This is to inform you that I have leaving with my wife and a daughter at Village -Kang sabhu, house no 303, pin code 144630. We are living here at rent from last month. Me and my wife both are doing private job. Our house always closes from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm . We use only two LED lights and one fan. Today I have a got a bill of 16830/- . This is not acceptable. We cannot pay this bill. So please give us solution of this problem.
