My name is ripunjay choudhury and i had ordered antec atom v550 of rs. Amount 2349 in amazon on 5/05/2020 and after on 17/05/2020 i returned this order due to personal reason. And on 18/05/2020 amazon initiated the amount to my card but i still didn't get the money. Amazon sent this reference number#9o3x6gd00000k9lax1fi and told me to fill charge dispute form but indian bank doesn't have such policy. So please kindly respond to this complaint it's very urgent. I bought a product from amazon worth of 2349 rupee...and i returned it . because it doesn't fullfill my requirements..after that by amazon refund in issued and return is completed..

I am the resident of 360, chand nagar, new delhi and having an account in punjab & sind bank branch tilak nagar. While i was at home i received an sms :

The atm card was in my pocket after this i went to my nearest atm and withdrawal rest of...

Sir, your bank (Ifsc code: psib0000393, branch: modinagar) has debited sms alert charges from my savings account. As i have very less transactions in a financial year, so i does not require this service and the charges shouldn't be debited in future., i contacted the branch manager, but he rudely denied the request but also ask me to close the savings account and to get it opened in any other bank. I think this is not the behaviour of a responsible employee of a reputed bank. Branch ifsc code: psib0000393

So, i request you to take some action as these types of employees are only liabilties for an organisation. I also request you that sms alert charges should not be debited from the customers with less transactions and who does not require this.

I have operate saving a/c in punjab & sind bank, i was withdraw rs 6000 on dt. 28 feb-2016 but atm dispensed only rs 1600 at hdfc atm, and we check our a/c statement there are rs 6000 debited from my a/c. We got rs 4400 less amount. I have already complaint to hdfc bank (Atm) & my punjab & sind bank branch transport nagar kanpur, my a/c no is [protected] atm card no. [protected], atm txn no. 800025 from hdfc bank atm id s1acup32 . Till date issue not resolve now i am requesting to you please take necessary action.
