Punjab State Power Corporation [PSPCL] — about burning of block of meter

My meter no. Is g57cf720589w, it's block has been burnt, one of your man came and started direct supply and suggested me to write a detail application to your office and also demanded rs.800/-as fee for change of meter when i enquired about receipt he assured to give next morning. Now i request you to do the necessary action so i request you to change my meter as soon as possible.
