarh 2 to 2:15 bus no.6348.The manner of speaking of the staff of this bus isnot correct.They were fighting with female passenger.

Bus number PB10 BY 6348 don't stop at dhowlal chowk stop ludhiana as many people raise there hand to stop .

Today i took bus numbered. (PB11CF9525) from Ambala Cantt which was going to Jaipur.My stop was Shahbad(M) khurd. Conductor firstly said that this Bus will not stop at Shahbad (M) and you take another bus. When I asked why this Bus will not stop at Shahbad (M) then he rudely told me to stand up and give my seat to a young male, who was going to Jaipur. Moreover he said that person paying Rs 25 is sitting on seat and person paying Rs 500 is standing.
Sir is this the way Punjab Roadways staff deals with women passengers and discriminate passengers on the basis of fare. I need a clarification in this regard and please specify the rule which which discriminates the passengers on the basis of fare.
