Punjab & Sind Bank — A/c debited but less cash dispensed from atm | |||||
I have operate saving a/c in punjab & sind bank, i was withdraw rs 6000 on dt. 28 feb-2016 but atm dispensed only rs 1600 at hdfc atm, and we check our a/c statement there are rs 6000 debited from my a/c. We got rs 4400 less amount. I have already complaint to hdfc bank (Atm) & my punjab & sind bank branch transport nagar kanpur, my a/c no is [protected] atm card no. [protected], atm txn no. 800025 from hdfc bank atm id s1acup32 . Till date issue not resolve now i am requesting to you please take necessary action. Thanks. I also submitted complain to our bank but issue not resolve. Pls find the attached copy of complaints.

File a Complaint
1. Submit a complaint /dispute letter with the issuing bank [ i.e Punjab & Sind Bank branch where you hold the savings bank account.
2. The issuing Bank will then raise a charge back dispute / query on us (HDFC BANK) seeking the disputed transaction status.
3. If the transaction stands invalid as per your claim, the funds will be returned to the issuing bank, which would be credited to your account by your respective bank.
