Consumer no. W51ph230274y contract a/c no.[protected] Bill was issued on 18/09/2017&due date online 03/10/2017 I have made the payment through debit card but gateway charges have been recovered which is uncalled for. Pm is promoting digital banking whereas you people are discouraging Digital payments. Perhaps concerned officials are not conversant with the banking terminology. Its been 2 months that street light inour street is not working kindly replace the light, always they repair the light but after 2-3 days it again stops working

This is to inform that I have a domestic connection with meter A/c No. [protected]. The department of electricity recently changed meters manual to computerized in may 2017 . In july the meter reading was 1731. & After department charged 1950 rs n now reading 2045 n also department charged 2560 rs
Plz take a strict action as soon as possible.
