Operator Reference Number :[protected] The amount was debit from my account and when i tried to print receipt, there was shown 'record is not shown"

So i paid it again on[15 july at night using paytm] and using transaction id [protected] print its receipt. So please refund my amount of rs-3010 to my account. I shall be very thankful to you
