before two month i have paid twice bill i have already submit complain.you get response us your transaction found "We have checked the transaction details and find that the payment has been successfully settled to the merchant via transaction reference number JPNB[protected] for Rs. 2764.00" now please sir response us in which time my payment will be refunded.i wait your response.i will be very thankful to you.

i have doing two child passport appointment on 14th sep by net banking but sir my transactions was failed and then i check my bank statement my payment was done.but sir my appointment was not done.plz sir refund my money.
